Check out the new scr It's been a little bit since we had anything new from The Order 1886. Last I remember was a bit of gameplay out of Gamescom and before that the announcement at E3 so it's high time we get something new to look at. I'd prefer a bit more on how the game mechanics work or at the very least some more on the game's story, but I guess we'll have to settle for some screen shots and some concept work for the protagonists of the game. Just In Time For Halloween Comes A Couple New The Evil Within Visuals

The Evil Within is being seen as the next big thing in the horror genre for video games. It would make perfect sense that they would have something out in time for the holiday all about horror and fear; Halloween. PlayStation 4 Is Getting Real Now

The PlayStation 4 is even closer to launch now, it's creeping up so fast, and there are already talks about a day one update for the firmware. Not too concerning there as I am sure all of the systems that are being shipped out have been packaged up for a little bit now and the software should be an ever-evolving beast. That's not the main topic here. The main topic is that with the launch coming up one of the 'new' features that we will be allowed to use with the PSN on the PlayStation 4 is the ability to display our real names instead of our gamer handle. Story Time: Killzone Shadow Fall

Here we go with yet another Story Time for and upcoming title. This time we have Killzone Shadow Fall coming for the PS4 here in the next few weeks. Just a small title that is being touted as the Resistance for this generation. As an F.Y.I. Resistance was pretty much the only launch title for the PS3 that was worth the money paid to pick it up. Hopefully this rumor or statement is just along the lines of 'this will be one of the best FPS titles that will be out for launch on the PS4' and not just the best title for launch. Review: Skylanders: Swap Force

It's time for the third installment of the Skylander franchise with Skylanders Swap Force. With it comes a new story, new levels, and new toys to be collected and used. Not to mention that these new toys also have a new mechanic both in the real world and in the game world. That being the ability to trade half of one toy with another and mix and match their powers and look. This is my first foray into the Skylanders franchise so let's see how well it went and if it is worth your time and money to invest in the franchise at this point in the game. They Got Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag In My Epic Rap Battles Of History

With Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag less than a week away from launch it's high time that the advertising and promotion trains get a rolling. Not that they haven't already with all the 'parkour' and free running videos abound as well as armor/weapon smithing of the in game items. Review: The Wolf Among Us - Episode One

Just as with Telltale's last blockbuster title, The Walking Dead, we have another new 'point and click' storytelling adventure with The Wolf Among Us. Ryse: Son of Rome is one of the upcoming launch titles for the Xbox One. Now that we are a month out from the launch of both the console and game let's take a look at the overall story of the game. Luckily for us it seems that Crytek was gracious enough to give us a nice little story trailer so we can get to know Damocles. Story Time: Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag

With Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag releasing in the next couple weeks it is about time for us to get to know the main character Edward Kenway. It makes sense as we will all be spending many hours controlling his every move while he plunders the Caribbean upon the Jackdaw. Lucky for us Ubisoft has put out a new trailer full of cut scene and game play to help us get a feel for this scalawag. Although I think that term maybe a bit out of place, but it was 'pirate-y' so give me a break. As usual, I will let the video explain more as I am sure it is the way you like it but Edward's story doesn't sound all that new to the Assassin's Creed franchise at all. Read More...

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Is Bringing Customization To A New Franchise High

Here we go with some new gameplay for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. Not only is it gameplay though but it is a showcasing of some of the new locations, missions, combat, and customization you will be getting when it hits this February. Speaking on customization, to me that is the real focus here in the video with sub-title descriptions. I am not talking just changing some armor pieces or paradigms. SOMA is the latest title to be announced from Frictional Games (Amnesia and Penumbra) and is slated for Windows, Mac, Linux, and PS4. It also happens to have a release window of…2015. The Evil Within Is Looking For Boxman Cosplay

Ok, so that headline is only half way true. Tango Gameworks and Bethesda are also looking for some awesome The Evil Within fan art or costumes inspired by everything they have released for the game so far and not just Boxman. You could also go with Nails-In-The-Face or Octo-Hair-Wavy-Girl if you are so inclined. Granted those names are made up by myself and not the "official" names being used by the studio or the publisher but if you look at the trailers and screen shots then mix in their 'clever' name for Boxman it is an easy assumption. If you've been hiding under a rock and just stumbled upon this review by accident, this is the new title written and directed by David Cage of Heavy Rain fame. Quantic Dream being the developer in case you are in from that angle.
