Let's Spoil The Prologue Of Gears Of War 4 For You
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Gears Of War 4 A new Gears Of War 4 video has been posted and this time we get to see the first twenty minutes of Gears Of War 4 in action before launch October 11th is almost here and that means that Gears Of War 4 is also almost here. I'm sure that The Coalition is starting to freak a bit as the date looms ever closer but at this point all they have to do is sit and wait to see how well it sells on the Xbox One and Windows 10 platforms. I'm going to guess rather well personally. Given the nature of the beast that is Gears Of War 4 though it looks like they aren't going to just kick back and wait as now they are here with a nice long bit of gameplay. Read More...

A New Image Has Popped Up And With It Speculation For Beyond Good & Evil 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Beyond Good & Evil A new bit of art has popped up from the mind behind Beyond Good & Evil and it looks like it could be a tease for Beyond Good & Evil 2… or not… You know it's a slow news week when something like a possible tease for Beyond Good & Evil 2 can stir the pot so much. I'm not saying that it isn't a huge thing or that I don't care about this franchise but with all of the other things going on at Ubisoft you would think that we could see more out there. None the less though it does look like Beyond Good & Evil 2 may be getting a solid tease out there from the creator of the original as a new bit of art has popped up and it is causing all kinds of speculation. It makes sense as it has been aver a decade since the original landed and fans have been hopeful for something. Read More...

Watch Dogs 2 Gets The Band Together For A Fun Looking Story
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 26th of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Watch Dogs 2 A story trailer for Watch Dogs 2 has been released and now we get to see the crew that Watch Dogs 2 will be assembling for us all It looks like Watch Dogs 2 isn't going to be its own fully contained story here as we have a few more familiar faces coming back for the new game in the latest trailer. When the game was first announced Ubisoft made it clear they wanted a franchise and not standalone titles and it looks like we have a clearer link between it all in the story outside of hackers and the ctOS system that we had to manipulate before. Well outside of the hackers we've already seen for Watch Dogs 2 as we now see an amazing one from Chicago is out here now and still fighting the good fight. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/19/16 — 9/23/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of September 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games Thus concludes our week of video games. Another solid week and not so many bad bits of news and delays. Of course that doesn't mean it was all happy and bouncy but in the world of video games that never seems the case. Thankfully we had some solid things like a new Jason and Counselor for Friday The 13th, the next episode of King's Quest finally coming, and all of the death dealing coming to Dishonored 2. A lot of videos and a lot of fun for the week and just the way it needs to be as we press on into the review season here. Read More...

We'll Have To Accept The Consequences In World Of Final Fantasy
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of September 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy A new story trailer for World Of Final Fantasy has been released and we get more classic Final Fantasy characters and beasts added into the mix It's time to get ready for some more story for World Of Final Fantasy here. Things have seemed a bit few and far between out of Square Enix on all of this but it looks like they were holding back the good stuff until TGS. Now we have more of the story for World Of Final Fantasy in a new trailer and a lot of old characters we will be seeing when we spin up the game on the PS4 or PS Vita on October the 25th. It's already been packed with a lot of good ones from the past and it looks like the true classics are getting mixed into the fun here now. Read More...

Apparently We Knew Nothing About Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare's Story
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty A new story trailer for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare has been released and it looks like it is taking Call Of Duty down some usual paths Up to now we've only had some fun and bits to speculate on for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare's campaign story that we are going to get to play here in a few months. So far the game has looked a lot like a lot of other shooters out there and some have stated that it looks like Infinity Ward has just been copying off other franchises that Activision doesn't own. I can see the comparisons so far but we've been reassured that this will be a Call Of Duty game and not a rip-off of other IPS. Read More...

You Have To Hold That Fart Longer As South Park: The Fractured But Whole Is Delayed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
South Park It looks like South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been delayed a bit as this new South Park games is now set for 2017 Here we go with yet another sad bit of news as it looks like South Park: The Fractured But Whole will no longer be hitting that December 6th date that we were given back at E3. It's odd as it did seem like Ubisoft was so certain that they were going to be able to hit this date only a few weeks ago during Gamescom but that just isn't the case anymore. In fact there is no news on when South Park: The Fractured But Whole will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC outside of early 2017. Read More...

Rise Of The Tomb Raider Gets More Woman Vs Wild For The New Release
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of September 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider Another episode of Rise Of The Tomb Raider's Woman Vs Wild has been released and shows us how the new Rise Of The Tomb Raider DLC could play out It's been some time since we last saw Rise Of The Tomb Raider's Woman Vs Wild video series out there. I don't think we've seen a new one since Crystal Dynamics released the game on the Xbox One and Xbox 360. Now that Square Enix is bringing Rise Of The Tomb Raider to the PS4 and the DLC to all of the platforms, including PC, here on October 11th I guess it is about time to give us yet another episode of their "behind the scenes" style video. It makes perfect sense and now we have it right here for all of our viewing pleasures. Read More...

by Duke Searles [ Wednesday, 14th of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Assassin's Creed It looks like there will be some Assassin's Creed this year as Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection has been officially announced for November Not too long ago we caught wind that Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection was in the works and most likely coming out this year for the PS4 and Xbox One. This would keep Ubisoft in line to have a release for the franchise every year even if it wasn't a whole new entry. Well, it looks like the rumors were true as now we have the full announcement for Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection as well as a good trailer for it. Read More...

The Heroes In For Honor Are Here To Show You What They Are Made Of
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of September 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
For Honor A new video series for For Honor has begun and it give us a look at each of the heroes from For Honor that we will get to play with So far we've seen some of the different factions in For Honor for us to get amped about. It does look like we have something truly amazing coming out of Ubisoft here for this game but of course we all want more as we wait for it to launch this February 14th for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Now we get to have a good look at the "heroes" of each faction in For Honor and the histories behind them all. Mostly they look to mirror the real world versions of each but there are some great differences just for the game and that is a little more exciting and confusing. Read More...

See Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood Bring Terror To Life
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 8th of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Until Dawn A new developer diary for Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood has been released and it shows just how Until Dawn is going to enter the VR realms and what the team has done We are getting ever closer to the release of Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood as the PlayStation VR system is on the verge as well. I've personally played the demo that Supermassive Games had put together a few times and see a few other videos of how the game has progressed. It looks like it could be a great VR experience but I'm still not sure if it should share the Until Dawn name and just be a hodgepodge of all of their titles. Read More...

Drop A Deuce As Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour Is Announced
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of September 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Duke Nukem It looks like Duke Nukem 3D is coming back as Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour has just been announced for the current gen consoles and PC It looks like you can't keep a good Duke down as Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour has just been announced for us and the classic title from twenty years ago is now heading to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 11th. Yes, Gearbox Software is resurrecting this title and giving it the old remaster treatment for a whole new generation of gamers to enjoy. But for all of those who loved it back when it was just Duke Nukem 3D back in 1996 then you'll be in for a little extra treat you wouldn't have been able to get until this version. Read More...

So Much Multiplayer Is Coming To Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty The big reveal for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare's multiplayer modes has occurred as well as a nice look at Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare's remastered version It is no huge surprise that Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare has a multiplayer mode added into the mix for it. I think it would have been more shocking for Infinity Ward to announce there wouldn't be a multiplayer mode in the game. We know that Activision will never let that happen to a Call Of Duty title so I doubt it will ever happen but that isn't why we are here right now. There will be a multiplayer mode in the game again and now we have the official reveal and a bit of a breakdown of what is new and what is old coming to us on November 11th. Read More...

Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection Looks To Have Leaked Out
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Assassin's Creed New images have surfaced that point to Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection being a real thing so we might have an Assassin's Creed title this year There were rumors and conjecture about an Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection coming out but there was no proof to go along with the murmurs. Not only that but Ubisoft was also completely silent on the matter and it looked like the rumors were going to die. That was of course until just recently where promotional materials for Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection has popped up on a French Gaming Blog and have some pretty interesting things to be claimed for the game. Review — Marvel Ultimate Alliance [PS4]
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 31st of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Marvel Ultimate Alliance We sit down and review Marvel Ultimate Alliance. It's been a decade since it first came out & has been remastered. Here's our review of Marvel Ultimate Alliance A long time ago we were all introduced to Marvel Ultimate Alliance on the PS2. A game at the time was one of the best that Raven Software had pumped out to us through Activision and thus started a decent partnership for Marvel titles to be done by this publisher. Now we jump forward about a decade and Marvel Ultimate Alliance has been remastered and made to work on the PS4 and Xbox One. We had a chance to check it out and see if the game holds up over the years or if it is something that you should hold out on. Read More...
