For Honor
Three more heroes coming to For Honor have been shown off for each faction and all look to bring spear fighting to For Honor in their own different ways
The full roster of warriors coming to For Honor is almost filled all the way out as we now have three more to add to the ranks. Not a moment too soon either as we are looking at the beta for the game to kick off here in just over a week and then we have the official version coming from Ubisoft on February 14th still. All of these heroes need to have their spotlight and time in the sun before then and time is just running out. Not that I don't think we'll finally get to see and experience them all when For Honor's beta kicks off, but it would be nice to see them all as I'm still going to say that it is a server test and not a beta given that the team would have no time to fix any glaring issues spotted in the two weeks they would have.
None the less, we have the three new warriors here in For Honor with the Nobushi, the Valkyrie, and the Lawbringer. One for each faction in the game and war and each of them looking to use a spear or poleaxe of sorts in their fighting style. I know that the weapons aren't exactly the ones mentioned there but they all have the same things in common even if they look and are used differently. It just looks like we have them all on par here unlike other reveals where we had a tank and a rogue mixed in on the very different ends of the spectrum. I'm not complaining but just setting you up to be ready when they look very similar even though vastly different. It's just the weapon I guess.
For Honor — Nobushi
For Honor — Valkyrie
For Honor — Lawbringer
Hopefully you saw what I saw here with these new heroes in For Honor and I am not just on my own little mindset. By no means am I saying it is a bad thing but it does look as if Ubisoft is pretty much giving us the same style of fighters in each different faction to help make balance an easier thing to handle. We are still waiting to see the Ninja styled character of course to blend in with the Peacekeeper; not to mention the Viking version of the same styled character. We still have some time though and maybe those will be shown off just as For Honor's beta test kicks off on January 26th here. It would follow the same patterns we've seen for all of the other announcements so I think it is safe to bet.
What are your thoughts on these three new characters coming to For Honor? Do you agree that they all look to play a lot similar due to the weapons being used or do you see full difference between them all? What other warriors types do you think we are going to get in the core game and then the future DLC? Let us know what you are thinking down in the comments and then feel free to discuss as you wish. For more on For Honor though, be sure to stick around here as we'll keep all of the updates flowing on out for the game here and I'm sure you won't want to miss any of it as we get ever so closer to the release date.
