The film adaptation for Heavenly Sword will be released on September 2nd for all to enjoy Back in February we had our last look at the CGI film version of Heavenly Sword. Today we are greeted with a new trailer that explains a bit more of the story for those of you who have yet to play the game. For those of you who have played the game though you can also enjoy seeing how they are making changes to make watching it just as fun as playing Heavenly Sword when it first released. Here is the latest trailer for Heavenly Sword the movie straight from the exclusive clutches of IGN. *grumble* It's been seven years since I last played Heavenly Sword from start to finish but I don't remember Nariko trying to give the sword to a brother. HEXO+ Makes That Razer April Fools' Joke A Reality
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 30th of June 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
HEXO+, a Kickstarted camera accessory, has been funded and it looks like it is making that Razer April Fools' joke happen If you remember back in April, Razer made a joke about a drone that would film all of your life events and even make you feel like you were in a video game. That was the joke but it looks like with the HEXO+ Kickstarter almost reaching its last stretch goal with 15 days to go, we are getting just that device. While the HEXO+ wasn't originally designed for that purpose the first two stretch goals would allow for just that; a live video playback on your phone and the ability to set up specific angles. While Razer made the joke, HEXO+ looks to be making that amazing idea a reality. Read More...

Have A Look At The War With The Half-Breeds In The Order: 1886
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of June 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new developer diary has been released for The Order: 1886 and it takes us behind the scenes of the war between Humans and the Half-Breeds It was revealed at E3 that there would be Lycans in The Order: 1886 and now we get to see how they "evolved" and have gone to war in the game. It is sounding very Underworld-like now but it still doesn't mean this isn't looking to be a fun and exciting game. None the less, Ready At Dawn has given us a nice long look at how they designed the monsters as well as the mentality behind building the Lycans for The Order: 1886. Yea, still doesn't sit right when I say that. Read More...

Will PlayStation Now Be Viable For Every Gamer?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 23rd of June 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
I take a look at the updated PlayStation Now Beta and here is what I think of its current state PlayStation Now was announced at the beginning of this year and was another huge focus at E3 a few weeks ago. It makes perfect sense as the service is slated to go into a "public beta" here in just over a month. That is July 31st for those out there who still had no clue. For those with a clue, then you would now that it is and has been in a closed beta since the first announcement. Read More...

E3 2014 Impressions: Skylanders: Trap Team
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of June 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
While At E3 I Got To See Skylanders: Trap Team In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It There have been others out there to try and clone the Skylanders experience but none can do it like Toys For Bob and they are doing it again with Skylanders: Trap Team. This will be the fourth major title in the series and the third one that the developer has been 100% behind. Just when you thought that they were not going to be able to innovate and/or drain more cash from your wallet, it looks like they have and will. I got to check out some of the new features that will actually keep me dropping load of cash for Skylanders: Trap Team. Read More...

E3 2014 Hands On: LittleBigPlanet 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of June 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
While At E3 I Got To See LittleBigPlanet 3 In A More Intimate Setting Than Just The Trailer. Here's My Take On It Talk about a shocker out of left field with LittleBigPlanet 3. I knew it was coming sooner or later but when Media Molecule made it well noted they were not going to be showing anything at E3 I passed the hope for another LittleBigPlanet off. Then of course Sony had to go and change developers to Sumo Digital and that completely kept things under the radar. But none the less we have LittleBigPlanet 3 incoming for the PS4 and PS3 and I was able to get a bit of hands on with it at the Sony booth. Read More...

We have you covered with the live stream below Here with go with another amazing (hopefully) conference and this time it is for Sony and all things PlayStation. Another New Title Has Been Announced For The PS4; Without Memory
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of June 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
Developer Dinosaurum Games has announced their next title for the PS4 called Without Memory and uses the Unreal Engine 4 There have been a lot of game announcements recently just days before the kickoff of E3 and here we go with another one with Without Memory. This is coming from Dinosaurum Games exclusively on the PS4 and using the Unreal Engine 4 sometime in Q2 2016. Yea, that is a ways off but it has been at least announced and sounds rather ambitious for what looks like the studio's first title. Here's what we have been told thus far outside of the exclusivity. See How The Order: 1886 Is Melding History With Mythology
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 27th of May 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
Ready At Dawn Has Released A Developer Diary Showing How The Mythology Of The Order: 1886 Has Blended With Real History. Last week we got a look at some of the gameplay for The Order: 1886. This week, we get a behind the scenes look at how Ready At Dawn approached the lore and world of the game. A lot of which is all inspired by the real world locations and history with a twist to make the game epic as well as feel grounded in the real world. That sounds a bit odd but it also follows many other game story development when it comes to titles that parallel the real. If none of that is making any sense then let me have the guys from Ready At Dawn explain what I am trying to for The Order: 1886. Read More...

A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Gaming. This has been yet another fun week in gaming hasn't it? Everything from Destiny news to the full announcement of Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare.
