by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 4th of March 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Curse Of The Dead Gods Curse Of The Dead Gods is heading over to the consoles to let more gamers challenge the gods in Curse Of The Dead Gods in the near future It looks like Curse Of The Dead Gods will no longer be just the domain of the PC gamers out there after it closes up its Early Access for it all. It now looks like Passtech Games will be bringing this fun little title on over to the PS4 and Xbox One now. Not the biggest of shocks here at all, as it would look like it would lend well to the consoles too. Read More...

by Cody Killebrew [ Wednesday, 4th of March 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Star Wars Key art and rumors are out there for a new Star Wars title called Project Maverick that is not the sequel to Fallen Order There are rumors out there now that we could be seeing the next Star Wars title sometime in the near future. I am not talking about the one in development to follow up Fallen Order that is already in the works, but a completely new title. That is based on the basics of what is out there with this rumor as it could all be a working title. That does not change the fact that there is some speculation out there for a new Star Wars: Project Maverick that has popped up on the internet. Read More...

Hardspace: Shipbreaker Is Officially Heading To The Consoles Too
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of March 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Hardspace No more an assumption, Hardspace: Shipbreaker, will be heading to the current-gen consoles for more to experience the fun of space with Hardspace The speculation can be brought to an end if the PS4 and Xbox One will be getting Hardspace: Shipbreaker on the platforms. It was more or less assumed before and there were a few allusions to it from Blackbird Interactive before, but now we have official word that it will be hitting the systems at some point as well. It could be the same day or it could be down the line as the PC version is still slated to get an Early Access this Summer. That is far from being the final version of Hardspace: Shipbreaker, though, and the consoles do not have the best options to do the same thing. Read More...

Half-Life: Alyx Will Offer Up Multiple Ways To Move In The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of March 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Half-Life Gameplay for Half-Life: Alyx is here giving us all the fun of Half-Life and just how we will move around in VR We are finally in the month of release for Half-Life: Alyx and now we are glad to be back with some actual gameplay from the game to look and enjoy. Something that actually shows off just how Valve has made this game function and how some of the controls will be used. Sure, it is a VR title so we will be part of the controls here, but something that is usually a sticking point for these kinds of games is the movement in the world. Something that this Half-Life title is tackling by giving us all of the options. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 29th of February 2020 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week What a week this has been for all of those announcements for our video games and their DLCs. We have not even been able to dive into PAX East fully as of yet, so there is bound to be a whole lot more to come here soon. Maybe more for Cyberpunk 2077 and Resident Evil in some form? That could be the hope to keep up with other video games like Baldur’s Gate 3 and Predator: Hunting Grounds, which also had a nice outing this week in terms of fun new information. Read More...

We Will Be Entering Into The Dark Pictures: Little Hope This Summer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of February 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Little Hope The next chapter of The Dark Pictures, Little Hope, is now confirmed to bring the frights this Summer when we enter the small town of Little Hope We had the tease for The Dark Pictures: Little Hope after many completed Man Of Medan, but there was no word on how long we would need to wait to get to dive into the second chapter of this anthology. It was expected that it could be a bit so Supermassive Games could live up to how well the last one did. That is generally my hope for it all, and it looks like they opted to take the year to do it all as Little Hope will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this Summer. Read More...

Hardspace: Shipbreaker Gameplay Shows Off Some Explosive Fun
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of February 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Hardspace The first real gameplay walkthrough for Hardspace: Shipbreaker is here to show how we will need to use all of our tools to survive in Hardspace Given that Hardspace: Shipbreaker is slated to be shown off at PAX East this week, it was only a matter of time before we had some real gameplay to look at for the game. Not that the last trailer did not have much to offer up, but the one we have now has Trey Smith from Blackbird Interactive taking us on a nice little "walkthrough" of the gameplay experience. I say that, as it does look like we will be more floating around in Hardspace instead of walking. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of February 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Resident Evil New gameplay for Resident Evil Resistance is here to show off the latest levels announced with a bit of gameplay from a massive Resident Evil mastermind We had word on the most recent levels and masterminds to join the ranks of Resident Evil Resistance not too long ago with the Casino and Amusement Park settings added in. Something I never really remember going through in the past titles, but I guess Capcom is making Raccoon City just a bit bigger here. Back on topic, what we have here now is a look at a bit more of the gameplay in Resident Evil Resistance in those levels. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 22nd of February 2020 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It may have been another short week here, but there were so many fun things in video games out there. Even if it was a lot of the same things over and over, it was nice to get to see and hear these updates. Not to mention the news that Biomutant was still going to be a thing and that we have part of Hellpoint out there to enjoy. All of the cool DOOM Eternal footage and Final Fantasy VII Remake stuff was also a nice little treat. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of February 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Othercide A new tactical RPG, Othercide, is revealed here with some new gameplay mechanics for the genre and a short wait for Othercide to launch PAX East has not even fully kicked off yet, but that does not mean we will not get to see some of the reveals that will be coming just as we have for Othercide here. This would be the latest title from Lightbulb Crew coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC this summer. Also another in the interesting line of titles that Focus Home Interactive has lined up in general. Swim About With More Of The Story In Maneater
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of February 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Maneater We have more gameplay for Maneater that shows off not only how the game will flow but also a bit of the story in Maneater to enjoy Get ready to dive right into a lot more for Maneater, as we have a nice and long look at more of the game's story that we will get to experience. Given how it all flows here, it is easy to assume this is from the opening of the game with all of the tutorial-like missions and such. It could also be just a slice of what Tripwire Interactive has up their sleeve in terms of how we will progress from "level" to "level" in the game. Even with the progression system of Maneater laid out from before, it would be interesting to see if each of the different hunters are working toward a different iteration of the shark each time now. Hardspace: Shipbreaker Will Take Us Into The Fun World Of Ship Salvage
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of February 2020 - 06:00 PM ]
Hardspace The early access is coming for Hardspace: Shipbreaker with us heading into Hardspace to take down a few space ships and not get too far into debt There truly are video games out there for almost everything and we will soon get to see how ship salvaging will go down with Hardspace: Shipbreaker. That would be space ships for those who are not certain on that, as Blackbird Interactive has their next little title heading toward an Early Access on the PC via Steam. At least, that is, this coming summer so there will be a little bit of a wait for it all. Read More...
