by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of August 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Avengers There is now an exclusive character coming to Marvel’s Avengers next year to further expand the PlayStation roster for the Avengers In a move that is surprising and not-so-surprising, it looks like Spider-Man will be joining the roster for Marvel’s Avengers in 2021. The rumors and "leaks" for this seem to be true and hiding in a few plain sight locations for a while now. Although, this is not the best of news for all as this is not going to be a version linked to the other video games coming out and is Crystal Dynamics take on the character. That is not a bad thing, just something to take note of to see how they will go with it all. Read More...

A Little More Background On How Marvel’s Avengers Assembled
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 10th of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Avengers A new developer interview for Marvel’s Avengers is out there to better describe how Marvel’s Avengers came together and why certain choices were made Some of us are still trying to recover from the huge drop of information we had for Marvel’s Avengers not too long ago. Others are looking forward to the future of what Crystal Dynamics has planned to share with us in the coming weeks. Either way, there is a lot of stuff for Marvel’s Avengers out there right now, and we are back with just a bit more to take in. Sadly, it is not much in the way of gameplay we have not seen already but more in lines as to the choices the team has made to bring us this version of the team and the game. Read More...

Outriders The next class for Outriders is here as we get to see just what kind of gameplay the Pyromancer will give us in Outriders It feels about right after the explosion day we just had here in the States that we would have an update for Outriders surrounding one of the more explosive aspects. This being the second main class we will get to play in the game that is called the Pyromancer. I am certain this was not something that People Can Fly did not let go unnoticed and thus we are back again. Read More...

Kingdom Hearts: Melody Of Memory Is Bringing Us More Rhythm To The Franchise
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 22nd of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Kingdom Hearts Kingdom Hearts: Melody Of Memory is announced and will bring us a rhythm title that will house all of the great music from the Kingdom Hearts franchise Something I never thought we would be seeing has just been announced with Kingdom Hearts: Melody Of Memory. This is not just another spin-off title that will have Square Enix expanding on an already over-convoluted story, but a new Rhythm title set in the same universe of it all. Also, it looks like they will be expanding on the Kingdom Hearts story, but we will for now focus on the fact that we will be able to play the songs of the franchise in various other ways. All of which later this year and on the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch. Read More...

Project Athia Teases Us With A New Fantasy World To Explore
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 16th of June 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Project Athia Project Athia has been teased out there for us with little but speculation to go on for what Project Athia will ultimately become Here we go with another tease for a video game with little to go on with Project Athia getting the showing during the big PS5 reveal. It is a game that is coming to the PS5 and PC from Luminous Productions, so it is fitting to do so there. It is just a bit of a bummer that all we have is a teaser for it all with only a little to go on. To that effect, Project Athia is only a working title and nothing to be set in stone. Read More...

Outriders Lets Us Know A Little Bit More For Its Class Of Characters
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 20th of April 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Outriders A few new short clips for Outriders have been released to give us a small taste of what some of the classes in Outriders will bring We have a new and small update for Outriders to go over here today. Well, more of an emphasis on small than anything as we have had a few short video clips released out there in the wilds of twitter from People Can Fly so they can highlight parts of the character classes we are going to get to play in the game. Even though we only have three of the four classes currently, we have short looks at them here for Outriders to see how some of their abilities will work in the game, as well as how they will look. Some are more explosive than others with the pun fully intended there for it all. Read More...

Take A Bit Of A Deeper Dive Into Marvel’s Avengers
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 15th of April 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Avengers A new video for Marvel’s Avengers is out there to give us a little more into how we will be playing Marvel’s Avengers in September It has been a bit of time since we had something solid for Marvel’s Avengers and it looks like we are still going to have to wait for that. At least a little bit, as we do have a new small video from Crystal Dynamics to look at here but it is more of the same we have had already. It seems a bit odd given that we are still going to have to wait until September 4th to play the full version of Marvel’s Avengers on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Thankfully, we have a new little bit to take in as we get another overview for the game and how we are going to be playing it. Read More...

Final Fantasy VII Remake’s Combat Is Going To Feel New But Also Nostalgic
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of April 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy The next developer diary for Final Fantasy VII Remake is here to show us how the combat and action has evolved since the first outing for Final Fantasy VII Here we go with another, and most likely one of the last, developer diary for Final Fantasy VII Remake and this one is all about the combat and action in the game. This is something that has been a hot topic since Square Enix first let people outside the company play the game. Many will remember the original Final Fantasy VII used a turn-based and command-based system, which not exactly what we are all going to get here on April 10th when it hits the PS4. Read More...
