Necromunda: Underhive Wars Is The Next Warhammer Title On Its Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Necromunda Another Warhammer title is in the works with Necromunda: Underhive Wars and it aims to tackle the Necromunda game in a tactical RPG setting Maybe you were sitting around and thinking that we needed another Warhammer 40,000 game out there after the success of Mordheim and that it also need to be set in the Necromunda setting of the classic game. It isn't just you as it looks like Rogue Factor was doing that too and so was Focus Home Interactive as they are working together to bring us yet another title in the universe just as described. Yes, now we have Necromunda: Underhive Wars here to be announced for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on its way due to all that success and also to bring another version of the universe off of the table and into a digital world setting. Get Ready To See The Nine Deaths Of Six In Little Nightmares
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares The release date for Little Nightmares has been set and it looks like Little Nightmares is also getting some rather cool bonuses to collect It looks like the date has been set and we now know when Little Nightmares will be hitting our PS4, Xbox One, and/or PC. Tarsier Studios has been hard at work to get us a really cool and creepy title to play here and it looks like we will all be diving in and watching Six die, or not, on April 28th here. The or not really refers to your ability to navigate the poor girl through the world of Little Nightmares and make sure she doesn't die and not the actually picking up of the game. It looks like a bunch of great titles we've all loved crammed into one big game with an amazing aesthetic so I'm pretty sure that many of us will at least give the game a try if not full purchase when it finally lands. Three More Warriors Join The Fight In For Honor
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
For Honor Three more heroes coming to For Honor have been shown off for each faction and all look to bring spear fighting to For Honor in their own different ways The full roster of warriors coming to For Honor is almost filled all the way out as we now have three more to add to the ranks. Not a moment too soon either as we are looking at the beta for the game to kick off here in just over a week and then we have the official version coming from Ubisoft on February 14th still. All of these heroes need to have their spotlight and time in the sun before then and time is just running out. Not that I don't think we'll finally get to see and experience them all when For Honor's beta kicks off, but it would be nice to see them all as I'm still going to say that it is a server test and not a beta given that the team would have no time to fix any glaring issues spotted in the two weeks they would have. Resident Evil 7's Fear Comes Even More Alive With A 4D Experience
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 A newly licensed candle for Resident Evil 7 has popped up and aims to bring a 4D experience to Resident Evil 7 through VR as well as scent If you were starting to get brave enough to give Resident Evil 7 a play through in VR, or you already have, then it is time to try and up the ante here again. As it turns out, Capcom has another way to trick the senses here for the game as they have joined forces with merchandiser Numskull to bring a candle to us for the game. Not just any candle as that wouldn't be too insane for Resident Evil 7, but a candle that will put off the smells we will have from inside the Baker estate in the game. Read More...

Learn The Basics On How To Play Gwent: The Witcher Card Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Gwent Since Gwent: The Witcher Card Game has undergone a few changes recently in the beta it may be time to relearn Gwent in preparation for its upcoming release Since the beta for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game kicked off last year we've seen a few things get changed up and reworked to make sure the game is at its best that it can be. It really is what CD Projekt RED is going for here instead of the usual demo hidden as a beta thing that most other companies go for when they really just want to hype a game or test their servers before launch. That all said, we've seen changes that some love and other disagree with but for those who are still not in or playing the beta currently, you may need a breakdown for how Gwent is played here as it is a bit different than its original inception back in The Witcher 3. Mass Effect: Andromeda's Tempest & Nomad Are Here To Be Briefed On
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Mass Effect Another briefing video for Mass Effect: Andromeda has released to give us a quick rundown on Mass Effect: Andromeda's two main vehicles we will be piloting in the game We had a nice little taste of Mass Effect: Andromeda last week as well as word that it would be officially coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 21st. Then we had a nice little tease from BioWare that a new briefing video would be out for the Andromeda Initiative event currently going on right now. More or less it is all about getting the information about Mass Effect: Andromeda out there in a fun little way as well as provide a bit of a distraction as we wait for the release date to finally come. Styx: Shards Of Darkness Is Almost Here To Teach The Art Of Stealth
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Styx A new cinematic trailer for Styx: Shards Of Darkness has released and it shows off a bit of Styx's stealth tactics and mayhem he can create in the process We are all still waiting for a solid release date for Styx: Shards Of Darkness as March is still the only part of the date still set out there but that doesn't mean that the videos and fun have to stop. Of course not and that is just what Cyanide Studios has brought us here yet again for the game with a new trailer aimed to highlight the thing we know Styx is good at; Stealth. I mean, his last title was named Master Of Shadows and with a name like that, not to mention how the game actually played, stealth was his strong suit and I know I was able to put it to some amazing use from start until the end. The Horror Is Out In Force With Resident Evil 7's New Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 A new trailer for Resident Evil 7 has popped up online and it shows off a good chunk of Resident Evil 7's horror aspect as well as a few other things There is nothing like a good dose of Horror to wake us up in the morning and that is just what we have here for Resident Evil 7 in its new trailer for the game. It may not be the jump-scare and gore that you may be thinking of, but it is a nice look at the horror that Capcom has put together to bring the franchise back to its roots in the genre. Resident Evil 7 has been getting more and more attention for just that and since the demo popped up for all to experience now it has only been escalating more as we get ever so closer to the January 24th release date. For Honor's Season Pass Of DLC Has 'Leaked' Out There To The World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
For Honor The list of season pass content coming to For Honor has popped up online and shows that For Honor will be getting ninjas and centurions Looks like there was a bit of a mix-up over there at the For Honor website as it looks like the contents of the Season Pass accidentally found their way online and for us all to gaze upon. Yes, it looks like someone over at Ubisoft pulled the trigger a little early on the announcement as the content showed up on the site and then vanished. Of course, it was on the internet long enough that someone surfing around the For Honor site was able to snag the images and now we have a list of what will be coming with all of the sweet DLC that is promised for those who paid a little extra for the game. Ghost Recon Wildlands Will Have Some Interesting Music Mixed Into The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Ghost Recon Wildlands A new behind the scenes video for Ghost Recon Wildlands has been released showing off how the music of Ghost Recon Wildlands was composed and brought in This is going to be another two-for-one kind of deal here for Ghost Recon Wildlands as it looks like we have another behind the scenes video that isn't generally enjoyed by most but it will be followed by a new reveal that is pretty easy to get stoked about. At least it is for me. But first we have a look at just who and how the music is being composed for the game between Ubisoft and Alain Johannes. Read More...

Husk Will Be Terrifying Us All Early In February
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Husk The release date for Husk has finally been set and gamers will be playing Husk early in February on their PCs Horror fans should rejoice as here we go with another title coming our way in the form of Husk as it now has a release date for us. Maybe you've heard of the game or maybe you haven't but that doesn't change the fact that UndeadScout is bringing it to us on February 3rd as of now. Until now it has been a relatively quiet development cycle for Husk but it has caught our eyes over here and has also put out some rather creepy gameplay videos so it can live up to the likes of Silent Hill and Alan Wake. Both titles that the have been listed by IMGN. Read More...

For Honor's Closed Beta Has Now Been Dated As We Gear Up For War
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
For Honor The closed beta coming to For Honor has been dated now as well as the War Of The Factions mode in For Honor being part of the fun too We all knew that the For Honor closed beta was going to be here before the end of the month and now it looks like we have a solid date on when exactly that is going to happen. It does look like Ubisoft is playing things a bit closer to launch here as the game does still launch on February 14th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC and now the closed beta is slated for January 26th through to the 29th. That to me reads that they really want to do just a server stress test for the multiplayer of For Honor more than any kind of real balance to the game but maybe they will be able to take all of the collected data, compile it, and make the game tweaks just a few days before it is supposed to hit the streets.
