Care To See How Pretty Dragon Age: Inquisition Looks On PC?

Gameplay footage of an early build of Dragon Age: Inquisition has been released showing the visuals of max setting on PC There has been little concern up until now that Dragon Age: Inquisition was going to look amazing as well as play amazing. If you had concerns after watching any of the past gameplay videos then maybe the following one will put your concerns to rest as it looks like BioWare and EA have taken great care to make sure we have the best game coming to us. At least it is an assurance for those fans of Dragon Age as a franchise and are looking forward to Dragon Age: Inquisition in the coming month. Looks Like Microsoft My Be Bringing Your RoomAlive

There is a new tech demo that shows off an augmented reality system in the works call RoomAlive from Microsoft I remember not that long ago that Microsoft was using the Kinect to create a form of Augmented Reality in our living rooms. The project was called IllumiRoom for those who don't remember or have a strong Google-Fu. The idea behind it would be that by using the Kinect and a video projector you could expand out the screen of your game to add an extra level of immersion. The Kinect would 'scan' the area to get a digital mapping of your play space so that the projector could properly display no matter the contours or set up of anyone's living room or gaming space. See The Enemies Of The Evil Within In A Darker Light

A new video for The Evil Within has been released showing off the haunted and other enemies of the game and the best way to handle them We've seen how we need to make every last bullet count in The Evil Within so now it is time for us to see why that will be the case. That is we get a good look at the Haunted and the Keeper that will be plaguing us as we try to unravel the mysteries of what is going on in Sebastian's world here… Or head… Or whatever is going on in The Evil Within. I'm still not clear as to what Shinji Mikami has in store for all of us with the game but I know I can't wait to dig into The Evil Within here on October 14th. The story trailer for Assassin's Creed Unity has been released from Ubisoft so we can better grasp the character of Arno With all the focus on the multiplayer side of Assassin's Creed Unity it was easy to forget that there is an overarching story for the game. What kind of Assassin's Creed game would it be if Ubisoft didn't expand on the modern world story as well as the story as to why Arno is murdering across the French Revolution? If it didn't I think it would be the end of the franchise that has kept the developer and publisher burning money to light their cigars or whatever other inane rich person stereotype we can tag on to them. Three new developer diaries for The Evil Within have gone live from Bethesda and Tango Gameworks and this time they discuss their inspirations for the game, sound, and visuals Last week we had a good long view inside the minds behind The Evil Within. At least that was in the terms of the game's director and creator. There are a whole lot of other aspects and designers involved in making The Evil Within so it looks like now we get to dig into the grey matter of all those other people on the team over at Tango Gameworks. This time it is in the general inspirations from Shinji Mikami and all of the aspects of visual and audio design that is sure to scare our panties off when we dig into the game and not the team's brain. A new video from BioWare and EA show off all the customization options we will get in Dragon Age: Inquisition including epic beards I guess customization in our games is something we really want in games and the latest Dragon Age: Inquisition video shows that off to a great extent. This of course is title that should have a crazy customization tool as BioWare and EA know we all want to be our own little snowflake even if no one may ever sees it. Not to mention that Dragon Age is an RPG franchise so it makes sense that we are going to be able to make our character look how we want to feel while playing Dragon Age: Inquisition. A new video for Assassin's Creed Unity has been released and it shows off quite a bit of the customization and skills we will have when it comes to Arno Apparently co-op and customization is what we all have been wanting when it comes to Assassin's Creed Unity. That is at least what Ubisoft is focusing on in the latest "walk-through" video that has been released for ACU. I could have sworn that we all wanted a great core game with an amazing story that was started in Assassin's Creed with cool features that show off the era that the game is taking place in. I'm not too sure on why this seems to be the standard with games and their launches as of late but it just is. Two new behind the scenes looks at The Evil Within have been released to show off the art and gameplay direction that the game has taken from start to finish Today is wrapping up to be a 'behind the scenes' kind of day now with The Evil Within adding two more videos to show off what has gone into making the game. The larger difference here is that most of it is through interviews with Shinji and the development team instead of just showing off what is going on with the game's engine and design directions. None the less we all get a nice and interesting look at how the team over at Tango Gameworks is going to be trying to drive fear into all of our hearts here on October 14th. Read More...

We Sit Down And Review Anomaly 2 on the PS4. How does this little Real-Time Strategy/Tower Defense Game Fair? Watch and find out In the mix of all the AAA titles being released, announced, and talked about we had Anomaly 2 slip out onto the PS4 as a digital title. It is another title that looks to break the mold when it comes to genre as most still cannot define Anomaly 2 as a Tower Defense style game or a Real-Time Strategy title. In fact it has a mix of both play styles carrying the game on and into our gaming libraries; but should it enter yours? A new developer look at Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell has been released from Volition and Deep Silver to show off some of the gameplay Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell was announced at PAX last month and with it came a fun new trailer. It explained why we are trying to get Gat out of Hell but it didn't explain how all too well. Outside of just pimp slapping Satan and hopefully walking off into the sunset. A nice idea but I think it is going to take a whole lot more than just that to escape and to make Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell a game that is worth our time and effort. Read More...
