Well, at least as we expected over here where we assumed it would be rather quiet given the holidays that were going on throughout. CryoSpace The announcement for CryoSpace is out there to bring us a new and dark game to experience as we try to survive what CryoSpace will throw at us Space is already a dark place and now we can see how things can go darker with the announcement for CryoSpace. This is a new title coming to us from Kuklam Studios and Games Operators for the PC in 2022 that will take us down that path. All in the way of a new survival style game where we are on a spaceship sent out to colonize a different planet. Unfortunately, and the reason CryoSpace is more of a game than a story, things have gone wrong and you and a few others are brought out of cryosleep to find something has gone horribly wrong. Tomb Raider A new mobile game, Tomb Raider Reloaded, is announced and will bring us all more of the Tomb Raider fun on our phones next year We might not have had a full Tomb Raider game here this year, or one on the horizon to fully look at, but that does not mean we will not be getting something in the franchise soon. It looks like Emerald City Games is looking to bring us all a little more Lara into our lives next year. All of which will be coming at us through a new mobile game called Tomb Raider Reloaded. Spider-Man We sit down and review Spider-Man: Miles Morales. The next big story in the Spider-Verse lore. Here is our review of Spider-Man: Miles Morales There is no doubt that Spider-Man: Miles Morales was on everyone's list for this year as it helps to bridge the jump from PS4 to PS5 as well as give us part of the story many wanted after the big game from before. While not a sequel from Insomniac Games, it is an expansion that can be played on its own but you really do get the benefits of playing the last Spider-Man title too. That all said, it is time for us to dig into how this game does in the grand scheme of things and if it is worth paying the price now or waiting down the line until you too can get it on the PS5. Ghostrunner We sit down and review Ghostrunner. A new platforming and parkour title in the realm of the Cyberpunk style. Here is our review of Ghostrunner There are many titles coming out here in the cyberpunk style or genre, and here we go with another one called Ghostrunner to experience. It is not an RPG, RTS, or Hacking style game but a new one that takes us into a cyberpunk world from One More Level and a parkour-platforming title that has a lot of the "live-die-repeat" mixed in. All while getting to run around as a cyber ninja in a fantastical world where we bring a sword to a gunfight. This was the PS5 and Xbox Series X launch week, which also did bring us a whole lot of video games too. We no longer have to watch videos for Spider-Man: Miles Morales or Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and can play them if we so choose. Paradise Lost Official gameplay for Paradise Lost is out there now as we get a look around this lost bunker we will spend Paradise Lost within If you wanted gameplay for Paradise Lost, then you are going to be glad as we have new gameplay for the game to look at here. It has been a good while since PolyAmorous made the announcement for the game and the first showing, so it may be a title that slipped many minds during everything going on in the world. Underworld Dreams A new horror title, Underworld Dreams, is announced and it looks like Underworld Dreams looks to offer up more in the Lovecraft mythos It sure does seem like there is a popularity recently when it comes to the Lovecraft mythologies and here we go with another video game announced in that vein with Underworld Dreams. This would be a new indie title from Drop Of Pixel that is in the works and has Skystone Games at the helm to publish it all for the PC and consoles next year. House Of Ashes The official announcement for The Dark Pictures: House Of Ashes is here with an official synopsis of what House Of Ashes will be putting us through Some of you might not see this as anything new, as the beans were spilled for The Dark Pictures: House Of Ashes the day after Little Hope was released. It is kind of the way it goes when Supermassive Games drops a trailer for the next chapter of the IP after the credits of the one that launches. Miles Morales The launch of Spider-Man: Miles Morales is this week and we have a chance to see more of how Miles Morales will be stepping up This is going to be a huge week in the world of video games for many reasons and one of them being the launch of Spider-Man: Miles Morales. One could also argue the PS5 launching this week too, but for this game, it will be on the PS4 too. All of which on November 12th for those that have forgotten that little bit. Godfall The launch trailer for Godfall is here to get us all ready for the launch of Godfall as well as when to see the game in PC In just under a week now we will be able to experience Godfall on the PS5 as the console launches into the world for many gamers out there. It will be one of the few titles on the shortlist of games that will be natively on the console at launch and not just a backward title. All of which by design from Counterplay Games and Gearbox for sure, but we all knew that Godfall will be hitting the PC too at some point. Destruction AllStars New gameplay for Destruction AllStars is here with some new crashes and information on the multiplayer modes Destruction AllStars will host The wait may be continuing for Destruction AllStars, but thankfully that does not mean we will not have more to see for the game before it hits the PS5 in February. Some might think this is not a huge deal given what has been seen for the game and how little attention it has had so far, but there have been many titles out there like this that became huge titles later on. Hellpoint Dark Sci-Fi title, Hellpoint, is heading to the PS5 and Xbox Series X in more than just Hellpoint backward compatibility Color me not surprised, as we now have another title that will be getting the PS5 and Xbox Series X upgrade next year with Hellpoint. Okay, well, a little surprised as it is not the huge AAA title that everyone has their fingers of hearing will be making that jump but it will be something that Cradle Games will give us so we do not need to rely only on backward compatibility to experience. It might even get more games out there to play Hellpoint as it will add another title to the small list of titles that will be fully using the power of the next-gen systems.
