Here Is A Look At The Dead Island 2 That Is Yet To Be
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 8th of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Dead Island 2 A leaked version of Dead Island 2 made it out into the world and we can now see where Dead Island 2 could have been taking us in terms of gameplay To say that Dead Island 2 has had a rocky development would feel like an understatement at this point. More so as the last bit of news anyone had out there for the game was that Deep Silver was moving along to a third developer after being originally announced over five years ago at this point. It feels so weird as I fully remember going to media events and sitting through demos for Dead Island 2 so long ago, but at this point, there is no word on if it will ever hit the PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Well, maybe we can mark the PC part out of that given that we now have a leaked version of the game out on the web for some to play and post gameplay videos for. Read More...

Haxity Is Going To Be Filled With A Lot Of Dark Synth
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 8th of June 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Haxity The soundtrack for Haxity is here to give us a feel for the cyberpunk world of Haxity that we will have in the background of the game Sometimes a game can be made by the soundtrack and this is what we have showing up for Haxity here today to see if that is the case. The cyberpunk setting seems to be the thing of this year with multiple titles out there and now we get to see what Megapop is going with to further get us into their title's new world. Haxity is currently out on the PC for Early Access, so some of you out there might have a little taste of it all as you are reading this. For those that have not gone in on it as of yet, we can now hear just what part of the dark synth music we will be getting via a new playlist. Read More...

Review — Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat We sit down and review Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath. A new story expansion for Mortal Kombat 11 with other updates. Here is our review it all There have been a whole lot of updates and DLC for Mortal Kombat 11 so far since it first dropped on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Most of which have been character add ons and then the normal tweaks that NetherRealm Studios has to do so they can keep the game balanced and accessible to all fans as things march forward. Most of the time, this is for the multiplayer aspect of the game and not for those that play for the story and lore. The team has done wonders to push that forward in the genre and franchise so far. All for those looking to have a bit of extra fun on the PC around the end of the year. Q4 is the current release window for The Fabled Woods with not much else to go on for when about. EA More than 25 EA titles are now available on Steam as EA aims to make it more accessible for gamers to play and buy their titles where they want It looks like EA is finally making the bigger push over to Steam, as today you can head over there on your PC and pick up some titles that have yet to be on the platform as of yet. Dead Age 2 Is Shuffling Back Just A Little Bit Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Dead Age The Early Access for Dead Age 2 has to shamble a bit further back as COVID-19 causes Dead Age 2 to not reach a release state It is coming to little surprise with how the world is going that we are going to see delays and pushes for games, and Dead Age 2 is another in the growing list that will be missing the mark due to everything. This would be the next rogue-like tactical survival title coming out of Silent Dreams and Headup for the PC. Originally it was slated to hit its Early Access state on June 3rd, but now it looks like we will have to wait until July. Read More...

Silvermane Is On Display Here For The Upcoming Godfall
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 1st of June 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Godfall The first real character for Godfall is shown off with a very slight tease for Godfall that might bring us much more Most of us have been waiting to see more for Godfall, at least legitimately, for most of the year here. There have been a few things that have claimed to be leaks out there, but nothing officially from Counterplay Games or Gearbox Publishing to show off this upcoming PC and PS5 title. It was one of the first to get the announcement for the next-gen systems, but we have yet to see any gameplay. In terms of that for Godfall, we are going to still be waiting. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 5/26/20 — 5/29/20
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of May 2020 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week As we figured, this was a shorter week for all of those announcements and showings for our video games. That is not to say we did not have some great stuff to see, just a little less than normal given the American holiday that took place and so many places being closed. We did get the highlight of The Last Of Us Part II gameplay and a whole lot more for Outriders too. Also the list of free video games coming to us next week for the PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. Endzone: A World Apart Mixing Things Up With Some New Scenarios
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of May 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Endzone A new update for Endzone: A World Apart is bringing some new and challenging scenarios for our Endzone survivors to make it through We have a new update out there for those enjoying the Early Access for Endzone: A World Apart as we have scenarios added in among other updates. These would be new little events that Gentlymad Studios has placed in the game for us to try to survive on top of the normal version of the post-apocalypse issues. More or less, new challenges for us to weather out in Endzone to help keep the game feeling fresh and less repetitive along the way. Things would get rather boring if you were just out there harvesting supplies and resources with nothing to make things a bit of a challenge besides waiting in real-time. Read More...

Have Another Breakdown Of The Gameplay Coming In Hardspace: Shipbreaker
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of May 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Hardspace One more gameplay breakdown is here for Hardspace: Shipbreaker to take us a bit deeper into the details of what Hardspace is all about It might have felt like we have seen this before, but here we go with more on the gameplay of Hardspace: Shipbreaker just before it hits the Early Access phase over on the PC on June 16th. If you have not been keeping up on this title, this is the space wrecking game that has been announced for a while now from Blackbird Interactive. Dead By Daylight Is Taking Us Back Into The Horror Of Silent Hill
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Dead By Daylight The next chapter for Dead By Daylight is coming and bringing a bit of Silent Hill into the fun of Dead By Daylight’s gameplay Those looking for a bit more of Silent Hill even though a full game has yet to be announced again? Well, it looks like Dead By Daylight is going to give us all a bit of it to experience here in June as it is the next chapter coming to the game from Behaviour here on the PC, Xbox One, and PS4. A nice bit of DLC to have for Dead By Daylight even if it is only one location, survivor, and killer to experience in a game not truly set in the otherworldly location. It is something, so we cannot truly complain all too much. Read More...

Detroit: Become Human, Beyond: Two Souls, & Heavy Rain Heading To Steam In June
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Detroit More PC gamers will get a chance at Detroit: Become Human, Beyond: Two Souls, & Heavy Rain, as they head to Steam in June For some reason there are still a lot of gamers that skipped Detroit: Become Human, Beyond: Two Souls, and Heavy Rain when Quantic Dream brought them to the Epic Game store before. These all used to be PS3 and PS4 exclusives and when the option to bring it over for the PC master race, I would think that many would have jumped on it. I am guessing that so many are buying into all of the conspiracy stuff still even back when Detroit: Become Human made the jump. Read More...

Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with another week of video games in the pipes and ready for more to enjoy.
