Microsoft Studios has officially announced that Quantum Break will be coming in 2016 now instead of the original release window It was rumored and "misunderstood" before that Quantum Break was on the delayed list for titles this year. Remedy Games made sure that we were all corrected at the time and led us to believe that Quantum Break was still going to be hitting the Xbox One sometime this year. Most likely late this year. A fresh batch of screenshots for Rise Of The Tomb Raider have been released and ready to be ripped apart by all of us waiting for the next title in the franchise Last week we had a nice look at the new environment design for Rise Of The Tomb Raider. Crystal Dynamics will be taking us on a lovely romp through Russia in the next game so we know it is going to be filled with all kinds of snow and dangerous locations for Lara to get into trouble. The opening cinematic for Tekken 7 has been released for all to see as the launch looms ever closer in Japan and the World Tekken 7 will be hitting the arcades of Japan next week and there will be lines as long as the arcades will allow to play the game. This most likely means that no one will be able to seen that opening cinematic for Tekken 7 as the game will constantly be in motion and use. We rather enjoyed our first trip through Saints Row IV but seeing as it released a few months before the next gen consoles launched it kind of missed that whole audience and technological advances. I guess that is why Deep Silver and Volition wanted to make sure we all got a chance to fully experience the game they wanted to make. Quantic Dream has a new teaser site up and ominous Tweets about a possible new IP being announced on January 28th 2015 Quantic Dream has a nice little list of titles under their belt and it looks like there may be one more getting added into the mix. Most recently they have made huge splashes on the PS3 with Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls. Both great titles in my opinion even though most other outlets and gamers would greatly disagree.
