At PAX East Boss Key showed off a pre-alpha teaser for Project BlueStreak, the developer's first title currently in the works If you missed out the first look at Project BlueStreak during PAX East then you are in luck as we are here to help you out. It looks like Boss Key Productions, the studio started by Cliff Bleszinski after he retired and then came back into game development, only wanted to make those who were able to attend the panel during the convention feel special for a few days as now the whole world can see the non-pirated video. Okay, that may be a little harsh if taken out of context but none the less we have the first pre-alpha teaser for Project BlueStreak which is the developers first upcoming title that will be, as we could guess, an FPS using the Unreal 4 engine to build an run the whole thing. During the Blizzard PAX East Panel it was revealed that there are two new characters for their upcoming shooter Overwatch In case you were not able to catch what Blizzard had to show for Overwatch at PAX East, then you should know that there have been two new characters announced for the game. Not too surprising given the past of Overwatch and the fact that we all want to have as many options when it comes to our shooters online. Bethesda announced today that they will be holding their own press conference at E3 2015 but with no details about what will be shown It looks like Bethesda wants in on all of the E3 fun of hosting their own press conference as the publisher just announced on their blog that they would be doing just that. No longer will they be held to just a booth and a kick-ass off site party/get-together at E3. They will be taking a stage and showing off what they have in the works for the coming years and most likely announcing a few things we all may have been wanting for a while. Read More...

Lady Hammerlock was announced at PAX South 2015 to be a new DLC character for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel starting January 27th Hopefully you Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel fans were keeping a close eye on the news out of PAX South over the weekend as it looks like Lady Hammerlock is joining the rogue's gallery of characters you can play in the game starting tomorrow (1/27/15). For those not in the know Lady Hammerlock happens to be Sir Hammerlock's sister whom he himself has a bit of fear of. I'm guessing jealousy as well as Lady Hammerlock is the heiress to the Hammerlock fortune leaving her to be able to buy all of those cool toys we will be using to freeze and destroy the inhabitants of Pandora coming up soon. The Nyko Data Bank was shown off at CES 2015 and adds an extra option to the internal storage for the PS4 in the way of 3.5" Drive If you've thought that only 500GB for your PS4 was a bit on the low side then you may want to keep your eye out for the Nyko Data Bank sometime later this year. The Nyko Data Bank, pictured below, is a nice little add-on for the PS4 that will allow you to swap out the system's hard drive for a 3.5" drive as opposed to the 2.5" that we are currently stuck with. LyteShot, a new gaming platform, was shown off at CES 2015 and has had its Kickstarter campaign kicked off This may be the first time you've heard of LyteShot but I've heard a few things and had the pleasure of seeing things up close and personal at CES here this week. Nothing in action outside of the below Kickstarter video for the gaming platform but if you can use your imagination, as the platform wants, then you can see how this could be the next great addition to gaming; both video and physical. Shigeru Miyamoto stated in a recent interview with Smosh Games that Star Fox for the Wii U could have a playable demo at E3 2015 If you are a Star Fox and also on the list for going to E3 this year then you may be able to line up and play the game. At least if you are lucky enough to get in and willing to sit in the crazy long line that is going to inevitably be plaguing the Nintendo booth given the latest little tidbit revealed on Smosh Games. That being from Shigeru Miyamoto responding from the age old question of "when will we get to play [insert game]?" Fresh out of Blizzcon 2014 Blizzard has announced Overwatch their first fully new IP in 17 years It has been about 17 years since Blizzard has moved away from any title that wasn't Diablo, Warcraft, or StarCraft based so it was quite a shock to here that they are working on a new title named Overwatch. This is a team based, first person shooter which is another interesting deviation for the company but not one that isn't going to be welcomed with open arms. I'm not even a huge Blizzard fan who spends all of my time and money on their games and I'll admit what we've seen so far for Overwatch has piqued my interest and garnered my watchful eye. Announced during a presentation at NYCC a Mortal Kombat X comic book was announced to be coming from DC Entertainment We still have to wait until April 14th of 2015 to get our hands on Mortal Kombat X but we may only have a few months to wait to start getting some of the new story for the game and its new characters. It was announced at NYCC that DC Entertainment is working on a Mortal Kombat X comic book that will cover all the ins and outs of what lead up to the game's main story line. The first trailer for Powers, the PSN TV adaption of the comic book, was shown at NYCC and we have it here for you Powers, the show, was announced at E3 during Sony's huge press event and it was received with mixed feelings from all. If you were lucky enough to be at NYCC over the weekend and were able to sit in on Sony's panel you may have been treated to seeing the first footage and trailer for the show. There have been a few stills floating around as of late but the trailer shows just how Powers is going to run for all of those PlayStation Plus subscribers out there. A 12 minute gameplay video for Battlefield Hardline has been released showing off the campaign mode and some new gadgets to use Up until now we have seen mainly the multiplayer aspect of Battlefield Hardline. We even had a nice long beta for the damned thing just after E3 this year. Well it would seem that EA and Visceral decided to show off the single player aspect of Battlefield Hardline at Gamescom this year. Of course this was all done via the PC version of the game so we can expect it to look amazing but any who played the beta know that it looks just about as nice on the consoles. Directly following Gamescom we have the release of 37 minutes of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt gameplay showing off how amazing it looks on the Xbox One There is no doubt that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt looks amazing and looks like it plays amazing. I have yet to actually get hands on with the game. If you were fortunate enough to make it out to Gamescom you may have had a chance to sit down and see the gameplay demo and see firsthand. If not…then you are going to luck out as we have said demo just below for all of you to sit, watch, and enjoy until the withes are done burning.
