You know that bastard that gets blamed for everything. That damned one armed man. Well he is running around Arkham City and Batman has him in his sites. Who would have thought that he was actually one of the Joker's clown makeup wearing lieutenants, let alone actually exist? The target of our blame is finally being brought down; although I am sure he will respawn later. Well it looks like the network guys over at Microsoft are looking to better improve things for the XBox LIVE users. They have not said exactly what yet, but you can be a part of this test if you so choose to. That is if you can go almost the rest of the month without online gaming with your XBox. When Did Jason Statham Join The Cast Of Uncharted 3?

Doesn't that look just like Mr. Statham there? The actor is not credited nor spoken of to lend V/O for Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception but you have to admit that in the new GDC trailer for the game it is damn close. Shadows Of The Damned Prove Women Are Crazy

Ok, well it is not just women. It really is all humans but from what is being shown in this new trailer for Shadows Of The Damned that came out at GDC from Grasshopper Manufacture. Granted the trailer is just a bit of story for the game and not a commentary on their feelings toward the fairer gender. By Matt Waitt Microsoft has recently posted a few job listings on their website, which suspiciously looks a lot like some console building jobs. The job listings include: A Graphics Hardware Architect stating "The ideal candidate should have a broad background in 3D graphics rendering architectures and algorithms (ideally with gaming applications in mind), 3D software pipelines, and physics." As well as "a solid understanding of graphics hardware implementation, including design methodologies and production yield and cost analysis." Hmm... Read More...

Finally Some Game Play From Alice: Madness Returns

Mortal Kombat Has A New Challenge For You

Man we should have seen this coming. The "Test Your Might" mini-games of Mortal Kombat fame are coming with the new games launch. Only this time they are way more detailed and quite a few more than I remember. Like almost 299 more challenges than I remember from previous versions of the franchise I have played. I clearly remember only the block breaking challenges of the old arcade versions so please excuse if I don't know of any others. Who Wouldn't Want Some New Portal 2 Screens?

Am I right or am I right? With April seeming so far off, at least for me, I know I will take every little bit I can get for Portal 2 as it comes out. Even though they don't show all that much for the game that we haven't already been able to extrapolate. I mean this just shows some of the "tests" left for Chell to get through and nothing all that much more. I am digging the shot of Chell running from some kind of bot, doesn't look totally like GLaDOS to me, and the interesting concept of what looks like an underground water cooling system. I've heard that it is a hint at something for a new Half Life, but that is just speculation last I searched. Read More...

With Todd McFarlane (Spawn, McFarlane Toys) heading the Art Direction it is safe to expect nothing short of an amazing looking game. Could We Be Seeing Modern Warfare 3 At GDC?

So we are either going to get a look at the next billion dollar game from Activision or one of the best pranks run on fans of the Modern Warfare franchise. A new site, findmakarov.com, has begun to be passed around the net. It doesn't feature anything stating Modern Warfare 3 on it but it does have a countdown with the franchise know font face. Not to mention the site name does link back to the "villain" of Modern Warfare 2. In all actuality, this is most likely a nice little tease for what Activision is going to show off at GDC.
