A new look at the choices of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier that we've experienced is here just before the last episode of The Walking Dead's finale episode of the season As the next and last episode of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier's season comes at us, it looks like it is a bit of time to look back at the season so far and some of the big choices we've had to make during the run of the season. While it still has a lot to do to be one of my favorite Telltale Games to date, they sure have crafted a fun experience that deviates perfectly from the comics and previous seasons to keep us all guessing and wanting to see more of the human experience in this way. Especially with family and all of the madness that goes with it being one of the core factors in The Walking Dead: A New Frontier it looks to be something great. Read More...

It looks like Red Dead Redemption 2 will now release in 2018 but we do have some new Red Dead Redemption 2 screenshots to gaze at We all hate delays but sometimes it is for the better and hopefully that will be the case here for Red Dead Redemption 2 as it has now been hit with a delay. Even though there wasn't a release date specifically set for the game, Rockstar Games did state that they were aiming to get the game out on the PS4 and Xbox One by this Fall. Now the wait will be a little bit longer as Red Dead Redemption 2 will not be coming to us until sometime in Spring of 2018. Read More...

New teaser trailers for Far Cry 5 have popped up online and all point to the location with Far Cry 5 getting a full trailer by week's end We've only barely caught wind that Far Cry 5 is coming before the end of the fiscal year and now it looks like the date for that could be a lot closer than we thought. No, we don't have a release date for the game just yet, but Ubisoft is teasing it pretty hard right now with a full blown trailer promised by the end of the week. If that doesn't state that they are close to having Far Cry 5 near completion, then it is a weird choice to start so soon. Read More...

It looks like LawBreakers is now heading to the PS4 with all the bells and whistles as well as we have a new LawBreakers cinematic trailer to view The LawBreakers beta has just ended here recently and more or less it sounded like many gamers out their enjoyed their experience and wanted more. Not just the beta, but for Boss Key Productions to just get the game out to them all already so they can tear it up in zero gravity. While those demands may still be a bit off for LawBreakers, what isn't far off is the fact that it will be heading to the PS4 now on top of the PC so even more gamers can get in on the fun. A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week What a week in video games this has been. I personally thought that it was going to be another of the slow weeks given the proximity of the big E3 just about to hit us but then all of those developers and publishers opted to hit us with some really great stuff. I'm still reeling in the fact that South Park: The Fractured But Whole has an official release date and that we will be seeing the next Assassin's Creed title before the end of the fiscal year. Not only that, but we some a huge leap forward for video games with Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and we also managed to get our review out for The Surge here as well. Read More...

The big gameplay reveal for Destiny 2 has just gone down and we all learned a whole lot more for Destiny 2 than many thought we would by now Yesterday was a huge day as we all finally got to see Destiny 2 live and in action. That is at least if you had a chance to tune into the live stream event that Bungie and Activision held that showed off way more than just a trailer or pre-rendered footage for the game. Pretty much what needed to happen here for Destiny 2 in all ways and it did nothing but impress. Not only that, but not only did it confirm again that it would be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One on September 8th, but it was also confirmed that Battle. Read More...

A new Life Is Strange title has just been confirmed to be on the way but no details on if it is a sequel to Life Is Strange or just in the same setting Life Is Strange was a sleeper hit for me and it makes me sad to say that I have still not played all the way through the whole game as of yet. Not from lack of want to see what DONTNOD crafted for us but, ironically, it comes down to time. I've made it through the first few episodes of Life Is Strange so far and I've enjoyed every minute of it and it is top of the backlog queue for certain. Read More...

With Star Wars Battlefront II going into a story on the side of the Empire, the team for this new Star Wars goes into how they are going to make it exciting It caught a lot of attentions when it was announced that Star Wars Battlefront II was going to be talking the story to the side of the Empire in the overall story by following along the exploits of Imperial Commander Iden Versio. I know it caught my attentions even though there are a lot of fans that wished DICE would just pump out another title in the vein of the established heroes in the universe. I'm sure that EA would have liked to go the safe route with Star Wars Battlefront II but I'm seeing it as something that will truly shine when it launches on November 17th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. A new game called Hunt: Showdown has been teased out there but it could just be a re-branding of Hunt: Horrors Of The Gilded Age What looks to be a new game called Hunt: Showdown has been teased out there recently that has piqued the interest of a few people out there. It is another title from Crytek in the works that looks to have two characters, or hunters in this case, team up to do what their title makes them do and kill evil things. That is at least the gist of it all based on the teaser trailer for Hunt: Showdown and the very short blurb of text to go with it. Not to mention a game site and social media content that does little to nothing more to tell us anything about the game and what we can expect. Read More...

More updates on Darksiders III have been revealed alongside some new, amazing looking Darksiders III concept art to flesh out the world We had some interesting updates for Darksiders III earlier in the week and here we go again with even more. Not only more but a whole lot of new looks at the game and just how Gunfire Games has taken the original franchise from THQ Nordic and altered it and evolved it into something fitting for the current generation of gamers but to keep up with the changing times. That and we have a look at more concept art for Darksiders III to give us a clue into what we could expect when the game does launch on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Hopefully sometime this year, but that date still needs to be worked out before we can confirm anything. Read More...

The date for the final episode of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier’s first season will be on us faster than a zombie from The Walking Dead It's funny to say now, but it seems not too long ago that The Walking Dead: A New Frontier season just kicked off and started to flow, but here we are with the final episode of the season about to come at us. It's been a fun roller coaster of events and twists in this latest outing from Telltale Games and now we are wrapping it up. If you couldn't have guessed by now, we are talking about The Walking Dead: A New Frontier getting its final episode on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, Android, and iOS platforms on May 30th. Read More...

We sit down and review The Surge. It's almost like a Sci-Fi version of Dark Souls with other risks involved. Here's our review of The Surge Just as its name, The Surge popped into our lives and then was out for us to play in short order. That's not to say that Deck 13 didn't put in the effort to make it a great game, but we first caught wind of it not too long ago and now here we are giving it a review. Of course, Focus Home Interactive does have a lot of titles in the pipe currently and during the lead up to The Surge finally being released so maybe that is why we had what felt like a rush from announce to release. We aren't here for all that speculation though. Read More...

A new trailer for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has just dropped and it gives us a glimpse of the other lands Shadow Of War will have to offer us all It's been a nice little bit since we had something new for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War and now we get to come at you with an open-world kind of trailer to look at. It's not the kind that you would assume with all of the other open-world trailers we get, but this one shows off more of the fighting as well as a few of the new places that Monolith Productions has put together for us to explore so it isn't all Mordor and the surrounding areas. That would make Shadow Of War a little on the boring side if we were still confined to the same locations as before, but that will not be the case. Read More...

A new release date for South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been set and it looks like we'll be back in South Park farting on everyone this October It looks like South Park: The Fractured But Whole may be just in sight now as it looks like we have a new release date for the game to look forward to. Unless it is hit with any further delays, it looks like Ubisoft is planning to bring us this game finally on October 17th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Hopefully this isn't another tease as we've been waiting for South Park: The Fractured But Whole since December of last year and it has been hit with too many delays. Read More...

With all of the recent Assassin’s Creed rumors floating around, it looks like Ubisoft has confirmed we'll see Assassin’s Creed & others this fiscal year While none of this will seem exactly new given all of the recent leaks, but it looks like the next Assassin’s Creed title is slated to be out here soon-ish with more information coming to us by E3 this year. Not only that title though, but many others from Ubisoft like South Park: The Fractured But Whole and Far Cry 5. That and another entry into The Crew franchise but one of the bigger tickets here is for the next Assassin’s Creed. Read More...
