Walk Through More Of The Gameplay For Moons Of Madness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of July 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Moons Of Madness A new edit of the Moons Of Madness gameplay from E3 is here to show off more of the horror Moons Of Madness has in the wings for us Right after E3 we had a good look at some of the gameplay that was out there for Moons Of Madness and the horrors it could contain. It may have been a good look for some of you out there, but there was some commentary from Rock Pocket Games that played over the dialog and sound in that video. Some of you may have been pulled out of the immersion of Moons Of Madness due to this. For those who felt that way, we have another cut of the gameplay from the floor to place you back in the horror of the game and possibly dying on Mars due to some cosmic horrors. Read More...

E3 Hands-On — Moons Of Madness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of June 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Moons Of Madness While at E3, I was able to see Moons Of Madness in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Moons Of Madness. We are definitely in an era where the cosmic horror game and story is all the rage and we have another to add to the list out of E3 with Moons Of Madness. Sure, Rock Pocket Games did not announce the game during the event, that took place a lot earlier, but they were out there with Funcom to show off where the game was at as we get ever so closer to the October 31st release date for the game. Just the perfect time for the setting of Moons Of Madness and for all of those who get scared easily to stream to the world on their PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

Moons Of Madness Is Announced & Taking Our Fears Further Into Space
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of March 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Moons Of Madness A new cosmic horror title, Moons Of Madness, is announced with Moons Of Madness diving into the horrors of sanity in the vast void of space The cosmic horror trend continues as we have another title in the vein of it all announced with Moons Of Madness. This is not to say it is a bad thing, but it does look like the shift for the year is going strong with Rock Pocket Games digging into it as well for this Halloween. I will always take a good horror game for that time of year. Also, given the fact that Moons Of Madness looks to be taking on some of the better aspects of some of my other favorite space-themed horror games, I will take it all again. Read More...

Moons Of Madness Will Be Testing Your Sanity Next Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of August 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Moons Of Madness A new horror title, Moons Of Madness, has been announced and it looks like Moons Of Madness will mix science with Lovecraftian horror when it launches If you've been hoping to go back into a space or other-world setting but also have that horror aspect mixed in, then you'll be glad to see that Moons Of Madness has just been announced and heading to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2018. It may not be exactly what you have been looking for recently, but it does look like Rock Pocket Games is going to try to give you some great scares while placing you in an unfamiliar setting to add to it all. Moons Of Madness is being slated as a Lovecraftian Horror in terms of horror and it looks to be taking place on Mars also. Read More...

Review — Shiftlings
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of March 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Shiftlings. Is it worth your time? Do the quirky puzzles work out? Here's Our Video Review On the outside Shiftlings doesn't look like it does much to the puzzle and platforming genre for video games. Looks can and are deceiving all the time though and Rock Pocket Games is setting out to give us something we haven't experienced in a while for those two genres. Do they succeed? Do they fail? Watch The Shiftlings Orientation Video & Don't Get F.I.R.E.D.
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of February 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Shiftlings has been released and it shows off a few of the ways that you will die or fail the mission ahead Look at that. We have a new trailer for that quirky little platforming title called Shiftlings from Sierra and Rock Pocket Games. We first saw something along the PS4 and Xbox One version of Shiftlings about a month ago now. This is that little space "reality TV" show game where you and your buddy are connected via a tube and forced to shrink and expand to move around the puzzling levels. Go back and see what I am talking about because we are ever moving forward and that is what we are going to do here for Shiftlings. Read More...

Shiftlings Has A Publisher & Coming To Next Gen Consoles Too
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 15th of January 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Sierra is set to publish Shiftlings for its PS4, Xbox One, and PC release later this year. Also a new trailer We all need more puzzle games and Shiftlings is now another title to get thrown into the mix for the PS4 and Xbox One. It was already greenlit on Steam but that wasn't enough for Rock Pocket Games I guess as now they are having Sierra publish the title. It was announced back in 2013 and greenlit in 2014 so there is a nice progression to watch and good on them all for making a title that a rather well known publisher wants to call their own. Hopefully you know your history on all of this since we will not be going in too deep into all of that here. Read More...
