Iron Man
A new Iron Man game is coming to us via PSVR as Marvel’s Iron Man VR is announced with little else to go on for the game
It is odd that it took this long, but we now have Marvel’s Iron Man VR to look forward to here this year as it has been given the announcement treatment during PlayStation's first "State Of PlayStation" stream. It seems fitting for this platform and it seems Camouflaj agreed as they will be the ones bringing it to us at some point in this year. That is unless it is delayed or something as that is the only timeline we have been given for Marvel’s Iron Man VR as of this writing. I think it would have done extremely well for the platform and franchise had it dropped sometime this month, but given what we have to see here, it makes sense that it will not be.
Do not take that as I have no faith in this Iron Man title, but it definitely looks like they are going with the comic book route for the game instead of the cinematic one out there. This is something that has worked well in the past with other titles, so there is no knocking it at this point. You can see the game in action below, but all we have here is the basics of Iron Man flying around and shooting at things. My guess is that it will be linked to us pointing the Move controllers in directions and then the "freedom" of movement we see here with the head. It is almost like this was pitched before and now getting made. Weird…
