The Resident Evil 4 rumors were only partially true with the reveal that Resident Evil 4 VR is going to be a thing out there soon While we are still waiting for the release of the bigger title out there, we have been keeping an eye on the rumors for Resident Evil 4 too. Some of it seems like it stemmed from the way Capcom is using it to inspire Village but also some of it from little things spotted out in the wilds. We tried to brush it off as it all sounded like it was fan hopes and dreams for a new version of Resident Evil 4 or a remaster that has been all of the rage and well-received too. Now we are glad to say that we will be seeing the game redone but in a VR space of it all for the Oculus Quest as of right now. Read More...

The next character for LEGO Super Mario is coming with LEGO Luigi finally announced and coming to us all this August It has been a bit since LEGO Super Mario dropped on us all out there to enjoy and we have seen quite a few deviations and extras dropped out there for the sets. It was something that many needed out there in the middle of the pandemics here, but there was one issue that we only had Mario to play with and all of the courses. It is called LEGO Super Mario Adventures so that makes a bit of sense, but some of us would like something other than the costumes that Mario has to wear in the mix. That is why it is great to see that we are finally getting Luigi in the mix of it all and not too far off. Read More...

Fresh after the Resident Evil Showcase, we have new gameplay and modes announced for Resident Evil Village when it launches for us all It has been a little bit of time since the most recent Resident Evil Showcase we had last week, but we needed a bit to be able to take in everything that seemed to have dropped out of all of that. There was quite a bit and still much more that Capcom has under wraps until the May 7th release date but that does not mean we do not have a whole lot more to dive into. We just received a whole lot of new gameplay and story elements for Resident Evil Village and the various little spin-offs from that and we have word of a classic mode making its way back into it all. New platforms are confirmed for Lemnis Gate when we take aim with Lemnis Gate this Summer with its little time loop mechanics Get ready for a whole slew of new time loops out there with the announcement that Lemnis Gate will not only be coming this Summer, but it will also be hitting the PS5 and Xbox Series X when it does. That adds to the growing list of platforms that already had the PS4, Xbox One, and PC when Ratloop Canada dropped this title on us not too long ago. Dropped on us in the way of the initial announcement and now we just get more to look forward to when it comes to Lemnis Gate. Read More...

The release date for the console version of Song Of Horror is now set with Song Of Horror hitting us all before the end of May Song Of Horror has been out there for a bit now for the PC gamers out there to show off how some of these characters out there will try to break this curse out there. Protocol Games has set up these thirteen characters to head out and survive all of these horrors while the PS4 and Xbox One crowds have been waiting to get their chance at it all too. These platforms were announced a while back when Song Of Horror was first lined up. Read More...

The Forgotten City is now set to release this summer and it looks like The Forgotten City will also be hitting some new platforms too It feels like that time loop in The Forgotten City is going on in the real world at this point, with the game now getting a Summer release out there for us all. Those keeping a close eye on what Modern Storyteller was setting up would know that the original plan was to drop the game in the Winter of 2020. That has well come and gone with no one out there having the chance and time to play The Forgotten City now. Read More...

A look at the PC version of Days Gone is here with Days Gone getting all of the usual upgrades for a game when it hits PC On May 18th, we will be seeing Days Gone ride its way right out there for the PC gaming community so they can join in the story that the PS4 gamers have enjoyed for a while now. Even if the game did not make as big of a splash that some thought it would, Bend Studio still gave us all an amazing title that I would love to see get expanded upon in the future. That is seeming less likely in general, but maybe with the launch of Days Gone on the new platform and for a new audience, we could luck out. Read More...

New platforms have been announced for Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection to bring this remaster of Ghosts ‘n Goblins to more gamers out there There have been a good chunk of Ghosts ‘n Goblins fans out there enjoying the release of the Resurrection over on the Switch. It is out there and causing all of those players the same level of stress that we had from years ago and maybe breaking some Joycons too. All of which shows that Capcom did a great job bringing the game there and should be bringing it to everyone else too. That is where we go with the announcement that Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection is now set up to launch on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC here in the near future. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week is not fully over for most of the community out there, but we have to call it a short week here. It was a slow week, for the most part, and we had a few video games get the highlight but it did feel like slim pickings up until today with the Resident Evil showcase here. There was a bit more for Final Fantasy VII Remake and Returnal, but there have been more rumors and speculations out there more than anything. Granted, we are calling it early and we could see many video games drop out there late today and tomorrow, but I have a feeling it is going to be quiet for the rest of the week. Read More...

The Resident Evil showcase is about to air and you can join us in watching to see what new footage we will have for Resident Evil Village The time is almost here for the Resident Evil showcase that we had teased last week and a few little bits from Capcom already, but in a short time from this posting we will have it all. All to help build some hype before May 7th and the release of Resident Evil Village but it sounds like there could be a few other things in the mix too. My guess is that there will be some things for the coming shows and film in addition to the hype of the upcoming bigger title. Read More...

The House Of The Dead: Remake is coming for the Switch and we have a little bit to show how its upgraded from the original House Of The Dead Here we go with another interesting twist of an announcement as The House Of The Dead: Remake is going to be a thing and it will be something that will be hitting the Switch when it does come out there. It seems a little odd to focus the effort on that platform for a title that can easily hit many different ones and maybe even a VR setting, but it is what we have from Megapixel Studio on this remake so far. I have a feeling with how House Of The Dead was before that Forever Entertainment might be looking to branch out, but this is the announcement we have for now out of the big showcase that Nintendo had recently. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is now heading to the Switch too as we get more Ninja Turtles fighting action and gameplay to enjoy It may feel odd that we had to wait, but we now have some gameplay for the coming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge. This would be the new title that Tribute Games is aiming to bring us to the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and now the Switch. The gameplay was shown during the recent showcase for the platform and gives us all the feeling of how that classic arcade Ninja Turtles title played out so long ago. Read More...

Returnal will have a whole lot of creative hostiles in the world when Returnal launches here soon There have been a few of the enemies shown over the last few videos for Returnal but none of them have truly felt like a big enemy that will halt us in our paths. Most of them have felt like the smaller minions of annoyances that will slow us down as we explore the world and story Housemarque has for us. With April 30th coming fast and our PS5s hungry for some new exclusive titles, it would be great to see that Returnal will house something much darker and horrifying for us to take on along the way. Hence why we are back with more to share for the game in the way of some of the bigger hostile threats we will see stalking us in the world. Read More...

A new character showcase for the Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection is here to give us all the characters back for Ninja Gaiden here Here we go with a full look at the characters coming to us all in the Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection in all of the titles that will be bundled up here. It should not be a huge surprise that Team Ninja has been getting them all ready for us and Koei Techmo needs us to know it all. It is a bit odd once you break it all down here, though, as it does look like the only traditional Ninja Gaiden character Hayabusa is the one I remember here. That does not mean that we will have a fuller cast of characters here to enjoy on June 10th when it hits the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Read More...

New details are here for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade that show off some new features coming for Final Fantasy VII Remake The wait still continues here for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade with June 10th still a bit of a way off. That just means that we still have time to get a few more teases and explanations out there from Square Enix as to what to expect and get hyped for here. All with the first little bit that this new episode for Final Fantasy VII Remake is going to be called Episode INTERmission, which offers up all of its own new things to assume here for it all. Almost as if this could just be a smaller bit as we wait for the next massive game expansion and "episode" to release out there. Read More...
