A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games Thus concludes week one in the insanity of video game releases. We've had a plethora of titles just drop and many more in the coming weeks leading up to December. Some new gameplay footage for Resident Evil Revelations 2 has surfaced and it shows off the menu system as well as the controller scheme We've seen Resident Evil Revelations 2 in action already but until now there was no context on how everything was being driven and controlled. It was easy to assume the basic for the game as Capcom doesn't deviate from the basics all too much. I mean why would you change Up on the Left Stick from moving the character forward and all that? It would make no sense unless you were making a title specifically to mess with the norm and let's face it, Resident Evil Revelations 2 is not a game that looks to be deviating from the norm but giving us more of the Resident Evil franchise in our faces. We Sit Down And Review #killallzombies. How does this PS4 isometric shooter hold up? Does it use Twitch to its full extent? There are many developers out there trying to make something unique using zombies and Beatshapers is trying just that with #killallzombies. #killallzombies being an isometric shooter that ties into your personal Twitch or YouTube stream to allow others to not only watch but to interact with the game directly. Just in time for Escape Dead Island's launch we now have the first of three comics to help bridge some of the story between all of the games as we move into Dead Island 2 next year. We have some new Resident Evil: Revelations 2 gameplay footage that shows off a bit more on the characters and enemies of the game We've had some early and odd looks at Resident Evil: Revelations 2 so far and if you are like me you want to see a bit more to be able to pass the proper judgment before shelling out the cash. While Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is set to be episodic in nature, there is nothing worse than getting partially involved only to see the game tank part way through. Another trailer for Resident Evil HD Remaster has been released and it shows off a couple of new features We had a longer look at Resident Evil HD Remaster earlier this week but now we have a new look at some of the features and extras that will be coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, or PC port of the game. Unfortunately like the previous trailer everything is spoken in Japanese so if you don't speak/read the language you will have to go on just what you see. Arena shooter #KillAllZombies is launching this week and we have some new gameplay footage to show for it You may remember a few months back when we first heard about #KillAllZombies. Yes? No? Either way it looks like Beatshapers is gearing up for the launch of #KillAllZombies on the PS4 here for tomorrow. That is at least for the North American region as the EU release date has still yet to be finalized or announced. Capcom TV recently held a livestream were they played Resident Evil HD Remaster to show off the upgrades that have been made to the upgraded title Good news for all of you Resident Evil fans out there who are looking forward to the Resident Evil HD Remaster for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. It looks like Capcom TV, a livestreaming show for the company's titles, has given us a new 20 minute look at how Resident Evil HD Remaster is going to look and handle on the consoles and systems not owned by Nintendo. The latest Resident Evil Revelations 2 gameplay footage shows how Capcom has brought the franchise back to survival horror instead of action horror Just like Final Fantasy XV it looks like Resident Evil Revelations 2 is getting the trailer and then the gameplay treatment from the TGS. Here is where the gameplay comes in with what looks like the PS3 driving the game during a nice long demo for the game. At least I am assuming the PS3 as it is using the controls that are not on the Xbox One or Xbox 360 and the visuals don't look crisp enough to be the PS4 running.
