Balderdash On Not Having Good PSP Games
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of July 2009 - 08:56 PM ]
Capcom Classics Coming to PSN Starting Tomorrow That's right I said it. Balderdash! There are and will be some more good games for the PSP coming in the not to distant future, like tomorrow and the coming summer months. At least all because of Capcom and the PSN. Which means yes, they will be coming as Downloadable content for the system, kind of in a way to get everyone ready for the new PSP Go!. From the PlayStation Blog directly, Capcom has announced their new line up of their games that they will be bringing. With the first being the Classic Collection filled with all of their great classic arcade games. Read More...

Street Fighter IV PC gets a free bonus!
by Ben Brody [ Sunday, 10th of May 2009 - 05:39 AM ]
Or so Capcom thinks. Either way, anybody that picks up SFIV for the PC will get a MadCatz Fightpad for free. The game is priced a bit higher than most PC games at $59.99 but a $39.99 game plus a $39.99 fightpad is good enough for me. Gamers may wonder why MadCatz is so busy making PC fightpads when there is a shortage of console ones, but the fact is is that nobody wants to play Street Fighter with a mouse and keyboard (awaits barrage of ppl yelling at me that they play it on an emulator with a keyboard all the time).Capcom will release Street Fighter IV (Games for Windows Live for those that don't know) on July 7th here in the States. Capcom announced last week during CAPTIVATE 09 that they will be releasing the PSP fighting game, Fate/Unlimited Codes Portable, in the U.S. Unlike Japan, the American release will be following Europe in releasing the game digitally only through the Playstation Store. Sony and Capcom both firmly state that they are not abandoning the UMD format that is the primary media used in PSP games. Capcom has promised a winter release at a retail price of $29.99. Another Evil Blast From The Past
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of May 2009 - 05:39 AM ]
Resident Evil: Archives I said it a long while back that this year was going to be the year of Resident Evil. Not that it would dominate the market and be game of the year. But that there was going to be a cornucopia of Resident Evil titles out for consoles this year. Although it would seem that more of them will be on the Wii over the other consoles out there. Count is 1 to 1 to 2 now. XBox, PlayStation and Wii respectfully. Read More...

Finally The Best Man/Woman/Robot/Monster Team-Up
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of April 2009 - 08:59 PM ]
Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 Coming To Live And PSN Looks like the complaining and wishing have finally paid off for all of us Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 fans. Well somewhat. Don't you hate when I say that because it generally means it comes with some kind of "but" or bad news? Well not totally this time. The aforementioned "somewhat" only means that we will have to wait until this summer to get it on our XBoxes and PlayStations. In fact, we will be getting it then with some new features that I'm sure will not let you down. Well as long as Live and the PSN do what is hoped of them. Read More...

So yea, be prepared for the Capcom flood here with all kinds of crazy stuff for you to take in and enjoy. Here are loads of screens stopped and perfectly taken from the trailer/game play video for Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicle for you to digest. Be Bionic
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of April 2009 - 10:47 PM ]
New Bionic Commando Video After playing this game almost a year ago at the '08 Comic Con, I wasn't all that impressed. I new it was in it's early stages of development at the time, as there was a large notice on screen and plastered all around that it was in early stages of development. So I passed it off and decided to wait for the whole process to be near it's end before giving any kind of thought on weither or not this game will be worth picking up. And well, it looks like they have solidified my opinion a little more with this new video for the game. Well it looks like they didn't do much to what I had originally played and seen almost a year ago. Read More...

Four Decades Of Evil
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of March 2009 - 09:45 PM ]
Resident Evil Retrospective Episode 6 Just in time for the North American launch of the game comes the final part to the recap of the franchise that Game Trailers put on for us all. Leaving us with, in my opinion, one of the best recaps of a franchise I've seen in a while. Biases aside from the franchise, this 22 minute clip covers damn near everything that has ever gone on in the franchise. This whole final recap is a history, in order of events, from all of the main games and story of Resident Evil. Leading all the way back to 1966 when the founders of Umbrella found the Progenitor virus to do basics tests. Read More...

The Chronicle Continues
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of March 2009 - 04:04 PM ]
Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles Announced With the 5th installment of the franchise mere hours away from the mass populace, it should really be no shock that Capcom is going to try and keep the Resident Evil steam roller going by announcing not one, not two, but three new games they plan to bring out to market before the end of the year. Looks like they want to make 2009 year of Umbrella. If only all three were actually original games. Read More...

Enter The Gateway Between Worlds

Dark Void Website Up With Trailer For those of you that got excited a month or so ago when you saw the game play footage or even just Heard of Dark Void, then here is a bit more for you to get all sloppy downstairs about. Well somewhat at least. I tried to find easter eggs anywhere on the site, but there was nothing I could find. No there isn't any more news about this game or really any further details that haven't already been released out there for you, but you can surf to the game's official website and check out the new trailer for this game. When you are done with that, you can also sign up for updates to be sent to you when they have more. Read More...

Resident Evil Retrospective 5 Just in time to get all of us up to the most current goings on in the Resident Evil universe for the incoming launch of 5, the fifth video from Game Trailers is up for your viewing pleasure. All so you can get jazzed even more so, as if you were not already, for Resident Evil 5. More Hidden Mercenaries
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of March 2009 - 11:58 PM ]
Resident Evil 5: Mercenaries What kind of Resident Evil title would it be if it didn't have a Mercenaries type extra mini-game added into the mix right? Well Capcom knew this would be something fans of the franchise would be looking for and up until earlier today they didn't let too much out about the feature of the game. Well at least fans that have looked forward to it since it first came around in Resident Evil 2 and then pretty much now a staple. That's right, there will be a Mercenaries game added to your menu once you beat the game through on one go around. Read More...
