Battlefield 1 New Battlefield 1 gameplay has been shown off out of Gamescom and we get to see how Battlefield 1 will call in the mounted units and deal with the desert So far we've seen a whole lot of Battlefield 1 gameplay that takes place in some nice little towns or green fields. Of course since this is a WWI title from DICE and we know that it took place on a more global scale than most want to think, I guess it is high time that EA gives us something that shows off some of the other lands out there that we are going to be warring through. Now we get a good solid look at some desert landscape in Battlefield 1 as well as all of the other issues and details that we'll have to face in the game when it lands on October 21st for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Battlefield 1 A new video series for Battlefield 1 has begun and the first video covers Battlefield 1's weapon list and how they were crafted There has been a lot of Battlefield 1 gameplay out there in the recent months and we've seen some good matches come out of the alpha test that is going on. Of course these wouldn't be that interesting if it wasn't for some great weapon design from DICE for the game and it would feel out of place if they didn't feel like they came right out of WWI. Battlefield 1 New Battlefield 1 gameplay has been shared out of the closed alpha and it shows just how immersive Battlefield 1 will be Last week we had a nice long look at Battlefield 1's domination mode in action right from the closed alpha test that EA has going on right now. It looked a bit on the lower end of the scale that we all know that DICE can produce for us. LAUNCH TRAILER TIME! Now queue the wacky sounds and inappropriate screams as we move on to watch what Visceral Games and EA have to show us to try and lure in those who are still holding out on Battlefield Hardline. EA and Visceral Games have released new details on the next Battlefield Hardline beta scheduled for February 3rd Here we go with the next Battlefield Hardline beta and it is an open one for all of us on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. No discrimination for platform or for those who could only make it to a specific convention or random drawing online. We all get to play Battlefield Hardline in beta mode starting on February 3rd and running into February 8th. Unless you are in Japan that is as the start date is the 4th instead for the PS4 and PS3. The first developer diary for Battlefield Hardline has been released at it shows all of the care that Visceral Games took to make it the best yet I have been impressed with what I have seen for Battlefield Hardline up until now. It really looks like a next gen title as well as a welcomed, at least by me, deviation from the standard warfare title that Battlefield has almost always been. Of course we have Visceral Games to thank for that as they are the ones finally helming a full version of a Battlefield title with Battlefield Hardline and not some DLC add-on. Battlefield Hardline has a new trailer and with that a whole slew of new gameplay to try and spin the game's core narrative into a positive light Looks like we have a new trailer for Battlefield Hardline from EA and Visceral Games to look at over the holiday week. Just like the story trailer we had earlier in the month it looks like this one also follows more of the narrative and to the un-savvy viewer it looks like it is trying to push more of the positive spin that the police force needs in these current times. Maybe it is just me but the words non-lethal and rescues seem to get placed more prominent than all of the violence that will be taking place in Battlefield Hardline when we get it. It's a good move in my opinion and I hope it does the job to distance the game from the real world events people are connecting them all to. Read More...
