God Of War Has Evolved Quite A Bit From What We Once Knew
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of January 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
God Of War More behind the scenes information for God Of War is out there now that explains how God Of War has evolved to where it is now as well as the removal of mechanics The information for God Of War continues to flow out there as Santa Monica Studio has opted to give January the big content push and here we have a new look at how the franchise has evolved into where it is now and possibly what to expect in the future. Evolved being the term that the heads of the project have opted to use as it does feel like that is the case here. More so since they are not branding it as a reboot or reimagining of God Of War but more of the next chapter to Kratos' character development. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of January 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
God Of War New details and gameplay for God Of War is here and this may not be the same God Of War we are used to and looking forward to in the future Details and gameplay for God Of War have been so sparse up to now, and they still are a bit, but it looks like it will be the main focus for one of the large outlets out there for the whole month. That means we will have a whole lot to look forward to in terms of anything out of Santa Monica Studio. Hopefully, we will get a solid release date at the end of the month for God Of War, but the team has been very adamant on it coming when it is fully ready. Read More...

God Of War Has Been Rated By The ESRB & Holds Some Surprises
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of December 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
God Of War The ESRB let loose the rating for God Of War and it looks to hold a few interesting facts for this God Of War title that we did not know Even though it has been taken down, it looks like God Of War has been rated by the ESRB and it has offered up a few interesting tidbits for the game that we have yet to find out. Sadly, there is still no solid release date for the game but it does look like Santa Monica Studio has opted to leave a few of the franchise staples out in this go. One of the bigger aspects of it all happens to be the nudity that we have seen in all of the other God Of War titles to date. Read More...

New Gameplay For Vane Is Out There Now For Us all To Take In
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of December 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Vane More gameplay for Vane was shown off at this year's PSX and it gives us yet another look at just what Vane may have in store for us We finally have some new gameplay for Vane out of the most recent PSX that has already past us all by. Not only some new gameplay, but it also looks like Friend And Foe were on site to give us all a bit of the information we have all been looking for since the first gameplay trailer for the game dropped on us. Vane looked a bit like Journey or Limbo to me and that was kind of the point it seems as the team is small and doing what they can to give us a whole wide world to move and play in. Hopefully with a bit more to understand for it all when it does finally hit the PS4 next year, hopefully. Read More...

I have faith that you know why you are here though and that is for more on just what the game has to offer up in terms of gameplay and extras that we have grown to love from the developer. Have A Little More Backstory For God Of War’s Atreus
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
God Of War If you missed out on the PSX tour of God Of War this year, then you are in luck as you can experience all of the God Of War that was shown there While we still may have been left wanting for more gameplay for God Of War here, we do have a bit more in terms of the game's story and background. At least for one of the characters we will be adventuring with here as Santa Monica Studio made sure to capture the guided tour they had at this year's PSX that went into detail on one of Atreus' first adventures. He is a curious child and it seems that there will be more going on with him in the game than just being backup support or one long escort mission. Read More...

The Shadow Of The Colossus Remake Has Gone A Long Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of December 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Shadow Of The Colossus We have a new comparison video for Shadow Of The Colossus to show just how much work the remaster of Shadow Of The Colossus has been given More footage for Shadow Of The Colossus has been placed out there and placed out there to make sure that we all know how much work Bluepoint Games has put into making this the best version of the game to date. That would have always been the assumption for a remake or a remaster of any game, but now we get to see it all with our own eyes. That and we get to see just how Shadow Of The Colossus truly looked back on the PS2 and PS3 days there and then long for the day that it hits the PS4. Read More...

New Details For God Of War Have Been Floated Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of December 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
God Of War Out at PSX God Of War was on display with the same trailer we have had, but there were new details for God Of War mixed in One of the things that many people were hoping to hear out of this year's PSX was a solid release date or any real update to God Of War since we had the new trailer out of Paris Games Week. Sadly, the event has come and gone and very little else was doled out there from Santa Monica Studio for it all. The developers did have a nice little sit down to discuss the game as well as a few extra words on the gameplay clip we had back in October. Read More...

See How Successful We Can Be In Detroit: Become Human
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 11th of December 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Detroit Another gameplay walkthrough for Detroit: Become Human happened during the PSX and we get to see the devs be successful in Detroit: Become Human There was no chance of having the PlayStation Experience this year without adding in the fun of Detroit: Become Human. Especially with it still slated to release during the first half of 2018 as long as there are no hiccups for Quantic Dream or anything. It is still possible, but that does not change the fact that there was a chance to check out the same old game demo we have been getting since E3 for Detroit: Become Human. The big twist here is that the team showed off a more successful version of the demo that they have in the past. Read More...

MediEvil Is Officially Getting A Remaster For The PS4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 11th of December 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
MediEvil It looks like a proper MediEvil remaster is coming as a 4K version of MediEvil was announced during this year's PlayStation Experience Back in 2015, rumors began to circle that there was a MediEvil remake or remaster in the works when a video popped up online showing just that. Everyone swarmed to it thinking it was the case but as it turned out this was just a fan remaking a level in Unreal 4 for fun and not something that Sony was officially working on for the PS4. It was sad to see that, but this version of MediEvil looked amazing and rekindled a lot of hope of getting a new title out of all of it. As it turns out, that excitement and interest was noticed as we are now getting a full remaster of the game on the PS4 sometime in 2018 now. Read More...

Death Stranding Gets Even Stranger With Its Latest Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of December 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Death Stranding Another gameplay trailer for Death Stranding was shown off and it raises many questions with few answers for Death Stranding Just as we have had for the last few outings of The Game Awards, we have another new trailer for Death Stranding to look at here and try to figure out. Things have been very strange and hush since Kojima Productions announced the game so long ago and with each new view, this PS4 title seems to baffle and confuse. At least the trailers do as they make little to no sense, but given who is making Death Stranding I guess it works. Just think back to all of those MGSV trailers and tell me how those made sense when out of context for the core game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 1st of December 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Shadow Of The Colossus Have a look at the intro for Shadow Of The Colossus' new remake and see just how this one will be superior to the original Shadow Of The Colossus If there is one title we are going to hear a whole lot of out of PSX or in the coming months, it is Shadow Of The Colossus' remake. Let's Relive How One Of Detroit: Become Human's Leads Came To Be
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 28th of November 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Detroit Close to six years later, the mind behind Detroit: Become Human takes a look back & gives some insight on how one of Detroit's leads came to be There are a lot of gamers out there that are excited for Detroit: Become Human after its first unveiling, but there is also a huge portion of that crowd that has little to no knowledge of where it all started. I have personally talked to a few people who had no clue that its original starting was with a tech demo that Quantic Dream put out there to see if they could use their new animation process on the PS3. This was way back in March of 2012. Read More...
