Robin Moves To Action With The Latest Injustice 2 Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 During the first livestream for Injustice 2 we had a chance to see Robin in action as well as other character's new Injustice 2 super moves Yesterday we had the first livestream event for Injustice 2 with the hopes of many more before launch. For those who missed out on all of it during the MKX craze, this is where part of the NetherRealm Studios team gets together to show us new characters, character breakdowns, and other gameplay features for their games to not only hype but also inform us all. Unlike many of the other streams they have done though, it looks like there wasn't any new character to be shown off for Injustice 2 nor any solid breakdowns but at least we did get to see more than just a glimpse of Robin in action as he now has a solid gameplay trailer to show you some of the new moves and action in store for us. While the video clip here isn't completely telling of how Robin will be in Injustice 2, it is something new and it does sow off that there is still something going on in the universe where swords to the gut don't kill beings without super powers. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare's next Zombies DLC has shown up so we can see how to rave Call Of Duty style with said zombies Hopefully in the mix of all of the other games launching and getting updates here you haven't forgotten about Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare and the DLC that still needs to get out there for the game. The next big batch of it all is landing, on the PS4 at least, on January 31st here from Infinity Ward and of course that means that the Zombies mode will be getting another huge batch of content too. Hopefully we will get word on when Activision will bring all of this to the Xbox One and PC fans of Call Of Duty, but for now this is where we are with it all. Read More...

Resident Evil 7 First DLC Packs Have Been Dated & Further Detailed
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Resident Evil 7 The DLC for Resident Evil 7 now has some solid details and release dates even though Resident Evil 7 has just launched worldwide now Well, today is the day and Resident Evil 7 has launched out there in the world which would normally just mean that all we would get is a nice little update and a launch trailer to look at for those who were still holding out for the game. It's the usual way it goes but it looks like Capcom is mixing things up here as it looks like not only did they give us a rather telling launch trailer to gaze upon, but they also detailed out the first two major DLC packs that will be coming to Resident Evil 7 and one of them will be here in only a few short days. Yes, you read that. Read More...

Here's A New Look At Ghost Recon Wildlands' World & Toys
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 23rd of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Ghost Recon Wildlands A new showcase video for Ghost Recon Wildlands has sprung up to show off the world of Ghost Recon Wildlands as well as the guns and how they sound Hopefully by now you have seen just how beautiful Ghost Recon Wildlands could potentially look when you spin it up on March 7th. So far it has looked amazing and sounds amazing but given how we've been burned in the past by other Ubisoft titles and the sizzle of promotional materials, it could leave one thinking that we are getting the razzle dazzle yet again. That's why I generally like to stay cautiously optimistic to pessimistic at all times so I won't be let down just in case games like Ghost Recon Wildlands don't live up to all of the hype and visuals that we are given during development. So far Bandai Namco has only shown the game off in its full arcade box form and little has been discussed on the home versions of the game. Let Final Fantasy XV's Moogle Chocobo Carnival Festivities Begin
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV The limited time Final Fantasy XV event, Moogle Chocobo Carnival, starts next week and we can see what it adds to Final Fantasy XV if you get the pack By now you have most likely picked up Final Fantasy XV Holiday Pack in either Free form or as part of the Season Pass for the game. It seemed odd to have been released so far back and with only a few bits of the content ready for us out of the box but Square Enix put it out there and it is still available for all to download in which ever form on the PS4 and Xbox One. Mixed in were a few new outfits for the characters of Final Fantasy XV and other minor bits but the bulk of it was listed as coming at a later date when the in-game event kicked off in the way of the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. Join In On The Ghost Recon Wildlands Single Player Mission Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Ghost Recon Wildlands A breakdown of Ghost Recon Wildlands' single player missions has been placed out there giving 22 minutes of new Ghost Recon Wildlands gameplay We've had some pretty good looks at Ghost Recon Wildlands in the past and I am sure we will see a whole lot more as we get closer to March 7th but here we go with yet another one to get us ready to play the single player part of the game here. There is still the multiplayer part coming and heading to beta as Ubisoft is want to do, but here we are to focus on the single player part. Ghost Recon Wildlands is an open-world game after all and even though you will have a squad to control, it should be seen as a huge part of the overall game. Read More...

It's Almost Time To Dominate The Lands Of Conan Exiles
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Conan Exiles The third developer diary for Conan Exiles has been released and this one focuses on the combat of Conan Exiles as well as how to summon those avatars In just under two weeks Conan Exiles will be moving into early access for those looking to give the game a go on their PC. It is still coming to the PS4 and Xbox One, but Funcom is only giving "the master race" the chance on January 31st for ease of getting some solid responses back to make the game better. That is what these things are supposed to be for and not just a demo of Conan Exiles to generate buzz before launch. That all said here, and back to the buzz, it looks like the third pillar of gameplay has just been shown off so we can all understand how to dominate the game in its many ways. Read More...

Werewolf: The Apocalypse Is Getting The Video Game Treatment Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Werewolf It has just been announced that Werewolf: The Apocalypse will be getting its own video game version for us to pretend to be a Werewolf out to save the world It seems like it wasn't that long ago that we were talking about a World Of Darkness MMO coming and then being canceled but now it looks like the universe is being brought back in video game form as we now have Werewolf: The Apocalypse getting the same treatment here. Yes, it looks like Paradox Interactive, the people who own the rights to the IPs, have given way for Cyanide Studios and Focus Home Interactive to give bringing this part of the universe to life and hopefully success. Werewolf: The Apocalypse wouldn't be my own personal choice to come from the WoD here but at least it looks like they are still willing to give it a try and give gamers a taste of the table top games in the realm of the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It's Almost Time To Tip The Scales Of War In For Honor's Closed Beta
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
For Honor New details on For Honor's upcoming closed beta have been revealed and it looks like we'll see nine of For Honor's warriors in action here soon Next week we will see the For Honor closed beta kick off on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC as well as the metagame they are calling the "Faction War." Not a huge secret and people are still holding out hope that they will be in on this beta as Ubisoft still has not sent out confirmations as of the time of this posting on who is in or not. What has just been shared though is just what parts of For Honor we will get to experience in the game here when everything kicks off on January 26th. Read More...

Call Of Cthulhu Shows Us The Depths Of Madness We Will Go To
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Call Of Cthulhu A new trailer for Call Of Cthulhu has released and we get to see how far Pierce, Call Of Cthulhu's protagonist, will dive into madness Here we go with yet another interesting trailer for the upcoming Call Of Cthulhu game coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime this year. We've had a few good viewings of the game so far but here we get to see the level of madness that Cyanide Studios is crafting for us here in the game as well as a bit more of the story we will help unfold. Not only that, but as Call Of Cthulhu's character generally go insane no matter the medium you play it in, we also get to see what I am guessing is some of harsher stuff that the game's protagonist will go through as he investigates the weirdness going on in the game's world. Weirdness or madness, either one really works here for all of this. Read More...

Necromunda: Underhive Wars Is The Next Warhammer Title On Its Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Necromunda Another Warhammer title is in the works with Necromunda: Underhive Wars and it aims to tackle the Necromunda game in a tactical RPG setting Maybe you were sitting around and thinking that we needed another Warhammer 40,000 game out there after the success of Mordheim and that it also need to be set in the Necromunda setting of the classic game. It isn't just you as it looks like Rogue Factor was doing that too and so was Focus Home Interactive as they are working together to bring us yet another title in the universe just as described. Yes, now we have Necromunda: Underhive Wars here to be announced for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on its way due to all that success and also to bring another version of the universe off of the table and into a digital world setting. Get Ready To See The Nine Deaths Of Six In Little Nightmares
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares The release date for Little Nightmares has been set and it looks like Little Nightmares is also getting some rather cool bonuses to collect It looks like the date has been set and we now know when Little Nightmares will be hitting our PS4, Xbox One, and/or PC. Tarsier Studios has been hard at work to get us a really cool and creepy title to play here and it looks like we will all be diving in and watching Six die, or not, on April 28th here. The or not really refers to your ability to navigate the poor girl through the world of Little Nightmares and make sure she doesn't die and not the actually picking up of the game. It looks like a bunch of great titles we've all loved crammed into one big game with an amazing aesthetic so I'm pretty sure that many of us will at least give the game a try if not full purchase when it finally lands. Three More Warriors Join The Fight In For Honor
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
For Honor Three more heroes coming to For Honor have been shown off for each faction and all look to bring spear fighting to For Honor in their own different ways The full roster of warriors coming to For Honor is almost filled all the way out as we now have three more to add to the ranks. Not a moment too soon either as we are looking at the beta for the game to kick off here in just over a week and then we have the official version coming from Ubisoft on February 14th still. All of these heroes need to have their spotlight and time in the sun before then and time is just running out. Not that I don't think we'll finally get to see and experience them all when For Honor's beta kicks off, but it would be nice to see them all as I'm still going to say that it is a server test and not a beta given that the team would have no time to fix any glaring issues spotted in the two weeks they would have.
