Review: Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare [Multiplayer]
by Greg Tatterfield [ Thursday, 13th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
We sit down and play Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Is this veteran still up to task find out in our two part review? This part will cover the multiplayer Hated Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare is a solid experience and perhaps one of the best Call Of Dutys in years. With that being said there is one issue that tarnishes the whole experience and that is the lag. This is the kind of lag that you don't notice till you try and kill another player. You could have the best aim and shoot another player first and then still get killed by said player. Read More...

Review: Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare [Campaign]
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare's campaign mode. Does it advance the overall franchise or does it leave us all wanting more? The time has come around again and we have had the chance to play and review Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare. We have Sledgehammer Games back at the helm for the latest edition to join the franchise and they are looking to stake their claim back into our hearts and systems. They have been trying to push the limits of the current and next gen consoles and all of the hype has shown that to be the case but did they actually do it? Is Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare just a fancy cash grab or is it the next greatest edition to the overall franchise? Read More...

See How Resident Evil Revelations 2 Is Going To Handle In Your Hands
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of November 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
Some new gameplay footage for Resident Evil Revelations 2 has surfaced and it shows off the menu system as well as the controller scheme We've seen Resident Evil Revelations 2 in action already but until now there was no context on how everything was being driven and controlled. It was easy to assume the basic for the game as Capcom doesn't deviate from the basics all too much. I mean why would you change Up on the Left Stick from moving the character forward and all that? It would make no sense unless you were making a title specifically to mess with the norm and let's face it, Resident Evil Revelations 2 is not a game that looks to be deviating from the norm but giving us more of the Resident Evil franchise in our faces. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Here is a new trailer for Far Cry 4 from Ubisoft and Red Storm to show us everything that we need to know for the game's launch It looks like these "everything you need to know" videos from Ubisoft are all the rage still so here we have one for Far Cry 4. We all need a reminder as to why we need to be picking up Far Cry 4 and giving it a spin because all of the previous videos and information handed out like candy just wasn't enough. I'm so glad that we are getting treated like we have the truncated version of a gold fish's memory. Like under a week kind of truncated here. Read More...

More Support For Evolve In The Way Of Cabot
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
IGN Has Shown Off The New Support For Evolve Named Cabot And He Looks More Supportive Than The Others Last week we had our most recent hunter for Evolve shown off in the wake of the PS4 and Xbox One beta. This week we get another new hunter in the support class named Cabot. He's a rail gun shooting, death ray wielding, orbital cloud calling new addition to the mix who also looks to be way more in the support class than any of the others that have already been announced by 2K Games and Turtle Rock Studios to date. Here's a quick breakdown of what Cabot brings to Evolve and how I came to my thought on him. We all know that the support for Evolve is there to buff and also put the hurt on the monster as you hunt it down. Read More...

The Game Awards Have Been Announced Because We Need Another One…
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Geoff Keighley has announced that it is time for The Game Awards show, another awards show just for video games I was thinking the other day "Why don't we have another awards show for video games?" Looks like someone was reading my mind as it looks like we have The Game Awards just announced by Geoff Keighley coming our way to celebrate the video game industry. If the VGX and other award shows of the past weren't proof enough that most gamers out there don't care for an awards show then I don't know what else will. Although to be honest after hearing a bit more on The Game Awards show some doubts could be put aside as it doesn't sound like one network's way to grab some quick cash using our beloved subculture. How Will All Of Your Choices In Dragon Age: Inquisition Play Out?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Another look at Dragon Age: Inquisition as BioWare and EA show off just how all of your choices will/could have game changing consequences We're so close to having Dragon Age: Inquisition to experience and alter the game's world to our whims. That is what a good Dragon Age game is all about right? Being able to change and alter the game's world and narrative as some kind of overseeing god? Did you not know that was part of Dragon Age: Inquisition? I hope so as you are reading on the topic right now and would most likely be lost by now or by watching the below trailer showing off how all of you choices will affect Dragon Age: Inquisition. Check Out More Of The 150+ Characters Of LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
A new developer diary and more characters are shown off for LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham in the latest video released for our amusement If you thought that the upcoming Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice was cramming in an obscene amount of characters then you just have not been keeping up with LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. It really does seem the DC way now-a-days to cram as many of their IPs into one product and see which hits home with fans so they can then exploit that one. Then again it is no strange news that we are up there with TT Games' LEGO Batman 3 as that was kind of the goal without changing the game's title to be LEGO DC Universe or LEGO Justice League. We Have A New Trapper For Evolve Named Abe
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of November 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
IGN has shown off the new trapper for Evolve named Abe and he has a couple of game breaking features I loathe needing to link out to other sites that are all about being paid support video games but that is the only way we are going to get any further Evolve updates now. Looks like IGN has locked that up but that won't stop us from bringing our look and opinion as now we have Abe the new Trapper for Evolve. Now we are up to three different Trappers and two of everything else as the Big Alpha wound down on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Glad that we all get to miss out on the new stuff for the click bait. Looks Like Grand Theft Auto V Is Going FPS
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of November 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
A new PS4, Xbox One, and PC exclusive feature for Grand Theft Auto V has been shown off and it is first person mode Grand Theft Auto V is coming to the 'next-gen' consoles and PC which is no big shocker to anyone who has not been without their phone or the internet. There were also a few exclusive updates for Grand Theft Auto V that will be coming to these versions of the game but they have been nothing that wasn't expected given the power offered from the newer systems. Luckily those were not the only perks to waiting for GTAV to hit this November as it looks like those hold outs are getting the chance to play the game in First Person mode. All because this is something that everyone wanted or something like that. Read More...
