We'll Have To Accept The Consequences In World Of Final Fantasy
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 19th of September 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy A new story trailer for World Of Final Fantasy has been released and we get more classic Final Fantasy characters and beasts added into the mix It's time to get ready for some more story for World Of Final Fantasy here. Things have seemed a bit few and far between out of Square Enix on all of this but it looks like they were holding back the good stuff until TGS. Now we have more of the story for World Of Final Fantasy in a new trailer and a lot of old characters we will be seeing when we spin up the game on the PS4 or PS Vita on October the 25th. It's already been packed with a lot of good ones from the past and it looks like the true classics are getting mixed into the fun here now. Read More...

World Of Final Fantasy Gets All Blue With New Screenshots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy A new batch of World Of Final Fantasy screenshots have been released and it looks like a lot of classic Final Fantasy characters/monsters are getting added in Usually a game like World Of Final Fantasy would be something I would overlook given the art style and the "cuteness" shown so far. Thankfully I have been pushing past all of those biases to see what Square Enix has to offer and with each new batch of screenshots and video for the game I am glad I do. Now I am on the verge of not being able to wait for World Of Final Fantasy to finally release on October 25th as we have a whole new batch of screenshots that look to bring a lot of the classic characters and monsters back into the mix. Harbingers Are Coming To World Of Warcraft's New Expansion
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 12th of July 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
World Of Warcraft As we get ready for the next World Of Warcraft expansion it looks like we are getting some new World Of Warcraft animated shorts to help us along There is still over a month's wait for the next big World Of Warcraft expansion Legion and we all know that the wait is killing most of us. Thankfully as we wait for the expansion to land on August 30th Blizzard is giving us some kind of relief in terms of new animated shorts for the game's story. Kind of fitting for the sixth major expansion for World Of Warcraft and just kind of given the company's trend before and as of late. Read More...

World Of Final Fantasy's Gameplay Looks As Awesome As The Characters Involved
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of July 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy New gameplay for World Of Final Fantasy has been placed out in the wild for us as well as some break downs on World Of Final Fantasy's combat/collection system We had our first taste of World Of Final Fantasy during E3 and it was really only in the form of a trailer that Square Enix had for us during the event. That and a little bit that they had on the show floor but it didn't really give us much to go on outside of it was coming and the art style. Now we fast forward almost a month since we first heard of World Of Final Fantasy and now we have some solid gameplay to show off. Read More...

Final Fantasy Another addition into the Final Fantasy franchise has a new trailer out just before E3 and now we'll see World Of Final Fantasy this Fall We may have to wait for the bigger announcements at E3 but it looks like we have a good look at World Of Final Fantasy just before and now we have a release date of October 25th on the PS4 and PS Vita. I am going to venture a guess that Square Enix has many other announcements in their chambers ready to go at the event its self so here we go with just a few before. Let all of the news begin here with World Of Final Fantasy… even though it is most likely not the title you might be thinking it is. Read More...

Star Trek Online Boldly Goes Toward Consoles This Fall
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Star Trek Long running Star Trek Online MMO is now heading to the PS4 and Xbox One so more players can experience the Star Trek free-to-play title It's only been about six months in the waiting but now it looks like Star Trek Online is making the voyage to the PS4 and Xbox One. This is something that Perfect World and Cryptic had in the cards since the consoles that could handle the game's engine popped up and we will be seeing it again this Fall. As an added bonus here too, Star Trek Online will also be keeping its Free-To-Play model during the leap so there will be no worry about having to shell out for a game here to play a massive version of "catch up." It does seem a bit odd that it took this long for Star Trek Online to try and make the jump over to the console world but given the controls and UI of the PC version I think it is safe to say that we can blame it on that. SDCC Experience — The Walking Dead Escape 2015
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 23rd of July 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Escape Was Back At SDCC Giving All Of Us A Feel For What A Survival Horror Game Really Feels Like Another SDCC down and another fun run of The Walking Dead Escape to show us all how a survival horror kind of game could be like in the real world. If this is your first time reading about The Walking Dead Escape this would be the zombie obstacle course that has been set up out in San Diego's Petco Park for the fourth year running. Pun intended. The quick breakdown, if you don't want to read our original write up, is that you get grouped together with a small group of other "Runners" and then set loose to get from one end of a set up obstacle course to the other all while a group of other paid participants dressed as the "Walkers" try to corner you and end your life. The Dead Rise Again At SDCC With The Walking Dead Escape
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead Escape is back at SDCC 2015 giving all of us a feel for what a Survival Horror game really feels like in the world of The Walking Dead Looks like the SDCC tradition just keeps going as The Walking Dead Escape is making its return again to SDCC 2015. This would be the live action, survival horror experience set in the world of The Walking Dead that graced Petco Park back in 2012 and has been going strong ever since. The only difference this year is it would seem that this video game-like experience is being brought to life even more not with just the TV show but also it sounds like the other media platforms and versions are making a show during The Walking Dead Escape. Notably one of the best characters from the franchise; Negan. Read More...

Nintendo Is Bringing The World Championships Back At E3 2015
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of May 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Nintendo has released their upcoming plans for E3 2015 and one of them involves bringing the Nintendo World Championships back after a long hiatus Normally it isn't big news, at least big news to me, when a company like Nintendo announces the times for their upcoming press conferences like the one that happens each year at E3. Unless there is a big hardware or franchise return update there really isn't much to go on, especially when it comes to Nintendo lately. Even the huge thing for the Wii U was kind of a bust and not all too much to write online about. Read More...

Call Of Duty: World At War 2 May Have Accidentally Announced Early
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of March 2015 - 07:01 PM ]
A new image has popped up online that shows that the next Call Of Duty title may be Call Of Duty: World At War 2 Before you get all antsy in the pansty here this is a rumor about Call Of Duty: World At War 2 being the next addition to the franchise from Treyarch. This rumor of course started from a "leaked" image hitting the internet that shows that Activision may be announcing the game on May 4th this year. That would be a Monday about a month before E3 so it does seem a bit logical for the reveal to happen. Not to mention that Activision does tend to use the Xbox platform to show things off for their next annual release to the Call Of Duty franchise. Read More...

Review: Heavenly Sword — The Film
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of September 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
Heavenly Sword has been given the CGI film treatment and we've had a chance to sit down and check it out. Here is our review of Heavenly Sword — The Film When I first heard that there was going to be a Heavenly Sword film I became insanely excited. This is one of my favorite video games to date and just like if there was a God Of War film I would lose my shit and be first in line to check it out. Fortunately, Heavenly Sword didn't require me to fight the masses but have a watch in the comfort of my own godly cave and watch it I did. Here is what I have to say on the film adaptation of Heavenly Sword. Read More...
