by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of February 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
There is a new trailer for The Walking Dead Season Two — Episode 2 — A House Divided. Also the new episode will release on March 4th Well that didn't take too long for Telltale to get the next episode for The Walking Dead out. Just under three months and we are continuing the saga of Clementine and the undead. Hopefully we will get an answer to the cliffhanger of who she thought was dead in the first episode. Either way, we will be getting a bit more to the story and hopefully some answers on March 4th on the PC, PSN, and Mac in North America. Read More...

The Whistle Is Being Blow Again For Outlast With Whistleblower DLC
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of February 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
New story DLC for Outlast coming in April that will expand upon the beginning and ending of the game titled Outlast: Whistleblower. Just in case you haven't crapped or pissed your pants enough playing Outlast, Red Barrels Games has just announced new story DLC, titled Outlast: Whistleblower, to expand the world and the horror. At first thoughts I have a few reservations about having story DLC added on so soon, at least in the PS4 realm, but why don't we take a look at what Red Barrels has stated the Outlast: Whistleblower DLC is all about. I've added it below for your viewing ease as well. Read More...

New Details 'Leaked' For Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of February 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Konami tried to 'leak' information about Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, but can they really 'leak' the information? Usually when you hear about video game news leaking it is due to someone who pirated or downloaded something about the game that the PR reps, publishers, or developers didn't want in the wild yet. That is not the case this time with Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. At least if the PR email that I was sent as anything to say about it. Read More...

Dean Hall Is Leaving Bohemia Interactive And DayZ
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Tuesday, 25th of February 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
Dean Hall is leaving Bohemia Interactive and moving on to other things. What does this mean for DayZ? Dean Hall announced today over on Eurogamer that he is leaving Bohemia Interactive to start up another studio in New Zealand. Dan is currently known as the creator of DayZ which has become a gaming phenomenon in the last couple of years. With the game in its alpha stage of development, and many playing through early access on Steam, one certainly has to wonder what will happen to DayZ. Although, he assures us that development will continue and that they hope to make a lot of progress before the year is up. Read More...

If You Thought Zombies Were Bad, Wait Until Evolve
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 24th of February 2014 - 06:02 PM ]
It is time to "Evolve." From the creators of Left 4 Dead comes an exciting new first and third-person shooter; Evolve. One might ask: how can a game be both? Well in first-person mode three other players and you team up to take down a monster, while the other person controls the monster from a third-person perspective. Some of these monsters look absolutely terrifying. My favorite monster so far is a 30 foot tall snarling beast with spikes. Read More...

by Kenton Winkfield [ Thursday, 20th of February 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
The second part of a long list of great games. Welcome to the second part of my favorite games from last gen. If you missed part one you can read it right here. Let's hop right back into it. Red Steel series Red Steel and Red Steel 2 are easily my two favorite titles on the Wii. While they both may not be the best games on the Wii, they both were definitely great for pioneering the new technology the Wii brought forth. Red Steel showcased the new controller's ability to use both motion controls, and sensor targeting in a single game. Read More...

A New Venture For Irrational Games' Ken Levine
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Thursday, 20th of February 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
Irrational Games is shutting down. What is next on the plate for Ken Levine and the BioShock franchise? A story broke today that Ken Levine is starting a new venture inside Take-Two. In his message on Irrational's official site he stated that he wants to go back to having a smaller team that creates narrative driven game for the core gaming audience. Much like how the first BioShock game played. "While I'm deeply proud of what we've accomplished together, my passion has turned to making a different kind of game than we've done before. Which Console Do You Think Will Play Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes The Best?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of February 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
A new video from Konami showcases the graphical differences between the console platform versions of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. Which is the best? Since we are still in the middle of a 'console war' as well as transitions in said 'war' wouldn't it be nice to see how Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes looks on all of them before you buy it. You know, so you can make an informed decision and what not before you finalize your purchase and all that jazz. It would be nice so you can play into the ever changing 'console war' and not to mention find which version of MGSV: Ground Zeroes will look the best. Read More...

Is Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes Coming To PC?
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 17th of February 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
Given current trends and statements, Metal Gear Solid V could easily be making the move over to the PC. While it is purely speculation at the moment, I believe Metal Gear Solid V will come to the PC. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has already been ported to the PC early in January, so to me it makes perfect since for all future Metal Gear games to be released on PC at some point in time. In interviews it has been stated Hideo Kojima really wants to push Metal Gear’s graphical boundaries to the limits of modern hardware. Considering when consoles are released they are somewhat on par with medium end gaming rigs available around the same price points but for the gap between quality further as years go by. Read More...

Evolve Is Not Really Evolving Multiplayer, But It Works
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of February 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
We have some new details on Evolve, the upcoming 4v1 shooter from Turtle Rock Studios. Trailer and screen shots galore. So when I hear a game is going to be multiplayer heavy as is the case with Evolve, I normally cringe. I also usually think of just giving a blanket pass on the title as well. But with what I have been seeing and reading from Evolve my interest has been piqued again. Just in case you don't know what the game is about here's a short history lesson. Originally it was going to be published by THQ and was called Wild. Read More...

When you are a gamer on a PC you need to have the best of the best. Be it to keep up with the ever changing graphics and system requirements of game engines or just to have the fastest response time to a game's mechanics. The latter obviously done with the input devices you connect to your PC, wired or wireless.
