Prey Another trailer for Prey is here and this one goes over all the fun gadgets and gear we'll have to play with in Prey when it launches Another week and another video here for Prey. With May 5th quickly approaching, I know I still have many questions and things I want to see from Arkane Studios and it looks like they are going to deliver it all right up until the launch. Well, at least as much as Bethesda will let them until then. For now though it looks like we have another great look at Prey and the weapons and gear that we will be using here soon to take down the Typhon that are plaguing our ship. Read More...

Injustice 2 A new look at Injustice 2's Catwoman is here for us all and we get to see how she uses her pets in Injustice 2 to fight dirty Over the weekend there was a fun Injustice 2 April Fools joke of the Wonder Twins being added into the game. So far it has been confirmed that this is a joke from NetherRealm Studios but I wouldn't put it past them for future DLC. That of course is not why we are here though. I'm going to venture a guess that Injustice 2 will have another character shown off this week but as of right now it is time to dig deeper into one that has been part of the roster for a while. Prey New details on Prey's alien powers and human upgrades are here and it shows just how in Prey we will be playing with more power As we mentioned earlier in the week, Prey was slated to get a few new videos to look at to go over the alien powers and upgrades that we could jam into Yu's eyes. We've already seen a nice smattering of them all already but just when you though that Arkane Studios has shown them all, they have a few more in the wings waiting to be seen. Now we get to see them and hopefully not all for Prey here as we still need some surprises come May 5th and hopefully Bethesda is going to reel it all in to make sure we aren't left wanting but also don't know it all. That is the hope at least. Read More...

Hellblade The latest developer diary for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has been released and this one goes into just how sound in Hellblade will be a huge aspect Every time I see something new for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice I am generally impressed and can't wait to see where it all goes from there. This time around I can't say that I saw anything new and impressive with Ninja Theory's latest developer update for the game. Thankfully this is not due to the team faltering on Hellblade or anything, but because this time around it is all about the audio and in that aspect I am taken back yet again. Read More...

Guardians Of The Galaxy The release date for Guardians Of The Galaxy has been set and we also have a new trailer for Guardians Of The Galaxy's first episode The date has been set and the Guardians Of The Galaxy episodic title will be here by April 18th for those who want to pick it up digitally for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It kind of looks like Telltale Games is only slightly using the new film to synergize sales for the game but none the less it is coming. I guess you could say it is going to piggy back off the Guardians Of The Galaxy sequel in the way that a physical form of the game will be available on May 5th, the same day as the film, but that won't get everyone as amped up as it'll still only be the digital code for the season in the box more or less. Injustice 2 A new Injustice 2 video shows off some of the villains already announced for Injustice 2 but also shows off another new villain in the mix It's Thursday again and that seems to mean that Injustice 2 will have another character revealed or at least a showcasing of a few characters that have already been revealed. Today though, it looks like NetherRealm Studios has doubled down on all of that and has given a showing of some already announced characters in the roster but also show off one that has yet to be shown; but was on that rumored list for so long. It's time to have a look at Grodd, Bane, Captain Cold, and the latest villain to join the rouge's gallery for Injustice 2; Scarecrow. Read More...

Friday The 13th During PAX East it was teased that Friday The 13th: The Game was changing up Jason's fourth ability to fit in line with Friday The 13th lore, and here it is One of the things a lot of people noticed during the Friday The 13th: The Game panel during PAX was that there was a new ability for Jason that had yet to be shown off and was different than what was in the beta test. People pointed it out and as is normal, Gun Media and Illfonic made note of it but then gave no new information of hints to it all. All that was known that it was something completely new for Friday The 13th: The Game but would please a lot of fans of the franchise and looking for some new gameplay. Read More...

Prey A new showcasing of Prey's different weapons and powers is here to show you the stuff we have yet to see for Prey so far We've seen a whole lot of the weapons and powers for Prey so far but it has seemed a bit limited. I assumed that was due to the fact that Arkane Studios wanted to keep a lot of it under wraps until May 5th when we'll all be playing the game on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. Looks like I was wrong. Not in the aspect that we have seen it all already, but in the fact that Bethesda has brought us one more video here for Prey that showcases more of the powers and weapons in the game that we will be using. Friday The 13th New shot of Friday The 13th's counselors has been placed out there to give us a feel for who we will play in Friday The 13th that's not Jason It's been a wait but here we go with Friday The 13th: The Game getting some more time in the sun. No, we don't have a release date for everyone out there as it is still set for Early 2017, but what we do have is a look at all of the counselors in the game that Illfonic and Gun Media have crafted side-by-side. All ten of our victims counselors are no present for Friday The 13th and all filling their specific roles that have been placed out there for them. The finer details on that have still yet to be disclosed, but at least we have a look at them as we had a look at all of the Jason versions already as well. Read More...

The Walking Dead The launch trailer for The Walking Dead: A New Frontier's third episode has finally been released as soon we can see how this part of The Walking Dead plays out Last week we had a nice little tease for the third episode of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. It showed off a nice little bit of what we could expect in this episode but also looked like it was very focused on the pre-end history of Javier's and little more than that. This week it looks like Telltale Games has given us all the launch trailer for the episode, it still launches on March 28th though, and it definitely goes down a path a bit of a different path than previously thought; all of which in a good way. I had little doubt that this version of The Walking Dead would leave us hanging in a weird spot. Read More...

Prey A new developer diary for Prey is out and it dives right into Prey's protagonist, who they are and why they are going through the hell that they do in the game By now we all know that we will be playing our own version of Morgan Yu in Prey so we can be fully immersed. Arkane Studios has given us the option to play as male or female in the game and all without sacrificing any of the story for one or the other. Pretty nice even though Prey is a FPS and we'll only really see the character's hands in this regard, but there are a few scenes and tidbits that will show off the gender. You know, because this is something that is truly needed to be a focus instead of just telling an amazing story. Read More...

Injustice 2 The third Shattered Alliances trailer for Injustice 2 has dropped and it places Super Girl at odds with Injustice 2's other heroes even further Here we go with our third installment of the Shattered Alliances trailers for Injustice 2 and this one is all about Super Girl and her role in the epic fight(s) that are to come. It even looks like we are going to be getting a few call backs to the House Of El's past here from NetherRealm Studios based on this trailer which I hope will point to the bigger bad guy that has yet to have much focus; Brainiac. He's in Injustice 2 and affects the whole story somehow, but as it seems right now it has all been about the heroes of the DC universe dealing with the aftermath of the first Injustice story. The Occupation A new title, The Occupation, has been announced and The Occupation places us in the role of a whistleblowing journalist in 80's England If you're like any other gamer out there then you've had dreams of being a political journalist in the 80's telling the story of the most recent terrorist attack that has happened. No? Well if that seems like something you want then you need to have a look The Occupation as it has just been announced and gives us just that. Read More...

An official Injustice 2 gameplay trailer for Cheetah has been released and now we can see just how she will play in Injustice 2 if we learn well We've seen Cheetah a few times before for Injustice 2 already, but now we get to see her in full action and not some of the slower gameplay used to show off her moves and specials as we've seen. Those videos and streams from NetherRealm Studios, while informative, can be a little on the slower side for characters like Cheetah how look to be very fast-paced when all is said and done. At least that would be my take away here from the new Injustice 2 trailer that we have just below. Read More...
