by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 7th of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Those who missed out on Gauntlet when it relaunched on PC will now get to play it on the PS4 with the Gauntlet: Slayer Edition I knew it was only a matter of time for the latest Gauntlet title to make it over to the consoles from PC and it looks like the first leap is with Gauntlet: Slayer Edition coming to the PS4. It only took about a year but Arrowhead Game Studio and Warner Bros. has been able to bring the dungeon brawler to a larger audience on August 11th. Read More...

Looks like the wait is over as the PS4 version of The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter is slated for a July 15th release date now Hopefully by now all of you reading this know about The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter as it released on PC last year and was well received by many. This would be that amazing looking supernatural adventure title created by The Astronauts that even we spoke highly of back in the day. This was also back when we heard it was being redone in the Unreal 4 engine and also getting a PS4 release scheduled but there was never any word on when after all the great reviews began pouring in for the first release of The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter. A Bit Of Story & A Trailer For Minecraft: Story Mode Have Released
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
During Minecon 2015 the first bit of story for Minecraft: Story Mode, as well as a trailer, have been released with all the Minecraft goodness included We've waited patiently for anything new for Minecraft: Story Mode since its first announcement and now we have a bit more to work with. It would make sense that Telltale would wait until Minecon to release all of this as it is the Minecraft convention and all. I never in this life cycle thought I would say that we needed or had a want for a Minecraft convention but we do and this is where Minecraft: Story Mode was first shown off to the world. That and the internet but that should be a given. Read More...

Three More Heroes For Overwatch Emerge To Dazzle Our Eyes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of July 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
We have more gameplay for Overwatch to show off three more characters as well as a bit of a wrap up on the core gameplay for Overwatch Here we go with even more gameplay and characters for Overwatch here to gawk at. Not only is it more gameplay for the game but it is also a good look at the 'non-female-stereotype' female-stereotype character that everyone praised Blizzard for when she was first announced. I am talking about Zarya the heavy Russian combatant that pretty much looks and plays like every other heavy Russian stereotypical female character in video games. But hey, Overwatch is made by a studio with such a following that no one will care about that and just spin it up on the PC to enjoy for decades as it is another new IP of theirs in the end. The official description for Batman: Arkham Knight story DLC featuring Batgirl now has a date and premises to see how she will help fight the Arkham Knight We all knew that we were getting a bit of story DLC featuring Batgirl in Batman: Arkham Knight. We just never knew when or in what capacity we would be getting her added to the mix. I am glad to say that while Rocksteady Games has been working on fixing those PC bugs and Warner Bros. have been aiming at the PS4 and Xbox One issues we now have more details on this story DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight. Time For A Bit More Story On Tom Clancy's The Division
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 3rd of July 2015 - 04:59 PM ]
We've seen a lot of gameplay for Tom Clancy's The Division but only a bit of story but thankfully here is a bit more on that for The Division There are a lot of people out there excited for The Division to finally launch on March 8th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I know I am excited to see if the visual quality is upheld by Ubisoft or just upgraded for E3 demos and such. I also know that a lot of people flipped over The Division after seeing the new gameplay at E3. Maybe not on my social accounts but it was all the buzz around the booths on the show floor. Fans Won't Let P.T. Die As We Have Allison Road As A Successor
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
It looks like we have another contender for scariest horror title as Allison Road is in the works to take up the mantle that P.T. was forced to drop I'll be the first to admit that the loss of P.T. and Silent Hills was a kick to the nuts with spiked, steel-toed boot. Thankfully we have a lot of other passionate people out there working on solutions to that pain and we have another one in the way of Allison Road. It is another attempt to drive fear into our hearts while wandering around what we should all assume to be a safe place; our own home. Well the personal home of the unnamed protagonist we are controlling in Allison Road at least which of course has not only that in common with the aforementioned P. Read More...

The Assassin's Creed Experience Is Returning For SDCC 2015
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of July 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Just in case you couldn't prove your Assassin's Creed merit at last year's SDCC Assassin's Creed Experience, the event is returning and coming with a new Victorian London vibe If there is one great way to promote an Assassin's Creed title it was definitely the Assassin's Creed Experience at SDCC last year. Sadly though if you were not able to attend San Diego Comic Con or you didn't want to stand in the long line for a short experience that was the only way to experience it. If you want another chance though it looks like the Assassin's Creed Experience is returning again and this time it has the Assassin's Creed Syndicate makeover added into the mix with this time ending in a Leap Of Faith out of the Tower Of London. Review — Hatred
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of June 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Hatred. Is It Worth Your Time or was it all PR hype to grab your attention with the hyper-violence? Here's Our Review of Hatred If there has been one title recently that has made a huge splash in a short amount of time it was Hatred. This is the twin-stick shooter title from Destructive Creations that was denied on Steam and then allowed back after much outcry. Mainly all of the negative press being aimed toward the ultra-violence that is portrayed in this AO title only on PC that has garnered its claim to fame but we had a chance to give it a good solid play through and we have our own thoughts on Hatred. Without gilding the lily any longer or pissing off the game's protagonist much more, here is our review for Hatred. Read More...

Here's That Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain 2015 E3 Demo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of June 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
For those who were not able to see Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain in action at E3 2015 we have you covered with over 40 minutes of The Phantom Pain gameplay Not too surprising was the fact that Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain was one of the big titles that Konami had on the show floor for many to see at E3. What was a bit surprising, especially given all of the Kojima Productions drama, was the fact that their main demo was out in the open for all to see at specific intervals during the show. I would have thought that they would have had The Phantom Pain behind closed doors to keep questions to a minimum as they have in the past but I guess with the September 1st release date coming they wanted as many players seeing why they should pick up The Phantom Pain for their PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, or PC. We Have Some Hot Mortal Kombat X Predator Action Going On Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 30th of June 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
It looks like some gameplay for the upcoming Predator DLC for Mortal Kombat X has made its way online so we can all see the apex Predator killing all that Mortal Kombat X has to offer If you couldn't wait until sometime in July to see Predator in action for Mortal Kombat X then boy are you in luck. It looks like there is about 20 minutes or so of said gameplay out there in the wild that NetherRealm and Warner Bros. have yet to shut down in their tracks. Read More...

A Not So Full Review — Batman: Arkham Knight [PC]
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 29th of June 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
We Tried To Sit Down And Review Batman: Arkham Knight but sadly the PC version has made that impossibility. Here's what I have to say on the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight I received my copy of Batman: Arkham Knight when I bought my new GTX 960 SCC 4GB edition. I had never played the previous three Arkham games or any spin-offs and was quite looking forward to diving in to such a praised franchise from Rocksteady Games to review it without having the others to compare it to. Though after spending a day downloading the game… it crashed on startup. I'm not the only one who has been burned by the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. Read More...
