by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of February 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Soulcalibur A new character is coming to Soulcalibur VI via DLC and it is yet another from Soulcalibur’s past to entertain and slay with It looks like SoulCalibur VI is ready to bring in another fighter to the mix via the Season Pass as we have word that Amy will be joining the ranks now. Well, again as Bandai Namco is going through the older rosters again to bring us all more characters to use here. This one hailing all the way back to Soulcalibur IV as we get to see Amy join in now on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Just as we should assume to happen here for the game now that the core game is out there. Read More...

Julia & Negan Are Getting Into The Mix Of Tekken 7 Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of February 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Tekken The next big DLC for Tekken 7 has been given a release date and fans will soon see Negan join in the fight of Tekken 7 with Julia There is nothing new here in terms of knowledge that the characters here are coming to Tekken 7 as part of the Season Pass and list of other characters we have already seen and had a chance to pick up for the game. Bandai Namco has not been too coy about these characters coming, but has been holding back on when they would be coming to the game. It would have made sense for The Walking Dead character to have landed when the new season kicked off. Read More...

The Essence Of True Strength Lays In Kage For Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of December 2018 - 10:00 PM ]
Street Fighter V Another character is coming to Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition and this time it is a deviation from a standard Street Fighter V character we already know Add yet another character to the roster of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition as we now have Kage joining in on the fight. This would be a new-ish character to the lineup here although as you can see from the basic images, this is just a way for Capcom to fit in another character and further part of the story of Ryu a bit. I say this as Kage is a sentient part of Ryu that is here to prove Ryu is nothing without his darker part. Yes, this is the story, but it is also Street Fighter V so we have to give some kind of break when it comes to how things progress there. Read More...

Piss Your Pants As Negan Gameplay For Tekken 7 Is Here
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of December 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
Tekken The gameplay for Tekken 7’s Negan DLC is here as well as a look at the next new characters for Tekken 7’s Season Pass 2 are fully revealed Way back during EVO we caught wind that Tekken 7 was going to be scoring one of the weirder crossover characters in fighting games as Negan from The Walking Dead was going to join the roster. It was right after the huge hype that the TV show had around the characters and it felt like Bandai Namco wanted to capitalize on that. Not a bad call, but it felt off to me. Read More...

Inferno Is Back To Antagonize Us All In SoulCalibur VI
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 4th of October 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
SoulCalibur The next character for SoulCalibur VI is here and it is another classic that will not be able to be used in multiplayer for SoulCalibur VI The next, and most likely last, character for SoulCalibur VI is here to take in and it is another from the franchise history to torment us all. Inferno is back in and updated by Bandai Namco for the game just in time for its October 19th release date. It was something that had been rumored already for SoulCalibur VI and now we have confirmation and the ability to see the character in action. Also with a little bit of what looks like a story scene mixed in. Read More...

Be Ready To Dance With Raphael As He Joins SoulCalibur VI
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of September 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
SoulCalibur Another character for SoulCalibur VI is here and we are seeing Raphael back in the SoulCalibur mix bringing along his fencing style Time to add one more to the roster of SoulCalibur VI as it looks like Raphael is back in the mix here and bringing that fencing style we all knew from the past. Yes, this is yet another old character that Bandai Namco is tapping for us to join in the fight, but it does further expand out the roster so we cannot truly complain. I mean, we could but seeing as SoulCalibur VI is only a month out from launch at this point I do not think it is going to do all too much. Read More...

You Will Feel The Pain Of Cervantes In SoulCalibur VI
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 12th of September 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
SoulCalibur Cervantes is here to join the roster of SoulCalibur VI adding another SoulCalibur veteran to the ever-growing list of fighters for the game Fans of Cervantes from all of the past titles can rest assured that the character will be back for SoulCalibur VI now. I say this because we finally have the reveal trailer for the character here from Bandai Namco to show how the character has evolved and changed since we last saw. Especially since he was taken down and sent to Hell in previous SoulCalibur titles. At least as we are going here with the current lore and how the character is being brought back to join in the fight on October 19th when the game hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of August 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
SoulCalibur A new character for SoulCalibur VI is revealed here with Azwel and he is also new to the SoulCalibur franchise in general One more fighter has joined the ranks of SoulCalibur VI and it is Azwel. If you are not familiar with this character, do not fret. This is a completely new character for the franchise that Bandai Namco has put together for us to expand not only the roster here, but also that of the SoulCalibur franchise. Finally another new one that is not just a crossover character or a twist on an original character of some sorts. I will take it and now have more to look forward to on October 19th when the game drops on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 7th of August 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Street Fighter V The last two characters for Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition are here and one of them is a new fighter just for Street Fighter V It is time to wrap up the third season of character DLC for Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition as we have not one but two fighters finally joining the ranks in the game. We knew both of them were coming as Capcom showed them off not too long ago, but unlike we have had in the past, both are available to be picked up as of August 6th in the various means that you have been able to do that before. For now, we can all rejoice and have a look at both Sagat and G for Street Fighter V and get to know these fighters just a little better before we take on their roles on the PS4 and PC. Read More...

Astaroth & Seong Mi-Na Have Been Added Into The SoulCalibur VI Roster
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of August 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
SoulCalibur Two more characters for SoulCalibur VI have been announced as we get to add a few more SoulCalibur veterans to the list of fighters we will play as It is time to add two more fighters to the list for SoulCalibur VI as we just had Astaroth and Seong Mi-Na announced and shown off to us all. Both have been part of the game's universe for quite some time and it is not too surprising that Bandai Namco is lumping them into the game as well. It does take up two more slots in the SoulCalibur VI roster that could be filled with new characters to the franchise, but as October 19th is coming up quickly, I have a feeling we are only going to be seeing the tried and true characters popping up. SoulCalibur The next fighter for SoulCalibur VI is here as Talim joins in the fight and tried to prove she has what it takes to win in SoulCalibur VI Let us add another fighter to the roster of SoulCalibur VI as it looks like Talim is on her way in now to take names and kick ass. E3 Hands On — SoulCalibur VI
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 21st of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Soulcalibur While at E3, I was able to see SoulCalibur VI in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on SoulCalibur VI. There seemed to be many fighting games out on the show floor at E3, which is good for the genre, but some of the good old franchise was out breathing life into themselves and SoulCalibur VI was another one of them out there. Do not think this is a bad thing as it is good to see that Bandai Namco has not abandoned the game and trying a few new things. Especially based on what they had on the show floor for us to play.
