Godfall Have a look at how combat will flow in Godfall with some new gameplay and looks at big enemies we will encounter in Godfall There have been some great teases and shows for Godfall over the course of time since its announcement and the time is coming to a close until it should be hitting the PS5 and PC. We all need and want more for the game and it looks as if Counterplay Games is giving us one more taste for it all. Star Wars: Squadrons Shows How The War Has Never Ended
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of September 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Star Wars A new cinematic trailer for Star Wars: Squadrons give us a feel for how these dogfights might feel in this slice of Star Wars The war is still on in Star Wars: Squadrons and we have a little more proof of it all with the latest video we have today. A nice new look at how some of the dogfights will flow in our minds and not truly in the gameplay of it all. Not that Motive Studios is not going to be making it as fun as possible, but there will be a lot missed in the mix of it all given how games usually go. That all said, we do get a new slice of the Star Wars fun here with how things can feel in it all. Read More...

Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest Tries To Offer Up The Tabletop Freedom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of September 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Werewolf The next developer diary for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest explains how close to the Werewolf tabletop experience we might get Balancing the freedom of choice in Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest is going to be a huge task to tackle based on what we normally get in the tabletop version of the IP. This is always a tough thing to bring into the digital space based on games that generally are only limited by the imagination of the player. It is usually why we only see titles based on these kinds of IPs that give us a direct path to go down instead of a true branching one that is the norm. Read More...

White Shadows Offers Up A Modern Fable With A New Platforming Style
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 10th of September 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
White Shadows White Shadows is announced here to bring us an interesting looking new platformer with an interesting looking world too Here we go with another stylized platformer with White Shadows getting the announcement for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. The next big one to come out of Headup that takes on the black and white style of visuals for the game with a few other twists. Twists like having hybrid human and animal characters for the White Shadows and a broken-down circus to build part of the world. Not a direct style we can label, but a style that has been chosen and worked well for many other titles in the past. Read More...

Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest Shares So Much With Other Games
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Werewolf The next developer diary for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest offers up a look at how the team is using their past to help build this Werewolf game It is easy to know that Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest is going to be linked into the greater universe that the World Of Darkness has set up. It kind of feels like it has to be that way as of late with how media has been going as of late, but this one has a long history that Different Tales is fully respecting. It also looks like this Werewolf will have a few other things in common with other IPs out there too. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Serious Sam New gameplay for Serious Sam 4 is here just before launch to give us a new way Serious Sam will be taking down these hordes As if Serious Sam 4 was not already going to be "next level" when it came to the insanity we will get to play within the game, here we have a look at a new bit of gameplay that introduces to a new way to get around in the game's world. Not only get around but take down all of those beasts that are out there ravaging the world as we know it. Just in the way that Croteam has gone in the Serious Sam games before, we are getting a little more "extra" here. Read More...

Succubus Unleashes More Fury In The Latest Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of September 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Succubus New gameplay for Succubus is out there after the team put on a developer stream to further show off how dark Succubus is going The gameplay keeps flowing out there for Succubus with all of the over-the-top gore and violence we expect from the universe that Madmind Studio has put together. It does look like they are not shying away from the AO rating on the game again, although this new bit can be seen as a bit tamer than we have had in the past. It is still some crazy hellish things to see, so get ready for it, and all the horrible things that the Succubus is going to do to the poor souls down in Hell. Read More...

Take Off To New Heights In Star Wars: Squadrons
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of September 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Star Wars New gameplay for Star Wars: Squadrons is out there with a new look at one of the missions that will expand on the Star Wars saga to come We wanted more gameplay for Star Wars: Squadrons and now we have it with our first look at how some of the single-player is going to flow in the game. It should not be a huge mystery that it is going to flow about as much as expected here as Motive Studios is making a space dogfighting game set in the Star Wars universe. The bigger sell is going to be the fact that we will get to play on both sides of the conflict to see who really is the bad guy out there or why some of the choices were made along the way. The Medium Is Going To Differ From Other Horror Titles We Have Had
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Medium A behind the scenes video for The Medium is here to shed some light on how The Medium will be a different style of horror from the developer It is time to take a trip into another world for The Medium, as we have a new behind the scenes video to show us how the game is being made and a whole different side of things than we have had before. Kind of like the premise of the game but more so Bloober Team can drop some news out there on the story for the game and show off more gameplay as we wait for it to hit the PC and Xbox Series X later this year. An amazing call if you ask me as it does give us a better look at the world of The Medium. Read More...

Werewolf A new developer diary for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest is out with some hints how real-world locations will link into the Werewolf setting There are still so many things we need to be answered for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Heart Of The Forest and here we go with another answer from the mouths of the developers. The next diary is out there from Different Tales to give us a little more insight into the game's story but also a slightly more to look at for the gameplay here. Martha Is Dead Takes Us All To The Lake For Some Horror
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of August 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Martha Is Dead A new trailer for Martha Is Dead is here to show off more of its darkness and that Martha Is Dead will be heading to the Xbox Series X It has been a good amount of time since we last heard something for Martha Is Dead and now it looks like we have some big news that the game will not only be hitting the PC in 2021 but also the Xbox Series X when it comes. It would seem like the best move for LKA and Wired Productions to aim for all the platforms that they can with this title, and it is going to expand out at least once here. I am always hopeful for all the platforms, but I will take what I can. Read More...
