by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Underworld Dreams A new horror title, Underworld Dreams, is announced and it looks like Underworld Dreams looks to offer up more in the Lovecraft mythos It sure does seem like there is a popularity recently when it comes to the Lovecraft mythologies and here we go with another video game announced in that vein with Underworld Dreams. This would be a new indie title from Drop Of Pixel that is in the works and has Skystone Games at the helm to publish it all for the PC and consoles next year. Something that you can gather from the recently released gameplay video we have here for Underworld Dreams that shows off the game's current state as the team keeps the development flowing. Dead Age 2 Is Shuffling Back Just A Little Bit Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 2nd of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Dead Age The Early Access for Dead Age 2 has to shamble a bit further back as COVID-19 causes Dead Age 2 to not reach a release state It is coming to little surprise with how the world is going that we are going to see delays and pushes for games, and Dead Age 2 is another in the growing list that will be missing the mark due to everything. This would be the next rogue-like tactical survival title coming out of Silent Dreams and Headup for the PC. Originally it was slated to hit its Early Access state on June 3rd, but now it looks like we will have to wait until July. Read More...

The Villain Is Out There In Full Force For Phantom: Covert Ops
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 4th of May 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Phantom The main villain for Phantom: Covert Ops is here with Phantom grabbing a famed voice actor to bring the character to life Every good video game with a story should have a solid villain for us to be fighting and now we have our first look at the one coming for Phantom: Covert Ops when it hits the various PC VR platforms on June 25th. It might be a bit odd to think about as nDreams has not truly shown off much of a story for the game as of yet and it has been more of a few missions that could be left as that. Now, it looks like Phantom: Covert Ops is going to have a huge story to tell with the VR shooter gameplay and with it comes a huge name in the game to voice said villain. Read More...

Phantom: Covert Ops Will Be Paddling In This June
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of April 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Phantom The release date is set for Phantom: Covert Ops for this June and we have a bit more to see on how these Phantom soldiers will be handling We have a release date now for when we can expect Phantom: Covert Ops to land on the PC VR platforms out there. Well, more on the one platform given the deal that nDreams has with the Oculus but that is neither here nor there. It is not going to change the fact that those looking to go virtual with the stealthy military group that uses kayaks to sneak it will have their chance to do so in June. Specifically, June 25th with that being the release date for Phantom: Covert Ops over there. Read More...

Dreams Has Officially Gone Gold For The PS4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of January 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Dreams It is official that Dreams has gone gold and ready to head to the PS4 as Dreams still aims for the Valentine’s Day release There we go with the official announcement as Dreams has gone fully gold and will be making that February 14th release date on the PS4. That is also for the PS VR version of it all too as Media Molecule has not claimed it will not be coming to the platform as of yet. It makes sense that Dreams will be able to be used in the VR setting. How that will fully work is still yet to be seen but we know it is going to happen and now we know exactly when it will unless there is some crazy change no one has been able to call. Read More...

February Will Be The Month When You Will Get To See All Of Your Dreams
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of December 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Dreams The release date for Dreams has been officially set, as Dreams will be exiting its Early Access in February of 2020 For a good chunk of the year, Dreams has been out there on the PS4 in an Early Access form for players to help shape the game and also have the experience that is coming with it. It has been a weird thing going since as it was one of the first major versions of a paid Early Access on the platform but it seems to have worked out well. I say this as we now have word that the Dreams is leaving its early access and Media Molecule will be giving us all the experience in a full form this February. Read More...

E3 Hands-On — Phantom: Covert Ops
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of June 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Phantom While at E3, I was able to see Phantom: Covert Ops in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Phantom: Covert Ops. This year it felt like there was a lack of VR out at E3, but that does not mean it was not there and it did allow for titles like Phantom: Covert Ops to shine out a bit more than normal. Something that many could easily have looked over on the floor if there were loads of other titles out there. Thankfully, I had a chance to sneak down to nDreams to see just what they had for us this year and it was a nice little stealth VR title where we stay seated in a kayak the whole time. Read More...

Dreams Will Be Entering Early Access This Coming April
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of March 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Dreams There will be an Early Access for Dreams on the PS4 and you can expect to enter into Dreams this coming April if you are lucky We have all been waiting for Dreams to finally launch and give us all the chance to rebuild P.T. in the system to share out to the world. Maybe that is just me, but that does not change the fact that many are still waiting for this title to finally be finished by Media Molecule. That is also why I am glad to bring you the news that the wait is coming closer to an end as Dreams will be entering an Early Access phase on the PS4 on April 16th. Yes, I did say Early Access and PS4 here as that is how the title will be showing up first. Read More...

See Just What You Might Be Able To Craft In Your Dreams
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 21st of February 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Dreams A new video shows off more for Dreams and also what could be crafted in Dreams in just about 30 minutes if you focus If you have been hiding under a rock until now you may have missed that we will be seeing Dreams hit the PS4 in a weird form of Early Access sometime this Spring. I say weird as this is not normally the case with a vast majority of games on the platform, but as Media Molecule is one of those teams that Sony has under their umbrella it makes sense to do so. More so when you look at Dreams being a very fancy game design engine in the guise of an actual game. Much like their other titles that have come out. Read More...

Dive Deeper Into Dreams With Some New Gameplay Video
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of May 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Dreams New footage for Dreams has been uploaded to show off were the game has evolved to just before E3 so we can get fully prepared for our Dreams there You can tell we are getting closer to E3 as we start to see more gameplay and B-Roll popping up online just as we have here for Dreams today. Although this all seems to come hot on the heels of Media Molecule showing the game off to multiple different outlets out there but also in preparation for E3. Nonetheless, we have more to look at for Dreams here and it truly shows off how pretty much anyone out there will be able to make their own levels and "games" once it all comes to the PS4. There is still no release date for the game but we also have another little update for the game that came along with this gameplay footage. Read More...

I have faith that you know why you are here though and that is for more on just what the game has to offer up in terms of gameplay and extras that we have grown to love from the developer. Review: Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon
by Michael Camacho [ Friday, 9th of April 2010 - 09:22 PM ]
Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, developed by Namco and localized by XSeed Games, is an interesting game. I felt like I was playing an anime with many Japanese RPG elements infused within. Fragile Dreams is about a young boy named Seto, who is on a quest to find others in the world after nearly everyone has disappeared. After coming in contact with a young girl named Ren, she runs off and he is on a quest to find her and hopefully others. Early on in his journey he finds a Personal Frame Unit that is a talking backpack, and helps guide Seto through many of his trials and tribulations. Read More...

"There's Something In The Sea"
by Sam [ Saturday, 7th of March 2009 - 12:02 AM ]
Take-Two has just released a teaser website for Bioshock 2: Sea or Dreams and are going around town putting up weird posters on the streets to advertise the website, which can be found here.Picture provided by Kotaku reader Dominique:Though the site is new, there isn't much too see on there. You can see a picture of the big daddy doll that was shown in the first teaser trailer of the game, a picture of an "average mens shoe" on the beach and local newspaper articles such as one from February 20th, 1967 titled "LOCAL GIRL VANISHES IN MYSTERIOUS ATTACK" which should give some kind of hint about what to expect in the upcoming game.Still more updates to come. Hopefully we'll get an insight of what to expect in the game or maybe some actual gameplay soon. Read More...
