Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was totally a recovery week in video games for us over here and the industry in whole. Two of the bigger cons for the industry have now wrapped and we have a few more off in the near future and here we site continuing the coverage out of both of those major events. That's not to say that is all we have to cover for video games as we did get to see a whole lot more for Hellblade this week as we head toward the release date for that, but of course there was still a lot from Call Of Duty, Wolfenstein II, and Marvel Vs Capcom fresh out of SDCC and there is still plenty more to come. Hellblade Another trailer for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has been released this week and goes into more on how Hellblade will be getting some PS Pro features & more It's always a good week when we get two big updates for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice as earlier in the week we caught wind that there was to be a Photo Mode in the game to capture all of the fun, and now we are back to see just how amazing some of those shots can be with the PS4 Pro features getting added on in and some of the video output specification the game will have for the PC version. If you've been following along since the beginning you'd know that Ninja Theory has been working their asses off to make this a spectacular looking game and now you can rest assured that Hellblade will be coming with the coveted 60fps on the PS4 Pro. Hellblade It has been announced that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice will have a Photo Mode mixed in & we have some new Hellblade gameplay to spy on It seems like Photo Mode is all the rage in a lot of the big titles nowadays and Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is not going to be left out of all of that fun. It has just been announced that Ninja Theory has put this mode into the game as well but before you roll your eyes, I will say that this is one of the games out there that will truly benefit from it. Sure, Hellblade looks pretty and there will be some great facial captures and environmental shots you'll want to capture, but unlike the other games that have only that, I can see much more here. Hellblade New gameplay for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has just released and it will make you question your own sanity in terms of Hellblade and Senua I don't think I can say this enough, but with each new trailer for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice I don't think that August 8th can get here soon enough. Ninja Theory just keeps impressing with it all and this latest trailer for the game does exactly the same. Hellblade Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has a release date now and it looks like the wait for Hellblade is almost over as it is only a few months out now It has been one Hells of a past three years as we watch Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice transform into the title that we currently see it as now. It not only looks absolutely stunning for the small team that Ninja Theory has working on everything, but it goes into a subject matter that I am truly fascinated by; mental illness. Hellblade Another showcasing of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice's motion capture technology is here although none of this will make it into the final version of Hellblade even though it should Hopefully by now you've seen some of the amazing footage of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice's motion capture technology that was crafted just for this game. Ninja Theory has shown it off a few times to show what can be done in a relatively small space and without the use of all the crazy face painting and physical impairments that need to be cleaned up later. It is quite impressive and it will definitely be one of the bigger selling points for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice for those who have not already fallen in love with the core gameplay shown or the story being told. Hellblade A bit of new gameplay for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has surfaced as well as some great reveals on just what is going on in Hellblade at the end of the day Seeing as Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is a featured game this month on a few of the other major outlets out there, it should come as no surprise that there will be a lot of new gameplay and looks at the game as it is currently. There is still no release date set down by Ninja Theory for the game, but it does look like it is shaping up to be an amazing game for the PC and PS4 when it does launch sometime in 2017. PlayStation A new video has been released showing off some PlayStation exclusive titles coming in 2017 and maybe some PlayStation titles that should have been listed The year has just started and the video game releases will soon be upon us for all platforms from PlayStation to the many forms of PC. To start it all off it looks like a new video showing off some of the titles on their way to the PS4 and PS VR systems has dropped to show us what we can expect. Hellblade The latest developer diary for Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice has been gifted to us and we get to see just how Hellblade's Senua came into being Life is always full of interesting twists and it looks like the development of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is also another shining example of just that. At least that is the takeaway from the most recent developer diary Ninja Theory has given us all just before taking a well-deserved break for the end of the year. While it may not have much in terms of the gameplay for Hellblade, it is filled with an awesome story on just how we ended up with a version of Senua in the game that may have never been had it not been for some of those aforementioned twists spoken of earlier.
