A new Augmented Reality Game, Night Terrors, is trying to raise funds to try and bring real but fake terror into our homes Earlier this week we had the devastation that Silent Hills was canceled so let's get back on a horror highlight with Night Terrors. This would be an augmented reality game that is looking to hit the levels of terror that the prior title mentioned was claiming as well. The big kicker here is that Night Terrors won't be using virtual world interactions to bring the terror. Following yesterday's tease, Activision and FreeStyleGames have announced Guitar Hero Live to be the next reboot to the popular franchise Hot off the tease from yesterday we now officially have Guitar Hero Live and it is looking to reboot the franchise with some new features and a new peripheral for the game. We'll dig into all of that in a moment but here we have it; Guitar Hero Live is coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, Android, and iOS platforms sometime later this year. New footage for the Mortal Kombat X mobile app has been released and shows off how the game will be played It seems to be Mortal Kombat X week over here as we had the character announcements earlier and now we have a nice taste of the mobile game's gameplay. Just below you can see how Mortal Kombat X is going to handle on the Android version of the app but it should be safe to assume that it will run about the same on the iOS version as there doesn't look to be anything platform specific here at all. Warner Bros. and NetherRealm have announced that Mortal Kombat X will be getting a mobile version of the game to give all access to Mortal Kombat X You read that correctly. Mortal Kombat X is coming to mobile devices now. It may not be in the same way you may be thinking but it will get to add multiple more devices for us all to experience the world of Mortal Kombat X. Granted the mobile version will be a fighting/card-battler game instead of the traditional Mortal Kombat we are used to but NetherRealm is looking to keep expanding the universe and in doing so this gives all of us a few more bonuses for Mortal Kombat X in the long run. Project Scissors, the spiritual sequel to Clock Tower, has had its first live action teaser released to show the theme and mood of the final game Fans of the Clock Tower franchise may be familiar with the upcoming Project Scissors title coming soon. It is pretty much the "spiritual sequel" to the franchise. Pirates of The Talos Principle will find out quickly how Croteam punishes them for trying to snag the free copy of the game There is nothing funnier than when someone gets caught doing something wrong and I think this pirate of The Talos Principle takes the cake today. It looks like Croteam has again taken steps to fight piracy of their games and in this case it looks like it was more subtle than their immortal pink scorpion of Serious Sam 3: BFE. Another great classic that not only punishes the pirate but also kind of forces them into the spotlight of internet shame as some complain them as bugs. Telltale and Mojang tried to hide a Minecraft: Story Mode announcement in a game but it looks like we are getting it Hey look, just what all those Minecraft players want; a story mode. No? Well Telltale and Mojang are now officially working on Minecraft: Story Mode just for all of you out there who truly want some kind of story behind all of the mindless hours of tree punching. My whole experience with Minecraft should be obviously only based on what was shown on South Park so I have no clue if there is more to the game than that. Firefly Online finally has some gameplay footage for us to look at and judge if it will further the franchise that was killed off in its prime If you are a huge fan or Firefly then you may have already heard about Firefly Online. I've been keeping an eye on this PC, iOS and Android MMO since I first caught wind and up until now I've been a little under-impressed with what I've seen thus far. We've not had any good gameplay video and to my knowledge a rather low quality CGI trailer to try and explain what Firefly Online is all about and why the fans should be excited that it is coming.
