Prey A new developer diary for Prey is out and it dives right into Prey's protagonist, who they are and why they are going through the hell that they do in the game By now we all know that we will be playing our own version of Morgan Yu in Prey so we can be fully immersed. Arkane Studios has given us the option to play as male or female in the game and all without sacrificing any of the story for one or the other. Pretty nice even though Prey is a FPS and we'll only really see the character's hands in this regard, but there are a few scenes and tidbits that will show off the gender. Injustice 2 The third Shattered Alliances trailer for Injustice 2 has dropped and it places Super Girl at odds with Injustice 2's other heroes even further Here we go with our third installment of the Shattered Alliances trailers for Injustice 2 and this one is all about Super Girl and her role in the epic fight(s) that are to come. It even looks like we are going to be getting a few call backs to the House Of El's past here from NetherRealm Studios based on this trailer which I hope will point to the bigger bad guy that has yet to have much focus; Brainiac. He's in Injustice 2 and affects the whole story somehow, but as it seems right now it has all been about the heroes of the DC universe dealing with the aftermath of the first Injustice story. Mass Effect We sit down and play Mass Effect: Andromeda. The game just came out but here's some quick reasons to buy or not buy Mass Effect: Andromeda Hello, dear readers. This is more of a first impression than an actual review for Mass Effect: Andromeda. I picked this game up early and due to my schedule at the beginning of writing this, I am only about five hours into the game. I also played this pre-patch, but I do realize as time goes on and patches get released from BioWare it may render some of these observations irrelevant. Narcosis A new trailer for Narcosis has released for all to look at as we wait for Narcosis to launch on its many platforms in a little over a week It's been one long trip but it looks like we are almost there as Narcosis finally launches on March 28th here. What once started as a student project has budded up into the debut of Honor Code's first title for the Xbox One, PC, and Oculus. Not too shabby at all and that is apparently not all of the platforms for Narcosis as it is still listed as coming to "other platforms" but by now a good portion of us all know how that can be. An official Injustice 2 gameplay trailer for Cheetah has been released and now we can see just how she will play in Injustice 2 if we learn well We've seen Cheetah a few times before for Injustice 2 already, but now we get to see her in full action and not some of the slower gameplay used to show off her moves and specials as we've seen. Those videos and streams from NetherRealm Studios, while informative, can be a little on the slower side for characters like Cheetah how look to be very fast-paced when all is said and done. Styx We sit down and review Styx: Shards Of Darkness. The goblin is back and there is even more to steal & kill. Here's our review of Styx: Shards Of Darkness Styx is finally back and doing what he does best in Styx: Shards Of Darkness; stealing and killing. It's been a long wait since he was the Master Of Shadows and brought his fun to the screen but Cyanide Studios didn't want the little guy falling into the darkness of obscurity and brought us yet another experience through the eyes of the thieving goblin. Hopefully learning from any mistakes and adding in just enough new items to make the game feel the same but enough to warrant the extra funds that Focus Home Interactive doled out for the game. Outlast 2 Australians may not be seeing Outlast 2 at launch as it looks like Outlast 2 has been refused classification of even a R18+ rating by the censors We just had the release date for Outlast 2 given out and it was assumed to be a world-wide release on April 25th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Now, as it looks, the game may not be making said release date but only for those who live down in Australia where the Classification Board, think ESRB of sorts, has refused to give Red Barrels' new title even the rating of R18+. Injustice 2 We have some new information on Injustice 2's Source Crystals and what they do as well as a good look at Injustice 2's version of Firestorm now We are back again with more Injustice 2 new and updates and while this isn't anything in lines with a new character reveal, we do have a new look at just how character customization and Source Crystals will work in the game. Source Crystal being the in-game currency for those who want to make their specific characters have a look and feel other than what NetherRealm Studios has provided out the gate. Prey Have a look at three of Prey's Typhon aliens in action along with how they may function in Prey and how we will be able to handle them in the long run We've seen them a bit already in Prey but now it looks like it is time to have a better breakdown of the alien creatures, known as Typhon, for the game. Well, at least three of them for now even though we see four in the list, but maybe that was just Arkane Studios suggesting that one is really just the "cocoon" of sorts to build to the others. Mass Effect Another member of Mass Effect: Andromeda's Pathfinder team has been given the introduction as well as a lot of Mass Effect: Andromeda spoiler gameplay Another day and even more Mass Effect: Andromeda news and updates. This time around we have not only a new look and introduction to another character in the game, but given that it is launching on March 21st for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, we also have a nice little visual breakdown for the game. All of that and it also looks like BioWare was nice enough to spoil the opening to Mass Effect: Andromeda here for those who just can't wait until next week to get the game in their hands. Drawn To Death It has just been announced that Drawn To Death will be free for all PS Plus players out there and Drawn To Death will be bringing more exciting extras Back in February we had word that Drawn To Death finally had a set release date of April 4th but also that it was going to run the cost of $20 USD when it was first brought up as free-to-play. This brought on a lot of concern and questions for Bartlet Jones as to what had changed and if it would eventually become one of the titles that PS Plus brought us for free on our PS4. System Shock 3 A new publisher has joined to help System Shock 3 finally come to fruition after System Shock 3 was first confirmed back in 2015 with little else Maybe you remember back in December of 2015 when we finally had word that System Shock 3 was officially in the works or maybe you don't. Mass Effect The multiplayer for Mass Effect: Andromeda has been shown off here and now we can see just how our friends can help us in Mass Effect: Andromeda in-game Questions on Mass Effect: Andromeda's multiplayer mode have been all the rage as of late since it was let loose that BioWare was not going to be having any kind of 'beta' before March 21st when it is supposed to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Prey Another long bit of gameplay for Prey has been released but this time we get to see some of Prey's alien abilities mixed into it all Hopefully you are ready for a whole lot of new gameplay for Prey as that is what we have here for us all to digest. Well, some of it is new as the first bit is filled with the gameplay that Arkane Studios has already shown us all before, but thankfully there is a bit more than we've had before. There is still more to see for Prey before May 5th of course, but given that Bethesda was out at the con to show it all off, the amount still in hiding has been dwindled a little more.
