Far Cry New details for Far Cry 5's co-op and multiplayer gameplay is here from Paris Games Week as well as a new look at the cult of Far Cry 5 If you were worried that Far Cry 5 was not going to have some kind of multiplayer component mixed in, then let me put that worry to rest for you as it has now been shown off out at Paris Games Week. Yep, Ubisoft has given us a look at the "multiplayer" aspect that we can all look to enjoy when the game hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on February 27th. Spider-Man A new Spider-Man trailer is here from Paris Games Week and this one shows us who Spider-Man actually is as well as some of the supporting cast After much waiting and guessing, we finally know who this Spider-Man is going to be in the new game coming from Insomniac Games. Not only that, but we also have a new trailer for the game out of Paris Games Week all to show us that it will be another Peter Parker story but it will host a plethora of supporting cast as well as other playable characters. All of this because, and I agree, the best Spider-Man stories do come from events that cause both the hero and secret identity to cross over and this is just what this PS4 game is looking to do. The Last Of Us At Paris Games Week, we had a new trailer for The Last Of Us Part II and it shows a few new characters to The Last Of Us universe & story It has been a good while since we had anything of real substance for The Last Of Us Part II and out of Paris Games Week we now have a new trailer for the game. A nice and lofty trailer that shows off a new set of characters that will be part of the overall Ellie and Joel story, but have their own little bit to go through before Naughty Dog gets them all linked and on the same page. Injustice 2 The first gameplay for Hellboy in Injustice 2 is here and it looks like he will be adding in a few things Injustice 2 may have been missing Fighter Pack 2 is coming to a close here for Injustice 2 as the last of the three DLC characters has now been shown off and dated as to when he will join the roster. Yes, Hellboy finally has his introduction video that NetherRealm Studios has done for each character so far and it looks like we can expect him to hit the PS4 and Xbox One on November 14th. God Of War New combat for God Of War is here from Paris Game Week and it also brings with it another creature we will need to fight in God Of War at some point A new enemy for God Of War has just been shown off during the Paris Games Week event that PlayStation held for all of the upcoming games and DLC still to come. Not only a new enemy of sorts, but it looks like Santa Monica Studio also opted to give us another huge look at the new combat we can see and expect in the game. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This was sure one busy week in the world of video games and it still is not fully over yet. There were so many new updates and announcements out there that it was almost too easy to forget that Assassin’s Creed Origins and Wolfenstein II just launched with many more titles on the way. L.A. Noire A new 4K trailer for L.A. Noire is here so we can see just how well L.A. Noire has been remastered for all of the current gen systems It is crazy to think about, but L.A. Noire's remaster is almost here for us all to enjoy again or for the first time on the most current of systems out there. Not only will we be getting to play the game on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC (again) in all of the higher definition, but Rockstar Games is also bringing to the Switch and giving us some new VR case files for the HTC Vive. Metal Gear Survive The release date for Metal Gear Survive has been set and a short look at the pre-order bonuses for Metal Gear Survive have also been shown off Love the idea or hate it, it looks like we have a release date for Metal Gear Survive now. There have been many gamers out there who were hoping this would just die off since its first announcement and it looks like they are going to be let down, or converted, as Konami has officially set the date for the game to hit the PS4 and Xbox One as February 20th of 2018. At least in the North American regions with Metal Gear Survive hitting the European market on February 22nd. Dead By Daylight Nightmares will be abound in Dead By Daylight as it has been confirmed that Freddy will be coming to Dead By Daylight before Halloween That did not take long as the speculation is now over and we can expect to see Freddy Kruger join the ranks of Dead By Daylight. Also to join them on October 26th here. Just in time for Behaviour and Starbreeze to capitalize on the Halloween season here. Xbox The first thirteen original Xbox titles coming to the Xbox One have been listed as well as a showing of how they will look on the latest console Hopefully you have been hanging on to all of those old original Xbox game discs as it looks like as of tomorrow you will be able to load them up on the current generation of the system and start playing some of those old classic titles from long ago. Starting today, October 24th, you will be able to start playing more of those backward compatible titles on the XB1 just as you have been able to do with the 360 titles from before.
