Now that all of that has been said, we can look forward to playing The Karters on May 29th and then hopefully drag in a few of your buddies to the fun of split-screen multiplayer as well as online multiplayer as you try to go up those leaderboards out there. Chernobylite Aims To Take Us Down A Darker Path For The Chernobyl Catastrophe
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 30th of April 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Chernobylite A new horror title, Chernobylite, has been given the announcement treatment and it looks like Chernobylite will re-explore some conspiracies of Chernobyl A new survival horror title is coming to take us back to the Chernobyl nuclear catastrophe and it is called Chernobylite. Seems like a weird name to give it given everything, but this is what The Farm 51 are going with and I am sure it will make more sense over time. The game has just been announced so there is not much to know for the game to help explain the Chernobylite thing. It kind of sounds like a weird beer thing by name alone. Read More...

Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Is Revealed & Gets A Littler Darker
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of April 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider The reveal trailer for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is here and it looks like we are going to see a darker Tomb Raider with this one The day is here and we now have the first real reveal for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider to get us all amped for. Sure the game was officially announced by Eidos-Montréal a while back, but this is the first video reveal that Square Enix has for the public. I state it that way as it is only a pre-rendered video we have for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider while select few in a few select locations have had the true chance to give the current version of the game a whole. Given that it is still slated to release on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 14th it would be a bit safe to assume it is in a decent place to get a good preview. Read More...

11-11: Memories Retold Will Be Taking Us On A Different Ride Through WWI
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of April 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Memories Retold The official announcement for 11-11: Memories Retold is here and 11-11: Memories Retold aims to take us on a new gaming experience during World War I We have another World War I era game coming at us as 11-11: Memories Retold has been announced and heading to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC at some point. This would be the latest collaboration between DigixArt and Bandai Namco, but the basics of what we have so far may not be exactly what you are thinking as most WWI games are shooters. That is not to say that 11-11: Memories Retold could not be one, details are still sparse for the game, but as of right now it is announced and claimed to be a story-driven narrative adventure in the era with a unique painted art style. The Iron Spider Is Coming To Spider-Man As The Second Pre-Order Suit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of April 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Spider-Man The second Spider-Man suit we can pick up has been shown off and now Spider-Man is further connected to Infinity War with the Iron Spider We now know the second of the three pre-order suits coming to Spider-Man and it should come as no surprise that it will be the Iron Spider suit. Given that Avengers: Infinity War is just about to release and going to be part of the huge hype train for a bit well after, it would make perfect sense that Insomniac Games would go down this path. While the Iron Spider suit is not something new just for the film, this version of the suit will be based on the version Spider-Man will wear in the film. Again, not the biggest of shocks there as it was pretty much assumed back when the pre-order details were first let loose and then the timing of all of the other announcement that were to come. Dark Souls: Remastered Is Ready To Pre-Order With Some New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of April 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Dark Souls The pre-order pages for Dark Souls: Remastered are ready to go and with them comes a few other updates for the Dark Souls franchise in general Here is another good reminder that Dark Souls: Remastered is on its way and coming to our PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 25th. That reminder being that you can now pre-order this amazingly difficult title that FromSoftware put together for us and make sure you will be able to play it with all of those high-end visuals. Also a way for you to send more money the way of Namco and get a few things for Dark Souls: Remastered in the process. Or at least make sure you will be able to even have the game anymore when all is said and done, depending on the platform you are going with. Read More...

Stormdivers Has Been Given The Announcement Treatment
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 23rd of April 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Stormdivers A new title, Stormdivers, has been announced and there is very little to go on for Stormdivers outside of how the game may look at the end If you were a fan of Resogun and/or Matterfall, then get ready for Housemarque’s next title as they have announced Stormdivers. This is a new multiplayer-centric title that will be using the power of the Unreal Engine to bring us the gameplay and make the game look just as nice as we can imagine. I know that when I hear that, and given the current craze, it sounds like Stormdivers may be their attempt at a Battle Royale title. Given that they have been working on this title in secret for two years now, though, I am also on the fence of thinking that it is not and anything multiplayer now is just going to be lumped into the Battle Royale pool until we all see differently. Photo Mode Is Coming To God Of War & Letting Us Mix A Lot Up
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of April 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
God Of War Photo mode for God Of War was just shown off and it adds in a bit more fun into God Of War than we have seen with other modes like it It was no big secret that God Of War was going to be getting a Photo Mode and that it will be coming at us some time after launch. It is all the rage as of late for PS4 games and Santa Monica Studios knew this was going to need to be something from the start. In a game as epic as God Of War, you know there are going to be a whole lot of shots that we will want to capture and share out there. More so than just the basic Share option that the system normally gives us all. Read More...

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor — Martyr Has Been Delayed
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 19th of April 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Warhammer Delays have hit Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor — Martyr to make sure that the title is able to bring all of the Warhammer fun to all platforms at the same time May 11th will no longer be a day that you can expect to see Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor — Martyr hit the PS4, Xbox One, or PC as the game has now been delayed. Sadly it looks like the team over at Neocore Games ran into an issue with getting all versions of the game up to snuff, with the consoles falling behind, and now we have to wait until June 5th for the game. Just a bit longer than proposed, but we will at least still be getting this Diablo-like title set in the Warhammer 40K universe still. Read More...

Spider-Man Has Some New Screenshots & Concept Art To Spy On
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of April 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Spider-Man New screenshots and concept art are here for Spider-Man to give us some actions shots as well as a look at some of the villains in Spider-Man We are still all waiting for some more gameplay and descriptions for Spider-Man, but for now we have a few more screenshots and concept art to look at for the game. Yea, not the most exciting thing to talk about, but Insomniac Games does have a few more of the villains of the game to look at. At least it is easy to assume they are the villains as they are general Spider-Man villains from all other forms of the franchise. Read More...

God Of War’s Bestiary Gets Further Detailed Just Before Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of April 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
God Of War A few more behind-the-scenes videos for God Of War are here to show off more of the Trolls and Revenants we will face in God Of War The hype train keeps rolling on for God Of War as we are only a few days out from launch (4/20/18) now and we still have more to see for the game. Even after all of the rave reviews, it has received so far, Santa Monica Studio still wants you to see why you should be excited to get into the game. This time around it is another good look at some of the upper-level monsters Kratos and Atreus will be facing off against in God Of War. The trolls are here yet again, but now we have a bit more than we have had on the mystical revenants we have only slightly seen before now. Read More...

A Hostile Takeover Is Coming Just Before The Launch Of Spider-Man
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of April 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Spider-Man A new prequel novel for the upcoming Spider-Man game has been announced that should give those who read it a bit more insight on where Spider-Man and the world will be starting There is more going on in Spider-Man than many may have thought before as the game takes place well into Peter's career as the web-slinger. This we have heard ad nauseam since we first saw the game was coming from Insomniac Games. It is not an origin story at all, but of course there had to be somewhere that this version of the character started out and led up to the action we will be seeing and experiencing on September 7th. Street Fighter The next character to join the Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition as DLC is Falke and you may recognize her from Street Fighter V proper The next character DLC for Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition is here to look at as Falke is coming to be a playable character after showing up in the core game originally.
