Here's My Take On It One of the guilty pleasures that I have had over the years have been seeing the next Skylanders title in action at E3 and this year was no slouch as Skylanders SuperChargers was on the scene and showing off all of the new hardware and story coming to the franchise. This would be the latest from Vicarious Visions that is bringing vehicles to the mix of Skylands and to bring down the Evil Lord Kaos and all of his Doom-machines. Here's My Take On It Given the fact that Guitar Hero Live was announced and slightly shown off recently from FreeStyleGames and Activision it wouldn't be E3 without getting to see it in action. Especially since the controller scheme has been changed up as well as a bit of the gameplay. Of course it was on the show floor and ready for play at E3 or you wouldn't be reading this before the October 20th release date on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and Wii U. Two of Overwatch's armored badasses are shown off this week with a lot more Overwatch gameplay in the mix as well Being that it is the calm before the storm of E3 I guess it is nice that we have two more characters to look at for Overwatch here. Not only that but I think Blizzard planned well as it is both of the tank looking characters for the game as most of us are going to need to be as beefy as Pharah and Reinhardt look in Overwatch while traversing the show floor for E3. All joking aside there though let us get back to the fact that we have loads more gameplay here to look at and pick through for Overwatch. The first trailer for the Ratchet & Clank tie-in game for the Ratchet & Clank film based off the Ratchet & Clank franchise has been released with great humor The title kind of says it all but we have our first look at the Ratchet & Clank game for the PS4 that will be launching sometime along with the Ratchet & Clank film next year. The film of course is hitting theaters on April 29th of 2016 and seeing as this game is linked to the events and story that the film will be portraying it will be safe to assume that Insomniac Games will be wrapping it up and sending it out for packaging at least sometime around then. A new Skylanders title is coming with full speed in the way of Skylanders SuperChargers which also adds vehicles to the mix of the game By this point I know I have been questioning where the Skylanders franchise might and can go. It started the toys-to-life genre of video games and others have tried to follow suit. It looks like Vicarious Visions and Activision are again pushing things forward a little bit with Skylanders SuperChargers. Here's Our Review On How They've Done So Far We are back into the world of Westeros with Game Of Thrones: Sons Of Winter even though it may have taken quite a bit of time since the last episode came out for the game. New screenshots for Technomancer have been released to give us all a small taste before the big E3 showcasing of Technomancer Technomancer was announced a little while back with only a few screenshots and a description to go off. Spiders Games have yet to make any time that I have been able to write home about but Technomancer still looked to have a bit of promise. At least more than I felt that Bound By Flame delivered on but still being burned by that title, pun intended, I overlooked Technomancer in favor of other titles. Arizona Sunshine has been announced and is looking to bring us all into our first major zombie survival experience utilizing VR technology It had to come sometime and just like the inevitable zombie apocalypse we all are hoping for Arizona Sunshine is doing just that only in a virtual way. More virtual than any of the other zombie outbreak titles in the past as Arizona Sunshine is utilizing SteamVR on the HTC Vive. Yes it is going to be a PC zombie game where you will have to survive being in the mix of things and not safely on your couch. Two more views of Overwatch's gameplay have been released and this time it is for Overwatch's Hanzo and McCree Looks like the character highlights for Overwatch will be on a constant stream of release here as we have two more matches to watch and two more characters being highlighted. In this case Blizzard is showing us off the Sniper-esq Hanzo and straight-out-of-western McCree. These of course are my descriptions and not that from the developer and solely based of the following footage as well as stereotyping that can be seen for each character. New screenshots for Game Of Thrones fourth episode have surfaced thus hearkening a release date coming soon for the episodic fun It's been about two months now so it is high time we had an update for the next episode of Game Of Thrones from Telltale. Like it has almost been literally two months since The Sword In The Darkness released and the TV show is half done with the season by the time of this being written. The synergy just isn't melding if that is what HBO and Telltale were going for with the episodic adventure of Game Of Thrones here. Another gameplay video for Overwatch has been released and this time shows off the angelic Mercy for Overwatch Earlier we had a look at Zenyatta for Overwatch and it was a bit jarring and a letdown for me. I was so very excited and then seeing things in action kind of let me down. At least until now as I have seen it looks like it was only the character there that has me on edge about Overwatch. I say this because now we have a good look at how Mercy will handle in the game; at least in terms of the pre-alpha footage that was used to show off the match that focuses completely on this healing angel that looks to play a lot like all of the medics from Evolve. While the medic isn't usually my class of choice in games like Overwatch, the following footage definitely shows me that I may have been too quick to judge based on the previous gameplay that Blizzard has sent our way.
