While at E3, I was able to see Cyberpunk 2077 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Cyberpunk 2077. After a nice five year gap of silence, we were all finally treated to our first look at Cyberpunk 2077 and where the game currently stands in the development cycle. Some out there were able to see the nice new trailer that CD Projekt RED put together to be shown. Others, like myself, were treated to a behind closed doors showing of Cyberpunk 2077 that featured a whole lot of gameplay. Read More...

While at E3, I was able to see Hitman 2 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Hitman 2. We all knew it was coming and then it was secured when Hitman 2 received the official announcement just before E3 this year. Given how well the last one was received and still is played today, it would have been a bad move on IO Interactive to not follow it up with another great addition to the franchise and continue the story that sucked us in recently. They may have moved over to Warner Bros. to get the game out there, but that is not a bad thing at all as they also had Hitman 2 on the floor to play and see just where the game has progressed to. While at E3, I was able to see Metro Exodus in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Metro Exodus. After all the plagues of delays, I was finally able to get my hands on Metro Exodus this year out at E3 and see how the game has advanced over its predecessors. Sure, we have seen quite a few interesting trailers in the past and a few tech demos where 4A Games has shown off the game's engine, but graphics do not make a game. It makes it look pretty and in a game like Metro Exodus it helps with the immersion, but it is not the sole reason to give the game a chance. Read More...

While at E3 I was able to see Call Of Cthulhu in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Call Of Cthulhu. The madness continues to flow as we are still left waiting for Call Of Cthulhu to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but we did get another great showing of the game while on the floor out at E3. While I know I was hoping to be able to actually play and experience what Cyanide Studios has for the game so far, it was not meant to be as it was not playable on the floor again. Thankfully, though, Focus Home Interactive had us all covered to show off a bit more for Call Of Cthulhu and get us ready for its imminent release of sometime this year. Read More...

While at E3, I was able to see Arca’s Path in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Arca’s Path. In the mix of all the hustle and bustle of E3 sometimes you yearn for a break and some other title out there to ground you back out and that was where Arca’s Path comes in here. I am going to go on a limb and say that a lot of you most likely have not heard of the game as of yet but it was on the list of VR titles that I wanted to check out during the show. It is a new title that Dream Reality Interactive has crafted for us and another "smaller" title that Rebellion has put themselves behind to bring to the PSVR, Oculus, and Vive sometime soon. While at E3, I was able to see Strange Brigade in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Strange Brigade. One of the great things about E3 is finding little gems of games around the floor and getting to check out other lesser-known titles like Strange Brigade. This being a game we have brought up a few times before here on the site, but also have been eagerly waiting for sine Rebellion first announced that it was coming and again when it was given the August 28th release date for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Strange Brigade looks like a new and fresh take on the third-person shooter style of game, but with some great twists and turns. Read More...

While at E3, I was able to see Shadow Of The Tomb Raider in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Shadow Of The Tomb Raider. With Shadow Of The Tomb Raider not that far off from release, September 14th as a reminder, it was expected to see the game have a huge showing out at E3 this year and Square Enix did not let us down. There was a great showing during their huge press event the day before E3 kicked off, but also had a nice long demo for fans to play that Eidos-Montréal had put together just for the show. It was a nice subsection of the core game and let the world see what was coming to Shadow Of The Tomb Raider as well as show how the gameplay has shifted a bit. Read More...

While at E3, I was able to see Jump Force in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Jump Force. It feels like this should have been a thing well before, but as it was announced out of E3 this year, we have Jump Force coming at us on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC from Spike Chunsoft. All to add into the crazy games and style that Bandai Namco has been known to bring us when it comes to the anime-style titles out there. This one aims to bring all of your favorites into one battle arena here and finally have us hash out those epic fights we all speculate on. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Holly Hells, it has been a huge week in video games as E3 has now come and gone. There were all kinds of surprises and fun to have been had and we were out there on the ground checking out all of those games and collecting information. One of the big video games out there being Cyberpunk 2077 and we have a lot more to share with you than what we already have here. That and more for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider, Spider-Man, and Death Stranding just to name a few. Read More...

There was more to see for Death Stranding out of E3 and it shows some new gameplay while keeping us all confused about what Death Stranding actually is Another of the titles we knew were going to be a focus for E3 this year was Death Stranding and many out there were hoping to get a better understanding of what the game is actually going to be about. That is besides being another weird adventure Kojima Productions is going to take us on and house a whole lot of famous actors and directors in the game. Star power can only go so far and even with adding the heroines of Death Stranding in the latest trailer, Léa Seydoux and Lindsay Wagner, we still have a lot we are waiting to get fully defined for the game. During E3 Devil May Cry 5 was announced and we all had a good look at just how this will be the true sequel in the Devil May Cry franchise Even with all of the early announcements and "leaks" out there for E3 this year there was still space for some great secret announcements to still come and that is how it was for Devil May Cry 5. Yes, it received a full announcement out of seemingly nowhere during the Microsoft media event and Capcom was able to keep it all under wraps until then. I am as surprised as I am excited to see that we will be getting another official Devil May Cry title in the franchise. Read More...

There was more for Spider-Man shown out of E3 that you may have missed but we have more Spider-Man gameplay just for you As we all knew, there was going to be a whole lot of new footage and information out of E3 for Spider-Man this year. It is one of the last big pushes for the game that Insomniac Games has to do before launch for the game and we had plenty of warning before this event. None of that still seemed to be enough to prepare us for what was coming for Spider-Man here. There was a whole lot shown during the official media showcase, but there was also a whole lot shown on the floor if you took the time to stand in line and give it all a chance. Read More...

A new story trailer for We Happy Few is out of E3 and it brings us much more for We Happy Few as well as a release date The Early Access for We Happy Few is almost over as we now have a release date for the game set down and we can now check out the full thing on August 10th on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It has been a long and winding road with Compulsion Games here and now we can finally get the full story and see if the wait has been worth it. Of course, it has been just from the look of things here and how we have seen We Happy Few shape up from where it all started. Read More...

The first real look at Cyberpunk 2077 is here out of E3 2018 and it gives us all the fun we should expect for a Cyberpunk game The moment most of us have been waiting for has come as we now have something solid to look at for Cyberpunk 2077 other than teaser images and concept art. We have had so little to see for this game and yet CD Projekt RED has had us all so hyped up for the game since it was first mentioned they were working on it. It could have been because it was something new that few have actually taken on or it could have been them still riding on the hype of their last few titles that have impressed us all. Nonetheless, we now have something to see for Cyberpunk 2077 that also looks to be done in-engine and not just a CG trailer. Read More...

The first gameplay for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is here now and we get to see how the franchise has evolved from the last Tomb Raider title We have been good and waited until this year's E3 to finally see Shadow Of The Tomb Raider in motion. At least in terms of gameplay. Since it has been known that Eidos-Montréal will have the game ready for us on September 14th, it was a given that we would get to see it during Square Enix's media event this year and then again on the show floor. They could have kept all of that under wraps until the release date, but that is just not how all of this marketing thing goes to make sure we are pre-ordering and ready for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider. I guess that is good for all of us who have been dying to see just what is in store for us with the game. Read More...
