New gameplay for Succubus is here to take us through a nice little walk through one of the lands within the universe of Succubus There have been a few teases already, but here we go with another nice big chunk of gameplay for Succubus to take in and enjoy. That is, at least, if you are into some over-the-top violence and okay with seeing blurred genitalia. You know, the usual things that we have seen out of Madmind Studio for a while now and not the biggest of shocks if you have been watching this game at all. Succubus is based on the adventures of one of the antagonists from their other game that took us to Hell, so it is all fitting. Read More...

The first of the behind the scenes videos for Final Fantasy VII Remake is here to take us into just how this Final Fantasy title came to be It has been a long and hard road, it seems, to get to the point where we are for the Final Fantasy VII Remake. Something that started out as a project Square Enix said would never happen and now we are just under a month out from the first part of it all hitting us. The first big Midgar part for those fans of the original version and a much larger event than newer fans have seen in the recent demo. Given that it takes a whole lot of work and thought to do what they are doing for Final Fantasy VII here, it is time to look back on just how it all came to be and what the team has reimagined for it all. A demo is coming for Resident Evil 3 this week to give us all a small taste of this new Resident Evil just before it fully launches in under a month The long-rumored demo for Resident Evil 3 is going to be a thing and it will be said thing this week (March 19th). Yes, it looks like Capcom is stepping up to give us all a bit more entertainment to take in with all of the worries of an outbreak and pandemic out there. What better way to pass the time than sitting around and trying to survive a virtual one but with zombies instead of a flu-like virus? All vastly different things are needed to survive here than in the real world and such. Read More...

We have a bit of gameplay for Control's first expansion to look at as well as a feel for what the Federal Bureau of Control will be facing Last week we ended with a bit of news on when the first big expansion for Control was going to drop but no real information on what is going to be coming to it all. That date is still March 26th for those on the PS4 and PC versions of it all. For some reason, Remedy is holding it all off until June 25th for those on the Xbox One. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Well, this has sure been one huge and messed up week for everyone out there and across everything, which is why it is a good thing most of us have our video games to fall back on. We will not dig into all of the other stuff out there that has been canceled or delayed, even though E3 2020 falls firmly in that arena. We will go back and remind us all that we have DOOM Eternal and the DLC coming to Mortal Kombat 11 and Control within the weeks. Read More...

The release date for Control’s first expansion, The Foundation, will be hitting us all by the end of March and further expanding the lore of Control It has been a cryptic ride for Control since it has launched and many of us have been waiting for any of the expansions to launch out there. We have had the release schedule slightly tossed around before now and Remedy has teased what we could expect in The Foundation. Now we are back with yet one more tease that ends with a solid release date. Read More...

A new video for Half-Life: Alyx offers up a look at how the Gravity Gloves came to be and how it links closer to the Half-Life franchise in general Here we go with a bit of a fun update for Half-Life: Alyx, as we have a look at how the game is going to handle a bit of the object manipulation in the VR setting yet still keep it all cannon within the universe. Yeah, something that normally just gets placed in as just part of the mechanics will have some deeper roots in the lore that Valve is building. It may not be a huge thing, but just know what we are talking about here will be the precursor to the Gravity Gun in the Half-Life universe. Read More...

We are officially getting a LEGO Super Mario to play with but you might be surprised to find out it is a different kind of LEGO than expected We had a nice little tease and there was a whole lot of speculation that we were going to get a LEGO Super Mario game out there, and now… we kind of are getting that‽ So, before you get all excited, we are not getting a video game in the same vein as we have for many other IPs out there. It would be rather cool to get something like that, but in terms of LEGO Super Mario, we are looking more at a "Toys To Life" kind of deal. Without the video game aspect being there. Read More...

The point and click version of Blade Runner is getting a new release as the Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition is announced for various platforms For those out there that remember the Blade Runner game from back in 1997, it looks like it will be making a comeback this year as we have a new version of it heading to the PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch. When specifically, well we have not been informed on that as of yet. We have been informed that Nightdive Studios is, in fact, working on this with their KEX engine. Read More...

The last trailer for DOOM Eternal is here to offer up a final look at what is still to come in this DOOM title launching next week In just over a week from now we are going to be fingers deep into DOOM Eternal and all of the mayhem it is going to allow us to partake in. Excitement could not be higher to get that fun escape into Hell and shoot everything up. I am certain this is not the type of scenario that id Software was looking toward when setting the March 20th release date, but keeping us all inside with some high-intensity gameplay is going to be the distraction our community truly needs. It is definitely what we are about to get to if the latest trailer for DOOM Eternal is anything to go by as well. Read More...

The realistic swordplay title, Swords Of Gargantua, is making the leap over to the PSVR with a possible launch for Swords Of Gargantua this Spring Last year, PC gamers had a chance to dive into the world of Swords Of Gargantua to see what this rogue-lite action game was all about. This, obviously, left out a large chunk of gamers out there that have been looking for something along the lines of a realistic sword-swinging game. This most likely partly why Yomuneco has put the work in to make sure that those with a PSVR will not be left out. Read More...

In fact, it looks like this new VR title that will be continuing the game series that Fireproof Games has built will be dropping on March 26th. Not just for those PC gamers out there that happen to have an Oculus or Vive, but also those PS4 gamers out there that happen to have a PSVR headset as well. Word has officially come out that E3 2020 has been canceled but there looks to be signs some of E3 will carry on before 2021 More or less, the headline there says it all as E3 has been officially canceled for 2020 due to fears over the COVID-19 virus. That would be the Coronavirus for those not looking to be all official with the naming convention. The one that currently has the world in grips of fear, and while I could go on about this topic in general, you are here for gaming news and the like. Therefore, we will stick to E3 and how this possible pandemic has caused one of the bigger shows in the industry to be canceled. Read More...

The Sci-Fi horror experience, The Persistence, is now heading to multiple platforms to offer more gamers a chance at The Persistence Great news for those out there that missed out on The Persistence when it hit the PSVR platform before. Apparently there were not so many people out there that were able to fully experience the game in that format and now we have word that Firesprite Games is going to open it up to many more. How many more? Well, it looks like this Summer we are going to be receiving a PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC version of The Persistence in a normal flatscreen format. Read More...
