Somerville The PlayStation release for Somerville is on the way with Somerville dropping on the new platform before the end of the month It looks like we are getting another game in the mix that is leaping from console exclusive onto another with the announcement that Somerville will be heading to the PS4 and PS5 on August 31st. This was the title that Jumpship gave to the world in 2022 for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, but after getting acquired by Thunderful Games, it looks like they have put more life back into the title. SteamWorld SteamWorld has some more charm on the way with a look at SteamWorld Headhunter that offers another co-op title for us It looks like things are moving forward in the world of SteamWorld here with various new things announced here from Thunderful Games. There were quite a few interesting things that have been announced over the week from the developer here, but the biggest seems to be a new third-person co-op title. A title that is named SteamWorld Headhunter that will have us shooting the heads off our foes in the game and try not to have them claim our body afterward. This would be the next title to come out of Carry Castle and Thunderful for the PC and Switch. It is slated for a release this year for those looking to get a new side-scrolling title in the mix of it all. Gunk A new action-platformer, The Gunk, has been revealed and will have us heading out into a new world to clean up, well, the gunk Another big title that was shown off during the Xbox Briefing was The Gunk to lure in more of an audience on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC next year. Lure in might be a way to explain it all, but given the world that we are seeing from Thunderful here, it is how it feels. In the best of ways as The Gunk looks to add some fun and dark platforming to the systems next year while giving us something that looks like it could have a deeper meaning to it all.
