New footage for The Medium offers us all a look at more for The Medium as well as how it could look with the latest graphics cards It the usual time for CES and with everything turning online, that means that we are going to be filled with videos to showcase some of the new technology coming out and that is why we are here with something new to see for The Medium just a few weeks out from launch. I am not going to complain, but I feel like I need to preface all of it with this as the latest from Bloober Team for the game is here to show off how the game could look with the Raytracing turned on. If you are lucky enough to have a video card or system that can do that around January 28th that is. Read More...

A developer diary for Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood is here to take us in on the Werewolf story, inspiration, and gameplay coming soon Here we go with more of the main story we are going to be seeing and experiencing when Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood launches soon. Story, gameplay, and the inspiration that Cyanide used to help bring this version of the game to life. All of which is something to place us better in the role of a werewolf in the World Of Darkness beyond just a pen and paper version of it all. I do hope you knew at least that much before coming in. A new Indiana Jones video game is on the way with a slight tease to let us know who is bringing Indiana Jones back to us Here we go with an interesting update so shortly after hearing about Lucasfilm Games being a thing again, as we have the announcement for a new Indiana Jones video game now. A new game coming from Bethesda and Machine Games to give us that classic pulp comic feel again with the character. That is the assumption of things with what little we have for Indiana Jones here. New Hitman 3 gameplay shows off how to go into Dubai silently as we get the full list of Hitman 3 locations too It looks like some of the sites out there have access to Hitman 3 or at least some new footage for the game, as we have a nice little treat with that today. A nice little treat that also has the added bonus of the full listing of locations we will get to murder in when the game hits the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC on January 20th. We will focus on the gameplay more for Hitman 3 instead of the locations, as many have not been shown off so we are going to be left to speculate what is going on within them. I do mean shown off in video form and not just word and images for now. Read More...

The Mass Effect: Legendary Edition could be bringing us all of the Mass Effect titles again this coming March if listings are true It looks like it might be possible that we are going to be seeing the Mass Effect: Legendary Edition before the end of March, if all of the listings spotted online turn out to be true. As in, by March 21th we could all be diving back into the three titles out there on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC given that is what is showing up with BioWare still keeping the Spring of 2021 timeline going. It fits in and all of these reports are coming in from some retailers, so it could be the case. Read More...

Binary Gods has a concept video rolling out with Binary Gods most likely hitting mobile devices It looks like we are getting another title from Rayark, as we now have a concept video for Binary Gods to show off the next project they are bringing us. Something that looks like it will most likely be on an iOS or Android system, but some are assuming it could move to the Switch and maybe other systems too. Given that it looks like the following video we have for Binary Gods is using mobile controls, the assumptions are easy to make but it does look like there is more action going on than most would expect for a mobile title. It is always weird when we get video like this with little other context to go with. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week There we go with the first week of the year in the bag and boy was it a crazy one. More on the world outside of video games, as it was a bit on the slower side per usual there, but that does not mean it was not crazy. There was a whole lot for Hitman 3 to take in as we get ready for the launch of the game. Some new stuff for Evil Dead: The Game, Gods Will Fall, and The Medium. Read More...

The next HouseCast for Returnal is here and the team shows off new gameplay for Returnal as well as how the controls will add in The developer interviews and podcasts for Returnal keep on flowing, as the third one is out there for us all to enjoy. Enjoy and also look for a few more interesting things that Housemarque are putting into the game besides going from 2D to 3D with the development process as well. That and a little more of the Returnal gameplay mixed in for us to see how crazy the world could be when the game hits the PS5 this year. It is colorful and it looks like the team is putting their pedigree on the line to try to bring us something new for the next-gen hardware. Read More...

The development for Interpoint continues with the promise of major story updates coming to Interpoint this month Getting more story in some of our video games is always a good thing in my book and it looks like the next major update for Interpoint is going to bring that along. That is based on the most recent text update we have for the game to share as it only defines them as Episode 1-3 and that it will be coming some time this month. Things do seem a bit vague, but given that this is a year and a half worth of work toward Interpoint becoming a final form game, it is a nice thing to hear and see. It has been in Early Access for a bit and there can be a limit to the puzzles and horror some of us can take. Read More...

Another location in Hitman 3 is here to give us a murder mystery while we go about our own murder in the Hitman IP Here we go with even more gameplay for Hitman 3 this week and with it comes a new location and setting for us to go through. Sure, it takes away a bit of the surprise when we play it all the first time but it does show off how IO Interactive is trying to build out the world and give us some variants to the style yet again. This time it is the location Dartmoor and it looks like there is a bit of a twist. A murder mystery is going on and one of the opportunities we can take is to roll in as the investigator to take out the target. Read More...

A release date and trailer for Kinetic Edge is here now for those looking to have a little more fun in the world If you loved the physics-based racer games from the old gaming days and what a new version to look for with a fun spin on it, then here we go with Kinetic Edge. A game that looks like it could be a Marble Madness for a new age with all of the lights and sounds we would expect in a cyberpunk setting. That looks to be the elevator pitch and what we have to look at for Kinetic Edge right now. Well, if you mix in the release date of February 5th on the PC and the various modes we can play in the game too. Read More...

A new video for the upcoming Super Nintendo World gives us more to look at and expect to come for all things Nintendo The world is still in chaos, but we still have the opening of the Super Nintendo World in Japan to look forward to on February 4th. That is, as long as things do not get to out of control and Universal Parks will still be able to let patrons in. It may not be huge on your radar if you do not live in the country, but we have a little more to look at and understand for the Super Nintendo World before the gates open. Even if it is a little more and it could help you decide where to go once it can be done safely again. Read More...

New footage for Hitman 3 gives us a look at how the whole Hitman trilogy will function in a VR setting It was not a huge secret that we would be seeing all of the Hitman trilogy here in the past few years in a VR setting. On the PSVR and various PC VR settings too. This was something that seemed to be a bit of a rougher thing to do given how the games have been put out there by IO Interactive, but it looks like they are making it work. All of which comes to us when Hitman 3 drops on January 20th and now we get a little taste of how they are putting us into the role of Agent 47 a little bit more. Even if it looks like we are going to have some stretchy arms in the game. Read More...

The actress from Ash Vs Evil Dead will be back to fully voice her character in Evil Dead: The Game when it comes This may not be the biggest of break news out there, but as a fan of Ash Vs. Evil Dead and seeing some talent get more work, I am glad to report that it looks like Dana DeLorenzo will be lending her voice to bring Kelly to life in the game. It was assumed back when we first had the announcement from Boss Team Games that we would see the character as it did look like she was in there for a few seconds. Also, it was stated we would see some of those characters mixed into Evil Dead: The Game too. Read More...

Release dates for Immortals Fenyx Rising’s DLC might have been spotted to give us a timeline for new Immortals content If you missed out on the little gem that was Immortals Fenyx Rising when it launched a month ago, do yourself a favor and give it a go. Not only because it was worth the time and money but also because it looks like all of that DLC that Ubisoft spoke of for the game might be hitting soon to expand it all further. How soon? Well, if reports and rumors are correct, we could see the first DLC for Immortals Fenyx Rising hitting us on January 21st. Read More...
