Evil Overshadows All In Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's Zombies Mode
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's zombie mode has been released and it gives us all a little more into the dark pasts of these new characters for the Black Ops 3 mode With each new bit for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3's new Zombie mode it is still a bit jarring to me to see that the mode is not fully following the same path as all of the other iterations of it. Each before Black Ops 3 was generally set in the era of the core campaign or the core multiplayer area for the game. Treyarch doesn't look to be doing that here as, well as we've seen before, Black Ops 3's zombies will be set in the past of sorts and not in the future-ish setting that we already know is coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC here on November 6th. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Halo 5: Guardians has been released to not only help sell Halo 5 but give us all an overview of the grander story I doubt you need any reminder that Halo 5: Guardians is just over two weeks out from launch. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2015 - 11:02 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There goes another week in video games in the bag. Or case if you will. Things were all over the place this week and there were so many 'leaks' out there in the world of video games. I'm looking in the direction of Street Fighter V here and a bit at Star Wars Battlefront. Although the beta is out for the latter here so it's not really leaked any more. The first still very much so. Read More…

Someone Is On A Serious Mission Here In Just Cause 3
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new gameplay trailer for Just Cause 3 has been released showing just how serious, or not-so-serious, the missions in Just Cause 3 will be Serious may not be the correct word to use here for Just Cause 3 as nothing I have ever seen says that we should take the events of the game as anything but good, old fashioned fun. That doesn't change the fact that we have a new gameplay trailer for Just Cause 3 right from Avalanche Studios to look at in all of the explosive glory that comes along with it. It also serves us all another great reminder that Just Cause 3 is coming this December 1st for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More…

12 More Classic Songs Join The Guitar Hero Live Track List
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2015 - 07:01 PM ]
Twelve more tracks have been added to Guitar Hero Live and while not all classics songs they are coming to Guitar Hero Live from past titles in the franchise Time to make the track list for Guitar Hero Live a not so round number of 121 now as we have twelve more tracks to add to the list today. Quite a hefty starting catalog for FreeStyleGames to get in there and I'll take it. Especially since these new Guitar Hero Live tracks have all been pulled from previous Guitar Hero titles that Activision still has the rights to. Read More…

Delve Deeper Into The Psychological Thriller That Is The Park
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 9th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new video for The Park has been released and it delves deeper into what The Park is all about as well as shows off some of the first gameplay With only a few weeks for The Park to still make its release window it needs to ramp up it game, so to speak, and give us a real feel as to what we will be getting here. I know this. You should know that. Read More…

Try And Survive Until Dawn With Only Your Ears
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new 'experience' for Until Dawn has been released into the wild that uses Binaural Audio to try and place you in the world of Until Dawn with only your ears to help Until Dawn has been out for six weeks now. Crazy to think about that isn't it? It's also crazy to think about the fact that Supermassive Games missed the opportunity to have Until Dawn launch in October instead and use all of that horror drama for a good use around Halloween. I think Until Dawn would have sold even better than it already has and the reviews even stronger if it matched up but that doesn't change a thing here. Especially since it looks like Until Dawn will have some kind of clout during October with the PS4 game proper and a new little experience. Read More…

New gameplay footage for Street Fighter V has been released and this time we get to see that 'leaked' character, Laura, in action for Street Fighter V Fresh on the heels of the last Street Fighter V 'leak' comes another 'leak' of information as we now have solid gameplay of the new character Laura in full action. This time the leak comes from the PlayStation YouTube account that happened to publish the video a bit early. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of October 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new video for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 shows off the Cybercore abilities in the Chaos tree just so we can see how we will be taking enemies out in Black Ops 3 We all know one of the themes in Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 is the cyber-modifications that our protagonists and their antagonist will have gone through or continue to go through in the game. Treyarch has been very forthcoming with all of that as part of the theme for Black Ops 3. We've seen some of these enhancements used in the past but with the most recent video that Activision has let loose on the world we get a better feel for all of the new abilities we will get in Black Ops 3 here. See How Much One Life Matters In Umbrella Corps
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
New gameplay for Umbrella Corps' One Life mode has been released and it shows off the high-paced action that Umbrella Corps is aiming for Last month we had the announcement of Umbrella Corps. This would be the latest multiplayer, survival horror, shooter title that Capcom is working on while we all wait for Resident Evil 7 but still keeping us locked into the franchise's lore and horror. Given the fact it is set after RE6 Umbrella Corps will most likely bridge the gap. Bridge the gap by allowing us to go crazy, balls to the wall shooting each other in modes like the One Life mode that we now get to see in action for Umbrella Corps. Read More…

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 7th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
The next S.P.E.C.I.A.L. video for Fallout 4 has been released and it shows off how you can use your Intelligence to out-smart the world of Fallout 4 Now it is time for the thinking-human's Fallout 4 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. video as the latest one has been released and this time we get a look at the 'I' in the acronym. The debate on the HD remaster of Darksiders 2's release date has been settled as we now have a solid date for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition and screenshots Looks like the early announcements for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition's release date have been quelled as it will be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One on October 27th. Far Cry Primal Has Been Announced As The Next For The Franchise
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 6th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
In the wake of 'leaks' it looks like Far Cry Primal has been announced officially and we have the first trailer and details for Far Cry Primal It's funny to think that at the beginning of the year there was a rumor that Far Cry Primal could be a real thing based on a survey that Ubisoft placed out there for fans. Flash forward nine months and now we have Far Cry Primal which is what I would be calling the Far Cry 5: Jurassic that was spoken of before. The big difference here is that Far Cry Primal only takes place at about 10,000 BC well after the dinosaurs were gone and millions of years after said era. Read More…
