Gears Of War 4 A new trailer for Gears Of War 4 has popped up and it gives us all a good taste to the dark tones and themes that Gears Of War 4 will be touching on If you were paying attention over the weekend you may have seen a new trailer for Gears Of War 4. If you were not paying attention then you missed out on The Coalition's most recent showing of the game. All in a nice CG style look to it and with a slow version of a slow song to try and give us a feel for the tone Gears Of War 4 will be taking on when it comes to the single player campaign. Gears Of War The release date for Gears Of War 4 has been set in stone for later this year and Gears Of War fans will also be able to take part in a multiplayer beta The curtain has been pulled back and now Gears Of War 4 has a solid release date other than Holiday 2016. It looks like The Coalition is wrapping things up nicely and we will be seeing the game on October 11th as of right now. Of course things could change between now and then but it looks like all you gear-heads will be getting another Gears Of War fix in October. DOOM The multiplayer beta for DOOM is opening up to the public here soon and we have details on the DOOM post launch content; both free and paid If you were feeling left out because of the closed nature of DOOM's most recent multiplayer beta then you can stuff that in a sack. It looks like id Software needs more testing for the multiplayer aspect of the game and now Bethesda is going to open it up to you. By you I mean anyone who so chooses to load up DOOM on their PS4, Xbox One, or PC and partake in the open beta that is going on from April 15th to the 17th. God Of War A new rumor for God Of War has popped up and this one points to the next God Of War being placed in Norse mythology and has some concept art to go with it It has been some time since last we heard an update on what was going on with the God Of War franchise. During the PlayStation Experience in 2014 we received confirmation that Santa Monica Studios was working on the next installment but that has really been it. Of course there have been rumors and speculation all of over the map for the next God Of War title but here we go again with more rumors to add into. DOOM On the heels of DOOM's multiplayer modes announcement we now have a look at the playable demons coming to DOOM in said multiplayer Here we go with yet another look at DOOM and its upcoming multiplayer. This time we have a good look at the demons that id Software have crafted for us to ruthlessly slaughter each other with in the game. Also some of those cool power ups and weapons that the non-demons in the game would be using to stay alive. DOOM The six multiplayer modes for DOOM have been revealed and it includes two classic modes that DOOM fans will remember and four others to flesh it out We just had a good look at the multiplayer maps that were coming to DOOM and now it looks like we have a look at the modes of gameplay we will have when entering into said maps. That didn't take too long but it is not surprising given that the beta goes live here in about a week and Bethesda needs to get us all more jazzed. DOOM A new video for DOOM has been released and this one shows off nine of the maps that will be included in DOOM's multiplayer during the beta & at launch The multiplayer beta for DOOM is only a few weeks out now and we haven't yet been able to see the maps that we will be killing each other on. This could be a good ploy by Bethesda to keep us all on our toes or it could be that id Software is still wrapping up a build just for the beta and they aren't done yet. Looks like whatever the case was before it is no longer the case as now we have a nice quick look at the nine maps coming to DOOM and that will be available to play when the beta goes live on March 31st for everyone lucky enough to be in on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. DOOM The dates for DOOM's multiplayer closed beta have been confirmed and it looks like fans of DOOM will be slaying each other in Hell very soon Looks like we all will be entering the brutal world of DOOM here soon as the multiplayer beta is only a few weeks out now. We are talking like a few weeks as it is currently slated to run from March 31st to April 3rd. At least if you picked up id Software's earlier title Wolfenstein: The New Order as it looks like Bethesda isn't fully ready to open the floodgates for DOOM's multiplayer to the world just yet. At least they are trying to work out some of the bugs earlier on than the week before unlike some other recent titles… As with all of these kinds of things this isn't going to be the full multiplayer mode coming to DOOM when it launches on May 13th. Dying Light Dying Light is getting even larger now as now with Dying Light: The Following we are getting four community maps to all of the platforms and not just PC Just when you thought that Dying Light: The Following couldn't get any larger on all platforms it looks like it is. Mortal Kombat X The third new character coming to Mortal Kombat X in the next DLC push, Bo' Rai Cho, was shown off and Mortal Kombat X looks to be in for many fart jokes The third or the four new fighters coming to Mortal Kombat X via the Kombat Pack 2 DLC has been shown off at it was the lovable drunken master Bo' Rai Cho. NetherRealm Studios gave us a glimpse of the character during the story mode of MKX but now the DLC is bringing him fully to life and bringing more "comic relief" to the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Garden Warfare 2 Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is currently available for a ten hour preview for those who want to give Garden Warfare 2 a try via EA Access or Origin Access If you can't wait those extra few days to get your hands on Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 and have an EA Access or Origin Access account then you can dig into the game right now. That is well before the February 23rd release date but the catch here is that you only get to play for 10 hour's worth of time.
