New DLC Characters On The For Mortal Kombat X In 2016
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of September 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
It has been announced, officially, that there will be another set of characters coming to Mortal Kombat X but it looks like we will have to wait until 2016 for them You would be lying to yourself if you though that the first Kombat Pack for Mortal Kombat X was going to be the end of the new characters joining the roster of the game. Even the last Mortal Kombat title before this one had multiple new characters added over time by NetherRealm Studios and that was when DLC wasn't as easy to add in as it is on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC now. Okay, it most likely was but this is Mortal Kombat X and one of the largest titles the studio has put out to date. Read More...

The Merc' With The Mouth, Deadpool, Is Hitting Next Gen Systems
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of September 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
It has been announced that Deadpool will be making the leap from the PS3 and 360 to the PS4 and Xbox One this November bringing all of the Deadpool goodness with him Talk about a "remaster" of sorts coming out of nowhere as Deadpool is coming to the PS4 and Xbox One almost two years after it hit the PS3 and Xbox 360. This would be the High Moon Studios game that came out in 2013 that also had a lot of mixed reviews based on the titular character Deadpool. I am sure that Activision isn't doing this because of the most likely success of the Marvel franchise recently and the new film on the way. Read More...

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Release Date Revealed & Augmentation Begins
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
The official global release date for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been revealed as well as a new way to alter your pre-order of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Add yet another title to the February 2016 release schedule as Deus Ex: Mankind Divided now has an official release date for February 23rd of 2016 on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That is also a world wide release date at that as Square Enix has written it in soft stone. I say soft stone here as it looks like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided may still get a release date change only this time it won't be based on Eidos Montreal needing time but more in line of how many of us out there actually pre-order Deus Ex: Mankind Divided earlier than said date. Minecraft: Story Mode Is Going To Let Us Choose Our Hero Too
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of August 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
It looks like Minecraft: Story Mode isn't only letting us choose our own story paths but also how our hero of Minecraft looks and sounds…with new screenshots While all of those lucking gamers are attending PAX will be getting a chance to play with a beta build of Minecraft: Story Mode it looks like the rest of us are not being left out in the lurch with nothing to go one but word of mouth. Telltale wouldn't do that to us. And in fact they haven't as they have dropped a few new screenshots on us from Minecraft: Story Mode as well as a little nugget that is a first in the developer's history here for their foray into the Mojang franchise. All Of Those Just Cause 3 Destructibles Have Been Handled With Care
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 27th of August 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new developer diary for Just Cause 3 has been released to show off how the team is getting all of those destructibles in Just Cause 3 just right We've all seen how destructible Just Cause 3's world and objects are going to be. We have and it is what we expect for the next gen title and the Just Cause franchise up to now. We know it and so does Avalanche Studios as they too have been taking great care to make everything in Just Cause 3 explode, decay, evaporate, or any other synonym for destroy, look just about right. Granted it isn't always going to be the most real world physics based kind of destructible but Just Cause 3 is a video game so it will make it look just right for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC universes that we will play in. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 20th of August 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
It has just been announced that stealth-action game République will be making its way onto the PS4 with all five episodes If you have not heard of République yet then you are most likely a console gamer and are missing out on many PC and Mac only titles; or iOS and Android at that. Before you click away here though you better read on as it looks like République is coming to the PS4 next year in the remastered state that Camouflaj has already released. Mad Max also gets the interactive trailer treatment to help show all of the different angles we can take when tackling missions in Mad Max Technically this new Mad Max trailer landed near the end of last week but it didn't get any traction, pun intended, until now as it seems like the week of interactive trailers based on how it has started. That is completely right if you guessed it. We have a new Mad Max interactive trailer to show off all of the madness that awaits us in the Wasteland when Avalanche Studios' new title on September 1st. Read More...
