So New Kinds Of Hunter Are Emerging For Evolve
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of March 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Four new hunters for Evolve have been announced and will be coming along side the fourth monster at the end of the month I had a feeling that we were going to be getting more hunters for Evolve to match up the new monster that was coming. Now it looks like we have all of the details on those hunters as well as when we can see them all gracing our PS4, Xbox One, or PC in the way of more DLC. Just as Turtle Rock Studios isn't going to make us wait, I won't make you wait for the date either. We can see all of the new content landing for Evolve on March 31st. Read More...

The achievement list for Mortal Kombat X was 'leaked' and with it some images that show more possible playable characters for the game We're under a month out from Mortal Kombat X's release date and it seems like we can't stop with more character reveals or character rumors. Now it would seem that the achievement/trophy list for the game has been "leaked" out and with it some new images. Some of those images of course show off some new characters in action even though they have yet to be announced or revealed. Although a few have been in the rumored section for Mortal Kombat X for a while now. Read More...

Mortal Kombat X's Story Will Play A Bit Different
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of March 2015 - 05:01 PM ]
During the latest Kombat Kast for Mortal Kombat X it was shown how the game's story will play as well as Johnny Cage's moves As if we didn't have enough Mortal Kombat X news and updates last week, it looks like this week is starting off with a bang. Well technically as some of the story mode and Johnny Cage's moves were shown during the Kombat Kast last Friday but we were only able now to get the clips that most may be interested in from the hour long show. I'm not stating that the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Kast isn't worth the watch in general, the NetherRealm guys are great with it, but when it comes to the gameplay of Mortal Kombat X here is what we have to offer. First it looks like the story mode for Mortal Kombat X is using a lot of the same structure that started in MK9 and carried over to Injustice. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of March 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
PlayStation and From Software have announced that Bloodborne has gone gold and also have given us a new trailer to go along with that If you were worried for some reason that Bloodborne was going to be delayed then you can worry no longer. Bloodborne has gone gold and disks are being printed as you read this. To go along with this, From Software has also put together a nice little trailer to show off Bloodborne for all and what we can look to expect that we haven't seen already. I guess it is just more to try and get us to buy the game that should also help show the power of the PS4 a bit more. Read More...

Warner Bros. and NetherRealm have released some new info on the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack & the first guest character fitting for Friday The 13th So here we go with even more Mortal Kombat X character reveals, updates, and information. I love that NetherRealm is giving us a flood of new stuff but I wish that it was all at one time. This one though makes sense given the Friday The 13th date and the announcement. If you couldn't tell by now we are getting Jason Voorhees, of Friday The 13th fame, as our first guest character and he will be included along with three other characters in the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack. See How Mortal Kombat X's Mobile Game Is Going To Handle
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of March 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
New footage for the Mortal Kombat X mobile app has been released and shows off how the game will be played It seems to be Mortal Kombat X week over here as we had the character announcements earlier and now we have a nice taste of the mobile game's gameplay. Just below you can see how Mortal Kombat X is going to handle on the Android version of the app but it should be safe to assume that it will run about the same on the iOS version as there doesn't look to be anything platform specific here at all. I'm not an iOS guy so correct me if I am wrong in that statement but if there isn't tapping and swiping allowed there then I am glad to keep with my Android products; with more Mortal Kombat X now. Here is what we can see for Mortal Kombat X running on an Android. Read More...

More Characters Confirmed, Rumored, & Seen For Mortal Kombat X
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of March 2015 - 05:01 PM ]
In the wake of GDC and a new trailer for Mortal Kombat X we have more confirmed fighters and more to speculate on if they are more than set pieces I guess it's time to state that Johnny Cage is now completely confirmed for Mortal Kombat X. We have some new gameplay footage for the game and now we have a good look at the character. Also though we have some new speculation that proves that my mistrust in having screens and renders for character in Mortal Kombat X are actually founded a bit. Oh, and Sonya Blade is a 100% confirmed fighter for Mortal Kombat X. Read More...

Rumor: Another Two Characters For Mortal Kombat X?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 6th of March 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
From recent interviews and screenshots it looks like Mortal Kombat X may include playable Johnny Cage and Blind Kenshi Others are stating that it has been confirmed that Johnny Cage will be coming back for Mortal Kombat X. Others as in other outlets who are basing this all off of a recent interview, that has been pulled offline by Warner Bros., where one of the senior producers on Mortal Kombat X stated directly that Johnny would be playable in the full version of the game. This interview comes from Game Crate and has been spread all over by now but it looks like the PR cleanup crew has been doing their job to keep character announcements on their terms and not a slip up by some of the people working on the game. Brutalities Konfirmed & Shown For Mortal Kombat X
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of February 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
The Brutality finisher for Mortal Kombat X has now been confirmed and shown off by NetherRealm during their recent Kombat Kast The Brutality finisher for Mortal Kombat X has been teased and now we have full confirmation that they will be making a return. This all comes from the most recent Kombat Kast from NetherRealm where the team showed off a bit more of Cassie Cage's variations and then finished with her performing a Brutality to end the match. Of course this was also followed up with a montage of a bunch of other Brutalities to help add up to the more than 100 different Brutality finishers. That would average at least 5 different Brutalities for each of the shown character slots for Mortal Kombat X. Read More...
