Extinction While at E3 2017 I was able to see Extinction in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Extinction From E3. Extinction was a title before E3 that had a pretty quick announcement and then turnaround to show off a bit more of the game. Vampyr While at E3 2017 I was able to see Vampyr in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Vampyr From E3. We were all promised more for Vampyr at E3 this year and we were not let down. Even the bit that was shown off to the public out there was still a massive chunk of what DontNod has cooked up for us all. You can see some of that gameplay further down but it was only a small slice of what I was able to check out for Vampyr while on the show floor. While we may not have been able to pry out a solid release date in November for the game, Focus Home Interactive still has that on lock, we did get to see a lot more for this open-world horror title coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC where all of your killing choices in the game will have some form of effect on the rest of the world. Hunt While at E3 I was able to see Hunt: Showdown in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Hunt: Showdown. It's a bit odd but downright amazing that three years ago I was here to tell you all about a title called Hunt: Horrors Of The Gilded Age and just how amazing it looked and how excited I was for it. Then there wasn't a single word on it and Crytek went through a few shakeups and it was thought to be lost to the games of E3 that never came. Now we jump to this year and after having a small announcement, I was able to see Hunt: Showdown rise up from the ashes that was the other title and get me excited for the game again to come to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Call Of Cthulhu While at E3 I was able to see Call Of Cthulhu in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Call Of Cthulhu. There was a small list of titles at E3 that I desperately wanted to go hands on with at E3 and Call Of Cthulhu was one of those titles. I was so ever hopefully that Cyanide Studios would have had a nice little slice of the game out there to be played on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC but sadly it was not. That is not to say that Focus Home Interactive didn't put together a nice booth and experience for Call Of Cthulhu though and that in turn led to a lot of new information and details for the gameplay and scope of the game to finally get out there. Call Of Duty While at E3 I was able to see Call Of Duty: WWII in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Call Of Duty: WWII. As with every year, one of the big titles on the show floor is in the Call Of Duty and given that they are "going back to their roots" it makes sense that WWII would also be making a huge showing this year at E3. Especially since last year Activision skipped the big show and only gave a little taste of things out the fans and press. Now that Sledgehammer Games has put a lot of time and effort into Call Of Duty: WWII it makes sense that we'd get the usual flair of it all at E3 as well as a taste of the multiplayer experience that will be hitting the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 3rd this year. The Evil Within 2 At E3 2017 The Evil Within 2 was officially announced with a lot of footage and gameplay, as well as The Evil Within 2's release date to look for There is always so much going on at E3 that a few things fall through the cracks and The Evil Within 2 didn't fall through, but it fell into a list of titles that just was not able to get covered on the show floor. Bethesda announced it during their BE3 event out there and then had a small "experience" on the show floor but it was nothing more than what Tango Gameworks has already shown before; from what I am told. Kingdom Hearts A new Kingdom Hearts III trailer has been released out of the recent Kingdom Hearts Orchestra event that took place before E3 this year While Kingdom Hearts III may not have been highlighted at all on the E3 show floor, that doesn't mean that we didn't get something new for the game here during the week. Nothing like Square Enix having a small showing in a back room somewhere, at least not that I know of, but during one of their recent events they introduced us to another world making it back into the game as well as some familiar villains. South Park While at E3 I was able to see South Park: The Fractured But Whole in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on South Park: The Fractured But Whole. South Park: The Fractured But Whole is yet another title that we all knew would get shown off at E3 and then we had a chance to see a new trailer as well as its new October 17th release date for the game on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. That is why it was no surprise that it was part of the big showing of titles that Ubisoft had in their booth and around E3 in general. Far Cry 5 While at E3 2017 I was able to see Far Cry 5 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Far Cry 5 from E3. Given all of the hype around Far Cry 5 and the big announcements just before E3, it is not too shocking that it was on the show floor and out there to be played and experienced to our heart's content. At least as much as Ubisoft had for us, which was a nice solid look at the Heroes for Hire function of the game that will be a big push. The Inpatient While at E3 I was able to see The Inpatient in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on The Inpatient. Here we go with another interesting title that was shown off during the big PlayStation media showcase and it is The Inpatient. Not much was known for this title before or even after the event outside of the trailer and that it is is another title coming from Supermassive Games for the PS VR set up. Also, as of this time it is only a PS VR title so keep that in mind as I break down my experience with The Inpatient in one of the hidden floors of the E3 show floor booths. Days Gone While at E3 I was able to see Days Gone in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Days Gone Even thought the zombie crazy seems to have been taking its toll as of late, that isn't going to stop Days Gone from coming and getting all of the well deserved hype that it has been since it was first shown to the world. Bend Studio made another huge splash out there with new gameplay this year at E3 as well as an interesting stage show that went along with it. Bethesda Now that the Bethesda event is done and over with, let's talk about that very underwhelming Bethesda conference this year Well, that was something. I remember when Bethesda said that they wouldn’t come to E3 unless they had something big. Of course, money and marketing will always win out over all else in the end.
