The Last Of Us The continuation for The Last Of Us has been announced at PSX and it looks like The Last Of Us Part II will be changing a few things up for us in a good way If you were living under a rock over the weekend or just took a break then you may have missed that The Last Of Us Part II was finally given the announcement that many were hoping for. Death Stranding At the 2016 Game Awards Death Stranding had a new trailer released and it looks like there is a bit more method to the Death Stranding perceived madness Since its showing at E3 all of us have been waiting to see more for Death Stranding and to wade through the cryptic teasers and updates that we have had since then. PlayStation The list of video games that will be at the PlayStation Experience has been released as well as the PlayStation Experience panels to sit through In just about a week the gaming community will descending on Anaheim to take part in this year's PlayStation Experience. We've seen a lot of developers already that have been on the list to show off some goods out there and now we get to finally see what will be on the floor and playable. Uncharted 4 A new mode for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is on its way after being teased about for Uncharted 4 way back in May of this year You may or may not remember back in May when Uncharted 4: A Thief's End released that we also were given a simple timeline for when some of the multiplayer and other DLC would be launching for the game. One said mode was the co-op survival mode that was popular in the other titles that Naughty Dog gave us. Drawn To Death The launch date for Drawn To Death is still out in the æther but we have a list of what will come to Drawn To Death at launch Hopefully by now you've had a chance to give Drawn To Death a play through the Limited Access that took place a little while back or at the many different conventions it has been on display at. It's been going through a great evolution since the F2P battle arena game first was shown on the PS4 back at the first PSX but it looks like Bartlet Jones took all the feedback as they promised too and have crafted the game more and more to what we all wanted to see. Horizon Zero Dawn Another behind the scenes video for Horizon Zero Dawn has released and this time we get to see how Horizon Zero Dawn's world was crafted for us We've seen some of the world of Horizon Zero Dawn but now it is time to have a look at a bit more. I mean, we've been told that it is going to be a massive one and given that we all know Guerrilla Games for the Killzone titles it may be a bit hard to get a solid grasp on it all. Not to say that those worlds were not huge in their own right, but for Horizon Zero Dawn we need something truly massive as we have an action RPG of sorts to play here on the PS4 and we can't be limited to the normal sizes of FPS titles out there. PlayStation The list of developers heading to the PlayStation Experience this year has been released and we can all speculate which PlayStation games they will be showing off there The PlayStation Experience is quickly coming up as December 3rd and 4th are only weeks away now. We've been given a few details on it all and now we get to add to that information a long list of developers who will be on the floor out there showing off what they have for the PS4, PS VR, and PS Vita in the coming years. Sadly we don't have a list of the actual games that will be shown off but given that some of the devs here will have games coming out days or weeks after I think we can rest assured we will see the PlayStation versions of all of those titles. Tomb Raider We sit down and review Rise Of The Tomb Raider. It has finally made it over to the PS4 with all its DLC. Here's our review of Rise Of The Tomb Raider It's been a year and a bunch of DLC packs since Rise Of The Tomb Raider launched on the Xbox One and then the PC. Now we have the game here on the PS4 with all of its DLC and upgrades that have been applied over that year in the form of Crystal Dynamics' definitive edition as it were. It may not have that title but with everything packaged here it surely feels that way. Horizon Zero Dawn New screenshots for Horizon Zero Dawn have been released showing off about how nice Horizon Zero Dawn is going to look on the PS4 Pro Back in September we were shown a bit how Horizon Zero Dawn will be using some of the new PS4 Pro features to look even better on the system. We were also assured by Guerrilla Games that those who didn't have the Pro or a 4K TV were not going to miss out on much, just some of the great advantages that these displays can give us. Now we have a few new screenshots to look at here to see just about as close as we can to what Horizon Zero Dawn will be giving us on February 28th 2017 given that we have the ability to show it all off as well as it has been crafted. Horizon Zero Dawn A new behind the scenes video for Horizon Zero Dawn is out there to show off more of Horizon Zero Dawn's machines and ecology February 28th is still a ways off for Horizon Zero Dawn to hit the PS4 but it looks like things are still evolving and changing for the game as it continues to be developed. Of course this isn't anything new to the development process but it does look like Guerrilla Games is continuing the evolution of their machines in the game just as nature intended. PlayStation The PlayStation Experience registration site has been updated and show dates for 2016 and a new location the PlayStation Experience too Just like last year, if you were wondering if the PlayStation Experience was coming back for another romp this year then you can rest assured as it is announced as of right now. Last year we caught wind of it all a bit earlier on but now it looks like they have been holding out a bit longer as it looks like the dates and location for this year's event have shown up on the event's website. Horizon Zero Dawn A new trailer for Horizon Zero Dawn out of TGS is here and it shows off the world of yesterday in Horizon Zero Dawn before it came crashing down At many conventions now we've seen the current state of the world for Horizon Zero Dawn. It is filled with all kinds of robots and it looks like Guerrilla Games has set it up to look as if nature is still trying to take it back while humans are just trying to survive. Of course the world of Horizon Zero Dawn couldn't have always been that way and it should have been assumed that there was some level of high tech before it all. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games This has been one rough week in video games now hasn't it? We haven't even been able to get through all the madness of TGS yet and already we've been all over the map. We had a lot of fun teases for Resident Evil 7 that turned into a lot of awesome things. Then we had delays for both The Last Guardian and South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Tomb Raider Another episode of Rise Of The Tomb Raider's Woman Vs Wild has been released and shows us how the new Rise Of The Tomb Raider DLC could play out It's been some time since we last saw Rise Of The Tomb Raider's Woman Vs Wild video series out there. I don't think we've seen a new one since Crystal Dynamics released the game on the Xbox One and Xbox 360. Now that Square Enix is bringing Rise Of The Tomb Raider to the PS4 and the DLC to all of the platforms, including PC, here on October 11th I guess it is about time to give us yet another episode of their "behind the scenes" style video. PlayStation VR The PlayStation VR bundle is coming with a demo disc and we have a list of all the games coming to PlayStation VR via this disc and download We are a month out from the PlayStation VR launching now and we've seen a lot of titles and demos for the system so far. Some coming right after the launch and some coming down the line. All in all there is a nice set of projects in the works here for the new PlayStation hardware. But with the pretty penny that the PlayStation VR unit or bundles will cost us we may not be looking to pick up a bunch of games and experiences right out the gate. Read More...
