Skylanders Imaginators Honors Crash Bandicoot A Bit Before Launch
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 12th of September 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Skylanders New gameplay for Skylanders Imaginators has been released and it shows off one of the new Skylanders we all know as Crash Bandicoot We've all known that Crash was coming to the PS3 and PS4 version of Skylanders Imaginators and if not then you know now. He will be coming to the game in form of one of the new Sensei characters that Toys For Bob have built for the game and through the seemingly close relationship that Activision has with PlayStation now. Of course Skylanders Imaginators is also coming to the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Wii U on October 16th but this is the console exclusive we are talking about here and just like the last addition to the franchise we'll only be talking about the Sony version for now. Well, Crash has just hit his 20th anniversary and it looks like Skylanders Imaginators wants to help celebrate it all with some new gameplay showing him in action in the game. Read More...

See Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood Bring Terror To Life
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 8th of September 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Until Dawn A new developer diary for Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood has been released and it shows just how Until Dawn is going to enter the VR realms and what the team has done We are getting ever closer to the release of Until Dawn: Rush Of Blood as the PlayStation VR system is on the verge as well. I've personally played the demo that Supermassive Games had put together a few times and see a few other videos of how the game has progressed. It looks like it could be a great VR experience but I'm still not sure if it should share the Until Dawn name and just be a hodgepodge of all of their titles. Read More...

Drawn To Death Gets Some New Characters, Maps, & Content To Look At
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 2nd of September 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Drawn To Death The brawler/shooter Drawn To Death has been progressing along well and now we have a lot of new stuff to look at for Drawn To Death right from PAX It's been a while since we've had the pleasure of writing about Drawn To Death and just how the game has been progressing. Bartlet Jones recently ended the closed access to the game and there were always things changing in the back-end for the game during that but nothing specifically selected to be given out to the public by the team. Well short of all of the streaming of the game and small video clips for Drawn To Death that we all have been putting out there. But for the gamer that has been holding off to give the game a play until its full launch then you will be glad to see two more characters have been added to the roster, a new map, and a whole lot of new content. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 26th of August 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games Another week down and even more video games to have been discussed. We've gone past the tail end of Gamescom and are still recovering from that just before we move on to PAX again. More and more video games and less and less time. That is also if we want to ignore all of the new games coming like Mafia 3, BioShock: The Collection, and Final Fantasy XV. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 25th of August 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider A trailer for the next Rise Of The Tomb Raider DLC has been revealed as well as many other additions coming to this Tomb Raider title to fuel the nightmares As we get closer to the release date for Rise Of The Tomb Raider on the PS4 we also need to remember that we are getting closer to the release of all that extra DLC for the game on the Xbox One and PC too. Of course Crystal Dynamics is only bringing the VR support to the PS4 version of one of the bits of DLC but until now we've only scene glimpses of it all. Sadly, it looks like Square Enix is having its time in the night with zombies as one of the bits of DLC we are getting will be bringing them to Tomb Raider for us to kill in a horde-like mode in the basement of Croft Manor. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 24th of August 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Ratchet & Clank Ratchet & Clank has recently hit the small screens of home with new content. We had a chance to sit down and break the film down piece by piece. Here is our review of Ratchet & Clank Maybe you remember back when Ratchet & Clank first came out and that there was a feature film that was slated to launch with it. It did launch in theaters shortly after the video game's launch and Insomniac Games had its IP all over the place for a short time. As films always do, Ratchet & Clank left the big screen and we were left with only the video game to keep us coming. Read More...

Detroit: Become Human Has More To Offer Out Of The E3 Demo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of June 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Detroit A new behind the scenes video for Detroit: Become Human has been released and it takes us deeper into how Detroit is being built to give us a rich experience I won't deny that Detroit: Become Human had me hooked way back when the first teaser for the game popped up as Kara. Hopefully you remember way back when she and the teaser for the game came out when Quantic Dream showed here off last year. It will make the rest of this a bit easier and also make sure you know of one of the other main characters we will be playing in Detroit when it launches on the PS4. A second protagonist was announced during E3 as we were given a nice little demo of the gameplay. Read More...

Death Stranding's Teaser Trailer Looks To Have Details Hidden Within
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of June 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Death Stranding It looks like Death Stranding, the huge reveal from Kojima, has a whole lot more hidden in the trailer than just Death Stranding's title, character, and themes During the PlayStation press conference and the entire week of E3 Death Stranding was one of the bigger games making a buzz throughout the show floor. Just as it should have been. As it turns out though it looks like there was more to it than we thought as Hideo Kojima, and Kojima Productions really, wanted just that. Read More...

The God Of War Demo Had A Lot More In It Than We Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of June 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
God Of War A new look at the God Of War demo out of E3 has been release where a few of the God Of War developers explain more on the game than we saw live Last week the world was given a great surprise in terms of the new God Of War being shown off at E3. A lot of questions obviously popped up due to all of this but Santa Monica Studios was very tight lipped about every aspect of the game that we couldn't physically see in the demo. Believe me I tried and the closest little extra I got for God Of War was the fact that they are not ignoring anything from his past but are doing a solid continuation. That and it will of course be on the PS4 but that is all stuff that we could have just made a solid assumption on given the state of everything. Read More...
