Guitar Hero is being inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame This press release announces a deal that Activision will sponsor a guitar exhibit in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in the Guitar Hero franchise. This will include a set-up at the HoF in Cleveland ("All the little kids growing up on the skids are goin' Cleveland rocks, Cleveland rocks!") where the game can be played as well as sponsorship of the Hall's 2008 induction ceremony in New York City this coming Monday. Circuit City Has A PS3 Return Policy For HD-DVD Players Ok, now this one isn't the online scams and such that you get spammed with every time you log online or do a search for the PS3. Circuit City has announced that they will take back any HD-DVD players and exchange them for a nice shiny new Blu-Ray player. The customer still has to pay the difference, but you can also take back a player you bought no more than a couple months ago. Looks like the Dragonball film has been delayed Comingsoon.net reports that the upcoming movie version of the anime-video game franchise Dragonball has been delayed. The worst video game film maker, Uwe Boll, challenges the great Uwe Boll lives in some alternate universe and I don't know whether to laugh or to pity him. But since he's making a ton more money than me making crappy movies, I'll laugh at him. Uwe has put Postal up against Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull on May 23rd of this year. Most people wouldn't be crazy enough to go up against Indy, but horror website Bloody Disgusting got a quote from him in an email where he thinks he's going to take down Spielberg: "On the Indiana Jones weekend - May 23 - we will go out and destroy Indiana Jones in the Box Office! Wii Gets A New Channel Currently the main information is out of Japan, as usual. Yes yet another thing they get before us, but what's new right? Now this is a free download onto the Wii as with the other channels it offers up. What does it do? Really it is just a TV guide on your Wii, or at least that's what they want you to believe. The truth is that it is just that with a few extra bells and whistles added ontop of it. MGS4's Content to massive to fit on anything but Blu-Ray According to a few sites out there, it has been stated that there is no English track on the new Metal Gear game for the fact that it just couldn't be fit on to the Blu-Ray disk. So no subtitles or English voice track on the Japanese version. Which means that unless you can speak and read the language, you will have to wait for the game to come in your language instead of importing. Sounds bad at first, but that means that they used up the entire 50GB there has to be a really long game or a game that will blow everyone's minds. Read More...

When they announced the next iteration of the franchise was going to be an Aerosmith version, I know I groaned at it. Not saying I hate the band, but what is fun about playing only one band's songs.
