It Is Time To Take A Little Tour Of Resident Evil Village
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Resident Evil A new making of video for Resident Evil Village has popped up out of the Tokyo Game Show to show how this will evolve the Resident Evil franchise There were some promises that we would see something big for Resident Evil Village here out of the Tokyo Game Show and I have a feeling that is still yet to come. I say that as all we have here, for now, is a nice behind-the-scenes style video from Capcom taking us into the choices made for the game and less of the actual gameplay. Not a huge surprise as Resident Evil does thrive on us all-knowing less about what is to come in the game than showing it all off to us. Read More...

Ghostrunner Is Hacking Its Way Onto The Switch Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 24th of September 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Ghostrunner The Switch will also be getting Ghostrunner on it when the times comes for Ghostrunner to officially launch out there We get to add one more platform for Ghostrunner to launch on this coming October 27th. Not only will it be there for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One but it will also be out there on the Switch at launch too. It is odd that One More Level did not have that listed right from the start of it all, but it is nice to see more gamers will have a chance to get in on it all. Even if it does not look like the Switch will be the best for controls for Ghostrunner, but I am sure they would not throw in for the system if it did not work that well. Read More...

Seed Of Life A new title, Seed Of Life, is announced and Seed Of Life is aiming to take us on a platforming romp through a dark future A new puzzle platformer is on the way with the announcement for Seed Of Life. This would be the upcoming title from Madlight Studio that will whisk us all away to a new and dark dystopian future where we will need to interact with the world to make our way through a labyrinth-like planet. All for some specific reason to restore life to the planet. Why it is all gone in Seed Of Life is still not completely clear, but if we knew all of that then we would not have a game to look forward to. Read More...

Let Us Walk Down The Curious Path To Serious Sam 4
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 21st of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Serious Sam A new developer diary for Serious Sam 4 is out to help pass the time until we are able to don the role of Serious Sam again There is still a little bit of time until Serious Sam 4 head out there for us and some of us need something to help pass the time. Sure, there are multiple different things we could partake in to do this, but some out there only want to focus on their one title right now. For those out there in that pool, it looks like Croteam has us covered with a developer diary for the game and also a bit of an explanation why it took so long for everyone to get a new Serious Sam title. That is on top of the team wanting to work on different projects along the way too. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Well, this was a fairly huge week for all things video games was it not? We had the final information drop for the PS5 and then all of the issues with gamers trying to pre-order. Thankfully, that was all balanced out with all of the news for Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Resident Evil Village here. That and we had another of the many video games on our list to review with Kingdoms Of Amalur: Re-Reckoning going up on the site. Read More...

Final Fantasy XVI Is Officially Coming To Us All Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 18th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy The next Final Fantasy game has been announced and it looks like we will be seeing a Final Fantasy XVI in the near future It looks like Square Enix is already gearing up for the future of the PS5, as we now have the announcement for Final Fantasy XVI coming to the system. It is not clear if it will be a 100% console exclusive, but given how the companies play together, I will not be surprised if it is that way. What I am a bit surprised on is that this was not the Final Fantasy I was hoping to see get the announcement as some of us are still waiting on the second episode of the other huge title that they put out and left us hanging on so far. I am looking at you FF7 Remake. Read More...

A New Local Tale Is Told For Resident Evil Village
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of September 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Resident Evil There is more to see for Resident Evil Village as we see how things have progressed for everyone since Resident Evil 7 We have a new trailer to look at for Resident Evil Village to look at here, and it looks to offer up just a little more on what is going on in the game. Granted, not much more as there is a lot of the same snow-covered ground and shots of said village to look at, but it is more and we will take it. Even if it would be nice to have a nice slice of gameplay from Capcom from a working version to help show off the new monsters we are getting in this run. They are not the normal zombies that Resident Evil offers up and not werewolves that were rumored for so long. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of September 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Spider-Man New gameplay for Spider-Man: Miles Morales is here along with some other interesting tidbits for this Spider-Man outing As was to be expected during the big PS5 reveal, we have a whole lot of new gameplay for Spider-Man: Miles Morales before it lands on November 12th with the new console. That is not to say that it was not spectacular to look at, but just as we expected over here from Insomniac Games which did not disappoint. Before we dig into that, though, it looks like there is a bit more to all of this too as Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be available on the PS4 as well and there will be an Ultimate Launch edition of the game that will house the last title in the line all upgraded for the new console and with all the DLC mixed in. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of September 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Star Wars A new cinematic trailer for Star Wars: Squadrons give us a feel for how these dogfights might feel in this slice of Star Wars The war is still on in Star Wars: Squadrons and we have a little more proof of it all with the latest video we have today. A nice new look at how some of the dogfights will flow in our minds and not truly in the gameplay of it all. Not that Motive Studios is not going to be making it as fun as possible, but there will be a lot missed in the mix of it all given how games usually go. That all said, we do get a new slice of the Star Wars fun here with how things can feel in it all. Read More...
