Hogwarts
A delay has hit Hogwarts Legacy to give the team more time to perfect what we expect in a game like Hogwarts Legacy
Well, that did not take that long to see as Hogwarts Legacy is now delayed until 2022. Given that it was announced only last September and was given the timeline of 2021 from Avalanche Software, it seems a bit odd to have this announcement. It is what it is and now we will have to wait just a bit longer to see Hogwarts Legacy actually become a thing on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. Although, it would be possible to see that they might drop the last-gen systems to focus on the future instead. That is only speculation though.
The reasons behind this delay for Hogwarts Legacy is a fairly vague one. It is as simple as they want to make sure that they are able to deliver the best game that we should be expecting at launch. This is something I would assume would be the case for most titles out there but it is a time where that is not always the case. Given that there has been little to define when Hogwarts Legacy would release, it is not a huge stab in the side that we will have to wait longer. Something I will always do to make sure we get the best that the studio can give us all.
Hogwarts Legacy — 4K Reveal
Are you affected by the delay for Hogwarts Legacy or will it just be something that we forget ever happened when the game launches? Do you think that studios should hold off on giving dates for their titles until they are a real month away from being done? Do you think that we could see them remove the list of last-gen systems with the new timeline or will it still be cross-generational? Let us all know down in the comments what you are thinking and then feel free to discuss it all as you wish. If there is more to share for Hogwarts Legacy, we will have it here. Keep checking in for all of that and more.
